Eddie and Daniel are true professionals. They spent a lot of time with me to make sure I got the right new Samsung phone to meet my needs. Eddie suggested accessories that would make using the phone easier such as a mobile Hot Spot and a wireless charger. They are both very customer oriented. Eddie was my primary salesperson I enjoyed my time with him and would recommend this Verizon store

Daniel umo helped me purchasing a phone at Verizon, I had no problems at all. I highly recommend going to him because he will get you right with a phone that you like. He will give you the details and best options on what phone you should get.
Eddie is amazing, his patience cannot be overstated. I had such problems converting to a new iPhone 12 and he continued to promise me he’d figure everything out. I was so frustrated but he never wavered in his calm approach. Give this wonderful man a raise!

I walked in to get my phone updated to a newer model. I was told they would order it for me and when it was ready they would call me. They said it would be shipped by Nov. 3 so I called Nov 2 to check on the order since I didnt hear from anyone. Turns out, they have no record of the phone being ordered, despite them getting my information MULTIPLE times while speaking to them. they then told me to call corporate and didnt provide me any order number or anything, which was a total waste of time. Now they wont answer my calls. Apparentlyy the guy who ordered my phone no longer works for them anymore, but the branch manager was with him the whole time so I am very disappointed in their service. Theyll glib ya and say theyre all about customer service, but thats a bunch of empty words from this establishment. Very frustrating.

Customer service is one thing I look for especially if Im going to invest my time and money. As soon as I walked in I was greeted kindly and Im humbled to say the employeesare awesome. I recommend anyone who is shopping for a new phone who wants info on what they will purchase to give this location an opportunity, not only will they answer all your questions but make you feel welcomed.

The manager at this store is racist. Did a soft check to get approved. Approved for 10 lines and only wanted 4. He explained to me that when your getting over 3 phones he needs to call his DM to get approval which was fine. Once he came back told me that I had to go to Corporate store in order to purchase. Gave me application #, verified it and left store. Arrived at corporate store and gave them application number which pulled up a whole different customer. Chris (at corporate store) then had to do another soft check which flagged my social and was unable to make purchase until I spoke with Verizon Corporate fraud department. I would not recommend anyone go to this store his customer service was horrible and he is suppose to be the manager of the store. Id think not. The number to this location is wrong as well. Get it together.
Broke my Note8 and had to replace with Note10. Hameedullah helped me and he was great. Bought activated in less than 1 hour. He was very helpful
If you call the number listed online for this place, youll get something else. I got a connection to a baseball team. Somebody else said they got a connection to Target. The person I dealt with in here bricked my phone. It took an hour for him to get it back. I also tried to buy an iPad, but when I went to pick it up I was told by the same person that they could not honor the sale that I had purchased it under the previous week. In short, these people cant find their backsides with both hands. Pick a different store.
Came here for insurance claim for the run around! You sure you dont want to but another phone!? No I just want my phone replaced with one that works. With the insurance I pay for. Its a joint account with my sister so I dont have all the infohe needs makes me go back and forth to get info! Then just hands me a brochure from the insurance company and tells me I have to call them and file!? Isnt that why I gave you all my info!?Just felt at the end like I was getting the run around for nothing! Always the same experience with these authorized dealersNever any help! Just trying to sell you stuff!!!Also the 5 start review for the sun valley Mall is a different location!

Needed help changing my Verizon SIM card from my old Galaxy S5 to an S7. Jessica was very kind and quickly switched out the SIM card and updated the necessary information. She even helped transfer information from my phone to my wifes phone. It only took a few minutes but saved us lots of frustration. Great, friendly service. Cant ask for more. Thanks, Jessica!

Literally just made the switch from comcast to Verizon Authorized Retailer – Victra and couldnt be happier. steve came by to set up the new service. on a Sunday at 11am. comcast hasnt been able to fix our service for a week. the Verizon Authorized Retailer – Victra set up was done in less than 20 minutes. excellent, professional service. steve knew exactly what he was doing and was pleasant to boot! good bye comcast! thank you Verizon Authorized Retailer – Victra! already off to a great start! go independent and local!

Be careful! The old adage If it seems too good to be true, it probably is applies here. Im referring to a phone upgrade BOGO deal that left me with a sour taste in my mouth and feeling like I have a permanent dunce cap hovering over my head. The service remained friendly over the 6 day ordeal - still unresolved - but I left the store dizzy and confused feeling like I was duped. I went in looking to get my phone repaired and ended up being presented with such a deal on two new phones that I couldnt refuse against my better judgement. I ended up getting my phone fixed at an authorized Verizon store in five minutes for no cost. Went home to charge my old phone to discover that my sims card was missing. Called the ClickAway store on Monday and was told they found my chip. Drove all the way down there on Tuesday and was told what chip, we dont have a chip... oh we shredded it. OK thats it I want this deal voided and I will not settle for having to pay a huge restocking fee to return the new phones with shrink wrap still on the packages. Lets just start from zero and depart friendly if not friends! Steve.

Negative stars.Worse experience ever.Opened a month to month account, paid in advanced for device September 10, 2015, disappoint with the quality of the service I returned the device within five days and requested the account be closed. Waited over an hour for Rioanna Thompson to close the account, she failed to do so. For the last three months received calls from Verizon demanding payments on a closed account, I have spoken with numerous representatives and employees stating that the account was improperly closed, it has remained open and has fallen into collections.I recommend no one puirchase their Clickaway, go to an actual Verizon managed retailer if possible.

Its impossible to rate Its almost fraudulentThey said they would make it cheaper if I added an additional phone, and they said that I had to purchase accessories, so I bought it at a cost of $647, but another employee said that they would give me a $100 discount because it was too expensive. Of course, I did not receive it.I said I had to call Verizon, and the staff said they quit...The monthly payment was $244, but the employee said that $299 was not known because the employee quit.This company should never be used
