I took my older 4 wheeler into them to make sure the carb was set correctly, upon their inspection, they said they needed to check the electrical system. So I gave them the go ahead to do so. After their testing, they came to the conclusion that all electrical was good, but it could possibly have a CDI box issue, which Polaris no longer makes. So I asked them to still check the carb, which they said wont fix the problem. I agreed but asked them to check it still. I stopped by to see if by chance it was ready. The guy told me it was but he would need to enter everything in the computer, he did try to sell be a new battery because my fairly new one would not hold a charge. As I came back with my trailer to pick it up. I received a text that the gas tank and front fender were not on yet. I still went in to say I had just received the text upon arrival. He said, you can take it if you want or come get it tomorrow. It would only take 30 minutes to put the fender back on. I decided to take it home since I have removed and replaced the fender before and didnt feel it would be a major undertaking. When we got outside to the trailer they handed me all the parts, every part they had removed. Choke, ignition, gas tank, front fender, rear fender bolts, clutch cover, all side plastic covers. I was of course not expecting all of that. So the manager came out and ask why I was yelling at his guys, which I WAS NOT. I said, you told me the front fender was off, not all of this stuff, he said it would be easy to put on, so after going back and forth and him asking who is going to pay for all the free work, (which I am assuming is putting my four wheeler back together, the way it showed up to them). He then proceeded to tell me they worked on it for 6 hours, but he only charged me for an hour and a half, (curious business practice) which I dont believe for a second. He then told me that there was not an option for them to put it back together and told me he was trying to do me a favor and told me to leave.Upon getting it home in the light and seeing what I was up against, I also noticed they had in fact cut the spark plug wire. NO- it hadnt just fallen out, it was at least an inch and a half short of reaching the spark plug boot. Oh, by the way, I DID find the CDI with minimal searching and will also replace the spark plug wire, no thanks to them.One thing would have changed the entire outcome. You know what sir, your four wheeler is in a bunch of pieces right now, let me get it put back together first. But the inference of its just a front fender and tank was not good communication.They wont need to worry about me going back. Or anyone I know.

The purchase of the bike I bought itself was very easy and efficient. The bike itself had some quality control problems immediately. The mirrors were mounted upside down and on the wrong sides of the bike. Both passenger pegs fell off within the first 50 miles and the rear fender bolts rattled out and almost lost the rear fender in that same time frame. I would highly recommend if you buy a bike from here that you check every single nut and bolt before you drive it anywhere.

I was getting the runaround from all of the Karl Malone jokesters on some warranty work for my Polaris razor. The gentleman who answered the phone here was awesome he shot me straight and told me where to go for awesome warranty work. 10/10 recommend.

I have been going to this place for 3 years now. Last year I purchased a plow from them. I thought they have been in business enough to know that the plow they put on was way to big for the machine it has broken 2 times now. After the second time I purchased a new wench to see if that would help. No no no it didn’t it broke again. The third time I took it back paid to get fixed took it off the trailer and it snapped off. Dustin the owner refuses to pay me back for it falling off again. He also continued to argue with thus customer. Please do not have them put on a plow that is too big for your machine you will continue to have issues. And Dustin may seem like he is readable but he does not take care of his customers after they make a mistake.

We have come a few times and appreciate their selection and prices of helmets and armour and riding accessories. Check their days off.

Power house motor sports helped find what was wrong with my boat and texted me updates all throughout the process. When I picked up my boat it was running great! I almost carelessly drove off with a flat tire and they chased me to tell me to turn around and they helped take my busted tire off and replace it with my spare. They are amazing and they go above and beyond for their customers

Friendly and helpful staff. We purchased a UTV last week. Working with these guys made it a seamless experience. Available and willing to answer my questions and promptly answered the phone when I called. We had an issue with some lights when we picked it up. They took the time to make sure it was working properly. The lights were still having issues on our way home. They let me know that they would send someone out to pick it up. They performed the work (everything is working flawlessly), and they dropped it back off to my house. They even gave me a ride back so I could pick up my car. 10/10 will buy from them again. Great selection of accessories as well. We picked up 2 helmets and the prices and options are amazing. I will be back next week to buy more.If you are looking for a great company with top-notch service, this is the place!!!

Powerhouse refuses to work on my machine now, after over $1000+ in repair parts and hours and they BAIL!!!!These guys took on the job of replacing some parts on my snowmobile. Since the first job, it has been back 4 times. Each time it leaves there is a new problem! I have been stranded more than once on the mountain because of this issue and they refuse to make it right. Do yourself a favor and take your money elsewhere.**update**Now the owner says my machine was 30+ years old😂 it’s a 2003. With 1000 miles on it..... anyways. Stay clear of these guys

UPDATE 9-3-2019 - Now 3 stars. Got a call today from Service manager who explained that they had the wrong number for me. The Key took 4 weeks from Kymco to deliver. Now they have the part they can diagnose. Gave me a verbal bid. Think it should be done but email but hey. Will keep you updated on my experience here. Its always possible to improve rating.8/28/2019 1 Star. Extremely disappointed with there service department. Dropped a vehicle off to be repaired 25 days ago. Was advised would take a week to get bid to me for repairs. Called back 15 days later. Not ready to provide bid. Will test me. Called again today. They had the wrong number. Have not even diagnosed the reported problem of a Broken axle. Will make it priority to give me a bid by Tuesday. We will see.

These guys dont just sell Motorsports equipment, they live that lifestyle. They go on fun trips and test the equipment in real world situations. I know a bunch of these guys personally, and I value their input and opinions on this stuff. They have a good selection too.

Wouldn’t recommend buying gear here. I got two pairs of gloves, two jerseys & a helmet & the cashier totatled it at $327 when it was $152 I turned back around and realized they didn’t even itemize the receipt. Bad business wouldn’t trust them

This pace has lots of gear for a great price and they have some cool recreation vehicles but while I was there for the 25 minute no one came to great me or ask me if I have any questions. instead they just stayed behind the counter talking and laughing. This wouldnt stop me from buying in the future but it would be nice to know that the employees are friendly and willing to help but thats not how it seemed.

Walked in, asked about 3xl helmets. They were super discriminatory, apparently they dont like bigger people with bigger heads. They didnt even want to look up a size 3XL helmet in Gmax because it is “super expensive” Im glad my money isnt as green to these people. After the review, the response from the owner that follows, does not explain why they were so actively rude to me.

Nice neighborhood machine shop. Derek is awesome and will treat you right. They can take a little long to look at and do the maintenance on your machine but personally I think it all depends on the time of year you take it in. Overall very satisfied. Will go back again.

Went in today at around 430 walked into the door and 3 employees at the computer area just scowled at me. Not a hello, not a welcome if you need us just say so. Nothing but a dirty look from these men. Not sure if it’s cause I pulled in on my Sportster or because it was “30” minutes tell they closed. Regardless to feel like I did when going in for a helmet is unsatisfactory for me. Customers pay these men’s salaries yet if they scowl that way at all people that come in at 430 or ride a Harley I’m surprised they are still employed. After 10 minutes of me looking at helmets two other guys came out the office to shoot the breeze. Still no hello nothing. I saw a helmet and wanted to ask for a larger size if possible, when I walked to towards them again dirty looks. I was done at that point and said thanks for the help guys see ya later. They all smiled and was thrilled I was leaving. Why? I cause no trouble said nothing wrong I just wanted a helmet. What a poor experience and am glad I won’t be going back

Great place! I bought a used Polaris RZR and they had a great price on it! I respect the one fair price method they have! I was online daily looking for a machine and knew every single comparable that was out there and they really did price theirs fair from the start to eliminate any back and forth. Over the past two years I have bought several different power sport machines, from side by sides to snow mobiles from the guys at Power House. I feel that these guys are great to work with. Their prices are fair and you can trust what they say. I have also had my toys serviced there. They have always been upfront if parts were going to take some time to get in. I have spent a decent amount of money with them and I would have moved on if they werent treating great. I feel like the really value my business and will continue to use them. Went in looking for a road helmet. Selection of DOT approved helmets is extensive with many sryles, colors and features. Prices are great.

I bought two helmets here. When we peeled the label off one it had a scratch right in front of your left eye. I took the helmet back and talked with one of the owners. He didnt give me any hassle at all and went through three helmets to find the perfect visor for me. I will definitely be back.

UPDATE: My scooter still wouldnt electric start this summer (2018) when I pulled it out of winter storage. When I would kick start it, it still not idle so I brought it in to the shop and after 11 months they kept their promise to fix the bike at no charge besides the battery that had died.The service was good but they didnt have my tire in stock so I had to wait and when I got my bike was fixed the idle is having issues. They told me nothing was wrong but it still kills over at lights.

Like any business or person Powerhouse Sports is not perfect. I would not give them six stars if they were available. Ive done business with Powerhouse since the nineties and there has been several times when the owner Dustin has gone out of his way to let his employees work on special projects I had.Dustin would let me walk right into the shop and talk with his people directly. Dustin sold me two cars and was incredibly fair in his pricing. The Camry my daughter bought is still in great shape and we bought it over five years ago. I complacently got the sense Dustin wasnt trying in any way to get over on me.Powerhouse does seem to have a weakness that is very annoying. They have a hard time just saying yeah we screwed up. When you read the owners comments it seems He never will take responsibility. Look at the comment where they checked the video and those were our insurance agents. Ok where the hell were your employees and how long did that guy just hang out there and did anyone ever help? Just say Yes we screwed up! sorry.This would be an easy problem to fix. But you have to get out of denial first. I will continue to do business with Powerhouse as the need arises. Im only writing this to help.

I bought a motorcycle helmet here and ordered a new part for my motor scooter. They were quick and helpful the whole way. The mechanic even gave me some tips about how to best replace that part on my scooter since I wanted to do it myself.

Great prices, but you get what you pay for. The gloves I bought for me and my boys have all come undone at the stitching within 2 months. My helmet has parts falling out of it as well. No refunds on helmets, even a few days after purchase.I asked for advice on what to do with a Polaris ranger having problems, but they would not discuss anything. I was told to bring it in so they could look at it (and pay them), they couldn’t even comment until they had it in the shop. Called Steadman’s on my drive home, they gave me 3 things to check, I had it fixed that night for free.

I bought a 2014 Polaris Ranger Crew last month. Within a mile of pulling out of the property it overheated and broke down. The owner personally drove me home and Logan my salesman, towed it back to the location to get it looked at. They had it for three weeks but were able to diagnose and fix the issue at no expense to me. Then shortly thereafter the engine failed and needed to be replaced as well. Again Powerhouse Motorsports took it upon themselves to diagnose the problem and repair it at not expense to me to keep me as a satisfied customer. I cant say enough about how satisfied I am with their customer service, despite the fact that Im not incredibly happy with the purchase itself due to the issues Ive had with the unit. They are a little slow on the repair process but I credit this to their thouroughness. I would highly recommend buying there based on their follow through and intent to do whats morally right despite considerable expense to them. I appreciate them going above and beyond what most dealers would do. Im anxiously waiting to get my Ranger back with its replaced engine so I can go and have some fun!!

After I posted my review about 3 or 4 days ago Randall with powerhouse motorsports contacted me directly. We discussed the issues and both expressed our concerns. He was very up front and honest about everything and asked me to bring my snowmobile back when it was convenient for me to do so. I took it back and spoke to both him and his mechanic who worked on it for me the first time. He was very helpful and explained alot to me about things that can go wrong with those coolant tanks. At no time did either one of them try to rush me through explaining anything they wanted to make sure that this time we were all on the same page. They were more than happy to get it fixed for me as soon as possible and just get me a new tank which is Awesome. Part of this was a mistake on my part not explaining everything I thought that should be done. For which I am sorry to powerhouse motorsports for posting a bad review without contacting them first. They are good people and want to take care of their customers and make sure they are happy. After all this they have earned my future business just by being honestThank you very much Randall and Dan!!

Great advice on buying a new helmet. They buy thousands of helmets at a time when new helmets come out, so every helmet is $39. I had to try on about 10 helmets before I found one that fit right. Nice people. Will go back.

Recently purchased a used 2017 RZR 4 900 from here. Great experience! Derek was very helpful and informative, answered all of my questions (I had a LOT of questions) and very willing to offer personal opinions and experience also. Also bought a bump seat at the time of purchase of the RZR and even though it was closing time Derek took the time to explain the install process (better than the terrible instructions it came with). Also had my wife stop in to buy some coolant about a week later after noticing the expansion tank was empty and they gave it to her at no charge. I was fully prepared to pay, but these guys are just awesome with customer service!

I recommend these guys. Ive had to rely on their expertise several times and each visit the staff have gone out of their way to make sure I am taken care of. Even if they cant provide me a solution, they know where to send me to get a solution.With that said, I would highly recommend editing your website. I love being able to find your phone number and address all over the place but what you need right below your phone number and address is your hours of operation. Go as far as to list the holidays you are closed while you are at it. When recreational people are out playing, having fun...but that unexpected interruption happens...it makes a HUGE impression with customers if they can pull up your website and immediately know if you are open or not. I feel like Power House would be free of a lot of negative reviews if they took these steps. Customers understand you take time off, its acceptable. But having to guess if youre open or closed somehow just pisses people off.Additionally, I have never had a negative interaction with any staff here. These people stating in their reviews that the staff were rude and uncaring...Did you expect the staff to bake you brownies, shine your shoes and call you master? If those are your expectations with customer service, yeah, I could see how you would feel that way. But seriously...the owners and staff here are awesome, they do their job and then some. Quit being so sensitive. And if you dont understand something, ask questions. They wont judge you. If they havent returned your phone call, call them again. Communication is a two way street, if youre a crappy, rude and uncaring customer...you shouldnt expect top shelf customer service. Thats all Im saying.

We purchased a used 1000 turbo and it has only ran for about 2 hours total since we bought it a few months ago. The day after we bought it (friday) It died (saturday) while riding it. Of course they arent open on Saturdays so we waited until Monday for them to look at it. They said it was a fuse. The next weekend we took it out, same issue. They said it was a wire. They had the razor for about a week and checked all the wiring but then said that they had no idea what was wrong. They informed us we needed to take it elsewhere because they werent equipped to diagnose it. We asked them to take it to a dealer for us(as they should since we just paid 20,000 for a non working vehicle.) They dropped it off in Provo and seemingly washed their hands of the issue. My husband and myself tried to reach out to them and basically were told that it wasnt their problem and that it worked when they sold it us. A different dealership has since replaced the computer, and now the entire electrical harness needs to be replaced because no one can figure out whats wrong. Powerhouse did not take care of us at all. They have done the bare minimum and implied that we should just be grateful they didnt charge us. Unfortunately we will be needing to take this a step further as we more or less feel we have been scammed into buying a faulty item. Its disappointing because we had such high hopes they would go above and beyond. But I guess today you cant expect much from dealerships like this. I have and will continue to deter anyone I can from giving this dealership their business.

Bought a Kymco 2017 700 I UXV in February of 2019, still on the show room floor, The sales manager said that the factory had a 4 year warranty on the machine since it is 2 years old. In June of 2019 the Kymco 700i started to make hard hammer noises.Found the problem to be that the Rear End Differential bolt holes were egg shaped, and would move at least 3/8 inch when accelerating of braking. The dealer said to bring it in. I took it in and talked to the sales manager, the same person that sold the machine to me. He had the mechanic tighten the bolts to the Rear End. The Sales manager took my information down for warranty work and said he would get back to me. When I got home the machine still had a loose mounting of the Rear End Differential, the temporary fix did not work . I have asked several times for proof of the 4 year warranty, the dealer has not showed me any proof. I have called several times, and talked to the sales manager. That was 3 weeks ago, I have had to pay for repairs because Power Sports of Pleasant Grove will not fix the Kymco 700i. I dont think that there is a warranty and the dealer will say anything to make a sale. I should have looked at the reviews before dealing with this business. They have a B- rating with the Better Business and have been out of business 3 times in the last 18 years, I will not do business with them.I will have to see other dealers in the future.

My brother in law and I brought our shared wave runners in to be repaired here about 6 months ago. One had an issue dying on the water shortly after starting it and the other was running a bit lethargic. They did a tune up on one and let us know that the other needed a new ECU (or computer module or something like that). They said that particular unit wasnt made anymore. The person we worked with then offered to buy the un-repairable wave runner for $500. He seemed nice, but we werent ready to give up on it yet. After doing a little more investigation ourselves we figured out that there was a big hole in exhaust system of the wave runner. Not sure how you miss the whole compartment filling up with smoke and a very noticable hole.... We patched the hole and it worked again. The tuned up wave runner died completely after more 3 times on the lake. Given the mis-diagnosis, suspect offer to buy for parts, and tune up that seemed to do nothing the highest rating we could give is a 2, mostly since we had had good service in previous visits.

Very family friendly service and love there prices

Not on top of there product (s) and somewhat dishonest and rude. In my opinion I wouldt trust them with my equipment . B--very af-f-f-raid
