Shopped there 2 months ago. Didnt buy a bed but was thinking about it. The salesperson called us to inform us of a 50 percent of sale. Finally was able to get my 83 year old mother a comfortable bed at a fair price. Service was excellent. Thank you. They even found the perfect pillow for her sore neck. Highly recommend.

My mom and I went into Sleep Number in the Stoneridge Mall to look at beds. We met with an employee who was very helpful, patient and knowledgeable. We were allowed & encouraged to test out each bed to get a sense of what we liked. Andy, the store manager, was AWESOME! Such a friendly and funny guy! He knew everything and made it an overall wonderful experience for both of us. We asked tons of questions and took our time. We were not rushed at all, although they were pretty busy. We planned to test out the i8 smart beds, but ultimately purchased the i10 360 smart beds. We liked the i8, but loved the i10. My mom bought the split cal-king & I purchased a queen. We also bought mattress protectors and sheets to fit our beds. We cannot wait to receive our new mattresses!! We had a great experience and will definitely be back for future purchases! Outstanding customer service from the staff at the Pleasanton location. Customer service is based in Louisiana (& w hurricane Ida it had been impossible to reach them. The Pleasanton staff are hero’s of the day! They solved my problem and saved my sanity!

I give it a 4 because getting hands on knowledge of the product is priceless. That said. The environment is a classic sales pitch. Take the tour. Go online and get a straight forward and clear price.. The escalator and cookie shop provide a theme park like experience for Littles. Then walk back in and demand the Legos for the Littles while you get the real scoop using your 10 minutes of online research. Legos and physical product. Otherwise you are looking at a possible 2... maybe.

I had a great experience at Sleep Number in the Stoneridge Mall. Andy helped us out on our purchase and was a great person to work with on this huge purchase. My husband and I are looking forward to getting our bed and can’t wait till delivery day!

Sleep Professional, Constance Ricardo, greeted us in a calm professional manner. She allowed us adequate time to enter the store & view a couple displays before approaching us. We didn’t feel “pounced upon” with heavy a sales pitch. She demonstrated strong product knowledge and has exemplary interpersonal skills. Ms. Ricardo was a pleasure to meet & consummate professional. We love our new Sleep Number bed!

Best bed buying experience ever. I dreaded going in to try to choose between this bed and that. Sharon, my salesperson made it easy and stress free. Trying out the sleep number bed is easy because the mattress adjusts to your comfort. You don’t have to go from one bed to another so much to choose one. I can’t wait to get my new bed!

Well, bought a new bed! Sales associate was awesome and in and out of the store in about 90 minutes. Went for the i8 and the adjustable bed frame.

Sharon was very helpful, patient, knowledgeable when we bought our new sleep number bed, store was clean and we tried 2 beds that met our budget. She also helped us pick the best bedding that met our needs and budget.

Colin the store manager was a delight to deal business with. No pressure or anything. Our recent vacation was in Tahoe, and they had a Sleep Number Bed. I woke up without back pain for the first time in years. Told my husband we have to get one. Our bed is scheduled to be delivered next week and I just cannot wait to wake up back pain free again!
