Very nice homes on display. They are all staged with prop furniture so you can get a true sense of the homes size and full potential. Many options for customization and upgrades. They will be getting 5 new models in very soon, in the next month or so.

Horrible service. Rude actually. Said to come on over homes were open, no appointment necessary however when we arrived we were turned away.

Sure theyre there to help every step of the way but upgraded on both my siding and shingles and both have started to fall off less than 2 years. And its out of their control at that point. The adhesive strip was not taken off for shingles, which also resulted in my roof leaking in those areas. Have to wait and see how many more shingles were placed without the strip being removed.Hi Eric,The siding was previously mentioned Nov 10, 2016 and was not taking care of and the shingles only fell off due to the fact the adhesive strip not being removed, human error.

Great selection of homes on display, with a helpful sales staff who answered a ton of random questions. stopped by the sales lot one day and spoke with a lady named Michelle who gave us a great tour of the homes, even though we were just looking. the homes were even heated which was different and welcoming, now that it is chilly outside.

The only reason Im giving P.H.O. 5 stars is because I cant give them 10. We didnt buy a house from them, unfortunately, but most definitely not due to any fault of theirs. We just ran into a building site situation that precluded a house due to expense. Michelle and Sabrina are just absolutely awesome. They treated us with such kindness and respect it broke our hearts to not be able to follow through with a house from them. They are so knowlegable and worked so hard to provide us with exactly the house we both needed and wanted. Go see them if you are looking for a new house. We promise you you will not be sorry.

Have been in the house for 3 years, have had to replace sink parts in kitchen and bathrooms, recently have developed a roof leak where shingles are lifting up.
