I liked the one in Pleasanton its big and has a lot more than just beverage there is good snacks etc...

To me, not as good as Total Wine, but very much a great option. I love how clean this store is, product selection is limited.

I wanted to return a box of glasses. They didnt refund me because I didnt have physical receipt. I was showing them the card I used but they didnt agree. I asked them to scan bar code or swipe my card to check purchase history, but they didnt refund.Such a bad experience, no managers were cooperating at all.I would have given zero rating if possible.

This place is always clean and they seem to re-stock everything on Fridays.

The cashiers were excellent one helped me save a lot of money by filling out a BevMo card that was awesome good looking out!

Easy to find items and employee that checked me out was very knowledgeable of product in store.

Staff not nice found same item at total wine for 20% less than there club price.

The curbside pick-up had a few hiccups with my order (it was listed as being picked up before I was there which meant the system wouldnt alert them to my arrival and I had to call to clear things up) but when I called in the staff worked things out pretty quickly and gave me my order with a courteous apology.

Great selection. Got a great rum. Even got a bottle of water so I could make it home without dehydrating - cause its been so hot out - so I could sip my rum.

BevMo has the best selection of alcohol in the area by far. The staff here is always super friendly and willing to answer any questions you may have. They carry a very wide array of wines, beers, and hard alcohol/spirits with prices to match... something for everyone. Keep up the great work y’all.

Very clean and well managed location. Staff goes out of their way to look things up or offer suggestions on where to find items they may not carry. They will find the nearest available item in their system if its not physically in stock at their location.

Livermore BevMo is my place. The people are great, helping me out with my selections and just being kind and considerate. I am there more often than I should be (!) but always a good experience.

This is a really nice BevMo location. The shelves are well stocked and they have great customer service. Last time I went I thought they were out of the tequila I came for but how quickly someone came to my rescue, asking if I needed help and then proceeded to bring out extra from the back right away.

Good price and nice selection.. great customer service. The clerk was will will to let me use coupon.

Stocked with the best of the best. Had to ask for help. Seem friendly but would have preferred if everyone ask if I needed assistance. I would have rated 5 star because they have everything. But customer service is my top priority!

Of the different BevMos Ive visited Ive had the best luck with service at this one. Ive received good recommendations from the folks tending the cigar counter, quite a bit of help with wine, and great fun talking about options in the beer area. Ive not had the consistently good customer service at other locations so this is always my preferred spot to stop. I even got my keg of Guinness here for my wedding.

Great selection and attentive staff

I was highly disappointed this morning when I went into your Pleasanton store asking for a single box and being denied. I do a considerable amount of shopping at your store and just needed an empty box. The attitude of the lady at the cash register really sours my attitude towards continuing to frequent your stores given the many other options available. Training people to use common sense should be a priority in this competitive marketplace if one is to survive. It’s unfortunate that just one person can have such impact in a very negative way.

We have a tradition we like to call fun bottle friday. Every other friday is payday so we have turned collecting interesting looking bottles of alcohol into a hobby. I have backlit the tops of the kitchen cabinets with LED strips and it is fun to find cool bottles to put on display up there.Anyway when we go to this bevmo a few of the employees have started to recognize us and they often go out of their way to point out things we may like. We also like to hang out and do the wine tasting at the back if we get there early enough. Its free as long as you spend a certain amount at the store that day.

I dont drink alcohol but they have my favorite ginger beers. They also have a ton of cheese and meat combos for pairings.
