Nice facility. Bambi, in particular, was very helpful and accommodating. Definitely recommend.Update as of July 2020 - they almost doubled the rates with zero warning and their access code doors work intermittently. Im finding somewhere else pretty much immediately. Would not recommend.Update as of August - worked with customer needs and raised rates reasonably, instead of doubling them.

Your average storage unit place. They have a large variety of units and the staff is friendly. When trying to fill my storage unit and empty the unit the elevator was broken which made it very difficult to move my stuff around.

If I could give them a rating of 10+ stars that would be it . Staff were extremely helpful and professional above and beyond the call of duty. I had been having a difficult time locating some rental space for some time, I called there was one unit available but I failed to book it at the time thinking there was a surplus of space available in the area, much to my surprise that was not the case. By the time I contacted your offices again that last unit was gone, probably should have taken Bambis advice at the time to place a reservation because they were scarce. Thinking it was a sales pitch I took my chances and lesson learned. She advised me there may be a unit coming available, well before this review becomes a best seller, I called back just in time and she was able to make it happen, the most important factor was that I was in need of a written estimate sent to me asap. By the time I made my next call I was already in receipt of the estimate via email, and I was able to secure the space within the hr. By the time I reached the office at Margaret st. She had already contacted Judy and was able to complete the task on hand taking in to consideration the time constraints I was working with. Kudos for a job well done to both, and the rest of your team. I was also able to witness an additional act of kindnessThat ensured me that the care and consideration given to me and my situation is the norm to all the existing and new customers while making me feel special. This type of customer service is becoming rare in this fast paced world we live in, where the automation and impersonal technology and your credit/debit cards complete a transaction, leaving you sometimes with a confirmation number and the feeling of something could still go wrong. Once again thank you for your prompt reply and service, and high standard of professionalism as well as the respect and recognition given to a disabled vet that was having a difficult time locating some rental space and all things that come with a move . I wish you all much success . Again thank you Bambi for your great leadership abilities, and Judy for your follow through and customer care . Found it online. Its in a weird location and the easiest access door doesnt have a pin pad so you have to walk through a series of hallways to get to the main storage side. Carts are available to help in random locations, and theres large garage doors that make loading and unloading quite easy. Not a lot of stairs either, which is SUPER lovely.

Bambi is GREAT! She helped coordinate storage in advance for my relocation from another state. She went above and beyond to help me and gave me an excellent referral for movers! The storage facility is clean and secure, and I am a very appreciative customer!

Used them to store myself for a few months - straight shooters who recommended I take a unit smaller than what I asked to rent - they were right! Not greedy, very fair.

Very nice place with good people giving great infor about storage also very helpful with tools that will help you move easy and fast.

The managers were very great to work with, always willing to help.

Upfront service never improved. Not open on time. Yardsaled etc more important than clients.
