The Pleasant Prairie Target rocks! From the moment you walk in, you are greeted by the best greeter I have ever experienced, bright lights, cleanliness and very nice employees. Always satisfied when I shop there.

This store is always clean and well stocked. The staff is friendly and Ive never had an issue with inventory discrepancies between the store and the Target App!

It was close to closing time. Nicole stepped up got my order and off I went. A really great team who works really well with each other. Very professional! Thank you for great team members. So hard to find these days!

Apparently Target thinks they could charge your bank account for all the free gift cards that they offered you and you earned. Then once you use them on something then they go back into your bank account and charge you for each and every gift card you earned according to their sale.

I live in Racine, I drive to Target in Pleasant Prairie because there is never more 3 people in a line before another line is opened up. Racine store doesnt value my business like that.

Easiest return completed thus far. However, we will never order anything from Costway. Loft bed arrived incomplete with less than half of the parts needs to assemble the loft bed with desk.

I was REALLY REALLY frustrated with your staff when I went to pick up my order. I had did a drive-up order and then decided I needed to pick up in the store as I had a couple of coupons I wanted to apply to my order. When I arrived, I was told that they couldnt apply them to my order. I would have to cancel my current order and then repurchase them in the store. I didnt want to do that, as I had used my birthday reward, Target circle coupon and a Target giftrcard with the order. They called a superviser, Kim, you told me that I could not use the coupons because they did not accept printed manufacturing coupons. I then said I had the coupon on my phone and she then said they do not accept those either and proceed to walk away from me as if she didnt care at all that I was upset. Needless to say, that I am not wanting to return to Target to shop for my future needs. I did get a phone number to call. The person I spoke was apologized how I treated and did offer me a $5.00 gift card as an apology and gave me another number to call to ask about the coupon policy as if you do not accept manufacturing coupons, I will have to shop elsewhere.

I am actually just writing a review because the guy who always brings in the shopping carts always improves my mood. i personally dont consider parking lots a place where i am not irritated but upon his across-the-parking-lot HAVE A NICE SHOPPING EXPERIENCE i consider, perhaps, to /have/ a nice shopping experience. everyone i know also has the same sentiments, like he is a public figure. i always hope he has a nice day. thank u

Love this service! I place my order through the app, and within 2 hours its ready for pick up. Love that you just pull up and they load everything in your car and everything is contactless.

I was almost plowed into by a Target worker who was filling an online order. They were in a hurry, didnt say excuse me or even apologize they just kept going an laughed. I had another Target worker so engrossed in there phone to see what other products they needed to pull for an order. They stopped right in front of me in the middle of the isle and just stood there. They didnt even acknowledge that I was trying to get around them even after I said excuse me. There are too many more examples of this behavior and its not just happening at Target. Ive seen this at other stores as well.

So after going into the store and trying to buy my item I ask to speak with a manager and he did not help one bit but to yell at me and say this is how it is after his employee said different. I noticed that he also did not have his mask up all the way and was at risk for my safety. So I then ask for another manager and he laughed and said he was the GM. So at this point I felt threatened for risk of my health and others. I took a picture of him not wearing a mask he then backs off and try’s to hide from the picture. Sorry but love iPhones we get video of are pics and I have it clearly of you not wearing it. He then tells me to leave the store and threatened to call the police. I called anyways because I wanted a report for this. After all was done he signed a trespassing I was told I’m not welcome back because I fear for my safety and others?

Clean store, well stocked with items that were both up to date and offering great prices. Prompt, friendly service.

It was very easy to order and pick up item. At the time, I waited less than 15 seconds for Target employee to help me and less than a minute for him to bring out my order. Sounds funny, but I was in and out.

Ordered online, received email and text telling me item was ready for pick up. Checked in on app, 70 tv was brought out and loaded with no problems. Fast and friendly.

Could be perfect for getting groceries except prices are too high. Exceptionally clean, pleasant employeesespecially the young man doing the carts. He kept telling everyone thank you for coming & enjoy your visit you dont hear that very often.

First let me say not all targets are the same. The store in Kenosha WI is so nice, clean inspiring...staff is hard working and clean looking, welcoming...Racine store not so much.

Its a Target, like any other. I will say, their wifi used to be all, but it seems to have been improved. Using Cartwheel (the Target app) can be financially beneficial.

I am from Illinois and the people walking around not wearing a mask, a customer literally approached me and ask me why I was wearing a mask umm like really? you just really took the time out and ask me that question. But after this experience today I will not be coming back to this location at all, I will continue to shop where the people are much more welcoming. This location need to enforce the policy it says on the front door walking in. Horrible experience I will not be coming back i rather travel the distance for great customer service

Need to improve Curbside PickupI DO NOT HAVE a smartphone. The store needs the store phone number on the curbside pickup sign. I NEED TO CALL WHEN I ARRIVE TO THE STORE. I DO NOT HAVE a smartphone. I called Targets Corporate Office about this problem . THE CORPORATE OFFICE WERE VERY RUDE AND UNSYMPATHETIC. The customer service person was argumentative and not understanding of my needs. I told here I shop ALL OVER KENOSHA THAT DO PROVIDE ME (AND OTHER CUSTOMERS) WITH THIS SERVICE.

Give the cart guy a raise! Sunday 11:30 am, he was the nicest employee in the store. Electronics guy was snippy with us and wouldnt find another associate when all we needed to do was purchase the phone we picked out. Then he couldnt reprint a receipt when we asked. Then, at the main check out, the lady working said oh I wasnt talking to you, but the lady behind you.. complete with eye roll when we moved up as she asked. Alas, we left and the guy with the worst job pushing carts in the 80° weather was wishing everyone a good day and a good shopping experience.

I always end up finding something here that I didn’t intend on buying. It has a small grocery section if you’re doing any of that kind of shopping there. They have just expanded their beauty section so it is new and redone. They have a large women/teens section that has also slightly expanded. I’be never had a problem with this Target. The bathrooms are usually clean.

I called for availability on a product and the employee informed me he cannot give out availability over the phone due to the fact it isn’t fair for everyone. Ridiculous.

Used the app and in store pickup and it saved me so much time looking through the whole store to find my purchase. Very convenient using the app to pay and just walked in to pick up my purchase. Highly recommend it!

The employee was very happy, upbeat and positive. Also quick and attentive. Acted like nothing bad in the world was going on. Her attitude was contagious. She even said hi to my babies in the back. ❤️ Also, she wanted to make sure we had everything and had us double check. There isn’t much negative to say about a place that loves to take all my money 💰💰💰They have it all, and then some. I love getting my Starbucks, strapping my baby in, and wandering the aisles for all the goodies.Also if you haven’t tried yet, they have order pickup. They even help load your car. I dont think it cost anything additional either!!!Add a bar and mini massages through the store and I’d never leave.

They usually have what I need. They have good sales in store and in the cartwheel app. They have the best checkout system of any store, I rarely see a long line because they actually call cashiers to the front if its busy. Cashiers are always friendly and knowledgeable.I love the new drive up. It doesnt have many items but it does have the stuff I really need. Its so helpful when Im sick or have a migraine I can just get the few things I need and go home. The people that come out are super nice, incredibly prompt and its always correct.

The store is very nicely presented and clean. I also like it because I can order online and pick it up the same day. In addition I can order online and have it shipped to my house if its not available in my home store.

I wish I could give 6 or 7 stars here. I had an amazing experience with the Pleasant Prairie Target store, so I felt it necessary to share. I spilled coffee all over my front while driving to a very important meeting with a new high profile client I had never met before, so needless to say first impressions were going to be important. I called Target knowing theyd likely have some business professional clothing and spoke with Nicole at Customer Service. I explained the situation and asked for her help. She then not only said yes she would be happy to go pick out a couple outfits for me since I was going to be very short on time, but asked about my style and color options and really made an effort to find something I would feel comfortable in. Just as promised, there were 5 outfits waiting for me at the customer service desk, I quickly went back to the fitting room where the 2 ladies quickly helped me decide on which shirt was best. They then cut the tags off, let out the skirt and escorted me to the cashier to make sure I would be in and out in a timely fashion. I made it to you my meeting still 5 minutes early, enough time for my blood pressure to go back down, feeling comfortable and confident and the meeting went great. I cant speak highly enough about the exceptional level of customer service I received that day. Thanks Nicole and fitting room staff for making my day! I wish I knew their names as well. :)

Everything was ready ahead of anticipated time and all items were in perfect condition. Additionally, staff was ready and friendly.

So applied here for security position since I have4-5 years of experience and that was last week October the 15th 2020And had gotten the virtual interview on Saturday did not know how to do that virtual interview and I also was not feeling too good however I did the best I could do and turns out they passed on me I guess Chris the security supervisor at target felt I was not gonna be good enough.

The reviews here regarding unsafe conditions (relative to other Targets) are sadly, true. Right off the bat, there was an associate (older, bald-ish man with a paunch) yacking away loudly on the phone -- without a mask -- spewing droplets out of his loud mouth, right in the main thoroughfare where the entrance, checkout, and exits meet! Im sure that area is now full of suspended droplets for hours!And unfortunately, the touchscreens at self-checkout do not get wiped after every use. Likely not coming back to this location.P.S. The shelves were visibly not stocked compared to other Targets.

Target is always clean & well organized.

The reason I had scored as highly as I had, was the young woman that had checked me out. This person has a personality that could illuminate any room or for that matter any business. I have to add that she is a total asset to the Target store in Pleasant Prairie.

Target is one of my preferred shopping stores. The prices are great on the random office supplies I end up running out during the semester. The grocery store section is quite expansive. But when it comes to groceries I prefer others stories with more diversity in lactose free products. This store is one of the few department stores in the area that has a book area.

Target is always great and everyone always goes above and beyond for me. I use the pharmacy as well, and they are always so great!

This is one of my favorite stores by far, but I am not a fan of profiling people while they are shopping. Just because someone is black and takes all day to decide what they want doesnt mean that they are stealing. It literally takes me up to an hour to pick out a planner, just me in general. Why was security standing at the door waiting like I had taken something.....then the minute I paid they cleared. For that alone, I will never shop here again. Ive heard of this happening to other people but man was it embarrassing to be looked at like that. Oh....and I will be returning the planner.....Once I got in my car to leave I realize that my money belongs where I am treated equally.

Customer service is excellent and they price match and have great deals everyday so you know you will get great quality items at a great price

Ive just moved closer to Target, got a Red Card and added Cartwheel to my apps. Today was my first shopping experience but wasnt sure how to use the app. I went to customer service and the WONDERFUL woman who helped me could not have been nicer or more helpful.

Easy to pick up & easy to shop on the app! Lots of discounts too! Made my life way easier!

Quick stop just before closing time on a week night. The best time time to shop. No crowd, no foot traffic, and nothing but clear and open aisles! Got in and got out in less than 7 minutes and saw maybe 2 other shoppers. The image with this review shows a happy shopper with plenty of room to breathe and do her thang in Target. Fast check out as well.

It was so easy! I stoppped in asked for my packages, had them in less than 2 minutes and was out of the store in less than 5 minutes.

Its a hop-skip & jump from where I live. Close by. Convenient. Prices OK. Feel you are paying for the name Target but can find same items cheaper elsewhere. Dont care for the expensive Starbucks coffee. But does have some better quality than other stores.

I stopped at this target location today... people not wearing masks... What!!! How can you let people in... I felt unsafe... I was surprised... and how people don’t care about others... so sad . I will not come back to that target location.

Love target but most the toys and funko items are always missing or lost a ton of times.

Convenient. Fast. Accurate. I had 10 cases of water ready for pickup in 20 minutes. I pulled up and within 30 seconds I had all 10 cases loaded in my pickup and I was off on my way. The cartwheel app also has great deals and is very easy to use with great offers and discounts and free gift cards. This will forever alter my automatically turning to Amazon for everything.

Who doesnt love Target? This is a great store, well laid out and fairly organized. The traffic on hwy 50 has been getting worse and worse with all the new businesses coming in but its still worth the hike to this Target! One of the kids favorite spots too. :)

This is a very popular Target. We shop here frequently, but never find the inventory fully stocked. The newly expanded womens apparel is a nice addition, but still needs to carry more sizes in each style.

Friendly, and great staff. Talked to a helpful, and beautiful girl at the store. She helped point me in the right direction of the hats/caps. Always great to see employees with a friendly smile.

While shopping at Targer this evening my 7 year old daughter and I found a $20 bill laying on the ground in the grocery area. Trying to teach my daughter a good lesson or at least I thought, we brought it up to the customer service. I informed the lady about our find and then I was informed they log found money but they dont follow up with the person that found it if no one claims it. Instead Target keeps it. I guess being an honest person at Target doesnt matter! Lesson learned!

Sami in the cell phone department was fantastic! Very knowledgeable, hard working & transaction able! I give her very high marks for customer satisfaction! If you have questions and want to get in & out quickly then this is the place. Verizon by comparison is much slower!The customer service department was also fantastic! They helped me do a complicated return/exchange effortlessly! Overall, for the time of year (week before Christmas) I was very pleased!

Target is one of my favorite stores to shop at. They have consistently good service and the stores are always clean and well organized.

Went to target high on an edible to return a broken USB charger. Customer service replaced the charger and even brought back three different ones to let me choose a new color! Then I wandered around and got everything I didnt know I needed.
