High quality shoes and clothes. Not to expensive either. Bought a while ago. Still going strong. Except for now they have barrel knots on the laces

I attempted to purchase a pair of sandals that were labeled as $14.99 - final price. When I finally located the clerk, who was on the phone during the entire transaction, the shoes rang up for $39.99. I told him I didnt want them at that price. Then I went back to check on the price (see picture below). The clerk was there returning the sandals to the shelf. I asked him why the shoes werent being sold for the price displayed. He said the shoes were now on clearance but they hadnt changed the signs yet. This doesnt even make sense. Isnt the clearance price supposed to be the lowest? I asked him to sell me the shoes for the displayed price. He wouldnt. I explained that it is against the law to sell them for more than the displayed price. He still wouldnt. I attempted to contact the GH Bass customer service and was instructed by a message to leave a message and they would get back to me within 48 hours... Still waiting. I also sent an email to their customer service email address. Again, still waiting for a response. This store has poor customer service and bizaar and illegal pricing policies. Overall, this was a very poor experience

You can find some good deals on clearance shoes. The clothing is okay but they have good sales. Evan is the main reason I give 4 stars. He was super helpful and a delight to work with.

I love bass shoes very durable. Made in u.s.a. Prices are what you expect to pay for bass. No crazy discounts despite the way they advertise.
