I was a protection one customer before ADT took over the company and the service was spectacular. Now my alarm can go off for hours and they dont call emergency responders unless I call them and tell them to. Ive been trying to reach customer support to have some additional cameras quoted and Ive been hung up on twice. Just pass on this company. Youd be safer leaving your front door open while you sleep than working with these people.

A junk! Signed the agreement and paid my down payment on 4/22/16 and as of today 9/1/2016 my installation still has not been scheduled!I got not choice because my plaza uses this crap!

Cory was here and really did an amazing job taking care of our yearly inspection. I would never go any where else and it is because of this guy.
