Staff was very Polite in taking my money but when I came back to return some shoes I didnt want, I was told to go somewhere else and that I cannot be helped. Even with a receipt! Terrible customer service and appreciation. Would recommend not to go here and they are one of the only stores that dont have outlet discounts.

You had one job james. Wife surprised me with a new shoe for my birthday but she told me that they sent the wrong size wow. And when we called CS they said when the size is out of stock they sent a different size instead like really? When do stores ever do that thats retarded now I have to waste my time to drive 2 hrs to exchange it dumb as hell.
