Terrible so disappointed, these have no scent. Normally I do my research and I should have suspected the no refund/exchange policy was a red flag. If you stand by your product youll bend over backwards to make customer happy. Now on to the machine which some how they make it appear larger than it is. The reviews must be from distributors because only one of my scents could we smell. They all appeared to be nicely packaged scent blocks but upon opening just dried up press board without any scent. Please please please save your money because this cant scent a small powder room. Look I passed it amongst friends because I thought maybe it was me. Nope they all had the same bad review of this scent machine. It comes nicely packaged with carry case, etc. But they need to spend more time figuring out how to add the SCENT to their scent machine. I thought maybe my scent blocks got dried up in heat during shipping. But Im going to side on caution, because if they thought their product was at all any good they would allow some type of refund or exchange. But they do not. That screams,,,, look elsewhere for company that backs their product.

With 6 kids and a fur baby, too, I wouldn’t own any other home fragrance option. Not only is it safe, but it can be tipped over with no mess.

Love love love the AirMoji! My favorite scent pod is Bora Bora or I’ll Be Home during the Holidays. I also like the fact that you can change the colors of the LED band.

I received my MojiLife starter yesterday. Both scent sets were packed with amazing smells! We put the Fresh Lime and Coconut pod in our AirMoji II and were more than satisfied! Being waxless is the icing on the cake! Especially with little ones running all over the house! The device itself was easy to use and the app was as well. I didn’t give 5 stars because I haven’t had a chance to see the longevity of the pods, and there’s always room for improvement :)

My order came and it was missing one of the scents I had paid for. I reached out and they were very quick to respond and help. They issued me a credit for the amount of the missing product even though it showed on their end that it had shipped. They were very easy to work with! I also really like the product so far!

I ordered an emoji and when I received it the device was not working. When I contacted the lady, that I ordered it from, she told me that she would charge me shipping for her to send me a new one, (eventhough she sent me one that didnt work) in order to have her send me one that actually works. I am not doing that. This is not a good way to treat your customers. I had previously purchaced one and it didnt work either. So, Im done with emojis. They dont work. I paid for these devices and did not get what I paid for. Buyer beware.

I am so sad to post a 2 star review! I LOVE this product however their CUSTOMER SERVICE is awful!! I have worked with a distributor before and she was very helpful. I didn’t realize I wasn’t order through her and found that their main office customer service is the worst! I contacted them within 2 minutes of placing my order online and asked if I could change an item. They stated I could not without a restocking fee of 10%. I was shocked a company would not be willing to make adjustments, especially when my order was just placed and it is not being shipped. I am picking the items up at will call. I have requested that my order be cancelled twice today, but since I have requested this the individual is no longer answering my emails. So frustrating. I would have ordered several of these for my home and business. I love that they have “clean” scents, but customer service for me higher on my list!!

Their scents and product are amazing!!! The customer service is very lacking. Do yourself a favor and never do a will call order. I’ve been waiting outside for over an hour for pickups for they keep saying it will just be another minute. You would think for a will call order your product would be pulled and ready with your name on the box...but no. They pull your product from inventory once you arrive which is what causes an extreme delay. Getting the bath & body work wall plug-in is just as wonderful and a heck of a lot better experience.

I am not very happy with the product. I got my first Moji awhile ago and it won’t charge anymore I bought my second product..the car scent pod and they sent me the wrong color and they knew they had sent the wrong product because they put it on the receipt but I can not get a hold of anyone to get the color I ordered! I have tried several times through email and messages but no one will get a hold of me. Very disappointing because I was excited about both products I had bought and loved my friends that she had in her home!

Pure frustration trying to connect app to the device. If, and I do mean if, you get the app and device to connect, it will lose it, and you will be trying to connect it again. The scents dont last long either. Will certainly be looking for something better.

BUYER BEWARE: I ordered over $100 in product. Unfortunately I’m very sensitive to smell and these products were very chemically smelling and made me sick. I immediately called the customer service number and was told I could return any unused products for a restocking fee. Which I totally understand. Well... That was a week ago and returns department has yet to help me with the return. At this point I’m just being completely ignored.

What a bad product and company. I was talked down to when I asked questions and this was this was quite possibly the worst customer service experience Ive ever experience. LOW QUALITY PRODUCT. I will buy candles next time to not deal with this company.

Forgot to pick up an order on a Thursday. So stopped by the Will call office on Friday to see if there was anyway I could pick it up there was no one in office so I called customer service someone answered I explained my situation and it wasn’t just that they said no they were very rude and very abrupt, made me feel stupid. Love MojiLife products but there needs to be some improvements on the customer service side.

I love my dog, but he stinks up the house. I wish candles helped because they’re cheap, but all they do is make the air thick with a nasty mixture of dog and flower wax. And roomsprays only last about 10 minutes, so I haven’t had much luck there.AirMoji’s are really the only thing I’ve found that keep my place smelling fresh as opposed to mixing with the dog smell, so I really do love this company and hope they stay in business for a long time!They are a bit pricey, but not much more than BBW wallflowers and the quality is definitely better. The biggest investment is the AirMoji, then the pods actually aren’t that expensive.I do agree with a few other reviews that some smells wear off faster than others, and I wish something could be done about that. Their website says which fragrances are weaker and which ones are stronger, and I’ve found that the stronger ones tend to last longer.Fragrances that I recommend are Christmas Tree (seasonal), Madagascar Vanilla, Fresh Lime & Coconut, and Summertime Serenade. I always get compliments on how good my house smells when I use those ones!

We use their products at our spa and we love them! Having our spa smelling fresh is an important part of giving our customers a good impression, and the AirMoji does a fantastic job of that. I always have customers telling me that my spa smells good and asking me where they can get it for themselves.Some of my favorite scents are Summertime Serenade (fresh fruity, but not too girly) and Mountain Meadows (delicious apple/apple-pie, better than all the other apple room sprays/candles that I have tried).Madagascar Vanilla is a nice one too.

I strongly recommend never buying any products from Mojilife. At the end of November I purchased two air diffusers and 4 pods for my wife for Christmas. Over $130 worth. The week after Christmas when we were getting our house back in order my wife charged the diffusers, programmed and started using them; however, they don’t work very well. You can barely smell anything and must be within about five feet of it to smell anything. When I called and emailed Mojilife to discuss a refund I quickly learned of their lack of customer service. Their website says they will only accept returns within 5 days of being delivered?? Who does that to people? This was a Christmas gift I purchased for my wife and bought it a few weeks before. They’re customer “support” employees are in the wrong profession and seriously need some training in keeping customers. I’ve been trying to get get this resolved for about 2 weeks now and they are unwilling to provide me a refund. I thought their products were way too expensive for what they were but my wife wanted them, now I have $130 worth of garbage. Stick with candles or something else. You can buy a bunch of candles for the cost of these. Learn from my mistake and stay away from Mojilife products. They don’t stand behind their product and any company that says you have only 5 days to return it really says something. Trust me, stay away. I’m going to try and dispute it on my credit card.

The AirMoji and pods have replaced my Bath and Body Works Wallflowers and I am super happy with how long the scents last and how they fill the air in my house. I have two little boys that I’m paranoid make my house smell like a gerbil cage so the Moji’s have definitely come to the rescue lolI’d love to leave a review with 5 stars and am happy to edit and change my review to reflect that, but here’s my snag:I’m just a customer, not a distributor, so I order online and then ship or pick up at will call depending on if I’ll be up north in the area. I ordered 6 pods a couple of weeks ago and they just came today. Because I don’t ever see my distributor and because it’s just not possible to drive to the will call to smell samples, place an order, and drive back another day - I just have to hope what I order smells good and up until this order I’ve been lucky. On this order I had one scent that I didn’t love and wanted to see if I could exchange the two unopened pods for another scent I know I like. I called CS and the end result is why I have to only leave two stars :( The first CS rep said if I want to exchange I have to pay return shipping, restocking, and reshipping (which at least doubles what I paid for the product in the first place). I didn’t love that answer, but I get it’s their business model so I wasn’t too bugged because I thought maybe I can just swing by will call and exchange there and save the double shipping costs and restocking fee. The CS rep came back and said they can’t do that because “rules are rules”. Uh - what? Realizing that I wasn’t going to get anymore info from this CS I told her that I wasn’t bugged with her but that she could pass along that whatever the customer policy was that was making an exchange near impossible was garbage. So I thought I’d call back and talk to a CS rep that I’ve had conversations with before and has great CS etiquette. Her name is Lauren and she is awesome! I relayed the previous conversation and she did back up everything the first CS rep said but with more clarity as to why the exchange can’t be made at will call (because of inaccurate sku #’s, systems won’t allow it, etc) and not just “rules are rules”. So really I’m just stuck with my stinky scents because getting an exchange would cost more than placing a whole new order and it makes me weary to re order anything but the two scents I know I like. You can throw the “variety is the spice of life” mantra out the window :(I don’t fault either of the CS reps for relaying company policy, so the star deduction has nothing to do with them. The three star deduction comes from having a policy where a loyal-normally satisfied-customer who pays a premium price for these pods and premium shipping can’t exchange two unopened pods at will call or through another avenue without doubling the price of what I paid for the originals in the first place. Loyal and happy customers are what keeps business in business - not sku #’s. Please help those of us who love moji but may not love the scent we received (because we had no way of knowing what it’d really smell like) still be happy loyal customers by improving an exchange policy.I’d gladly pay for a scratch and sniff sample card every once in a while to avoid ordering a scent I think I’d like then don’t. Just a suggestion 🤷🏻‍♀️
