TECO works with my company to stock standard parts for us. We can run for will-calls at the local distribution point. (Did this today in fact) They have been very helpful in pneumatic design as well. They constantly bring new technologies to us and demo them. Great staff!

Great staff at the Pleasanton location. I was ignorant of the fact that they don’t do walk-ins and typically do call-ahead will-call orders. Even still, Ryan came through in a big way and accommodated me with my smallish order on no notice.Pricing for t-slot aluminum is on par and an even better option when considering online options require freight.Thanks TECO Pleasanton. The worst customer service around. After several attempts to spend our money here, their lazy sales people just dont respond and dont show up.Several appointments missed and excuses from everyone pointing their fingers and blaming one another for their lack of response, going elsewhere from now on.
