CONSUMER BEWARE:HIGH-END VEHICLES, LOW-END CUSTOMER SERVICEBrought our Ferrari into KarTunz to have 2 systems installed. Was assured they had worked on a Ferrari before, that the owner even had one theyd worked on. Our vehicle was returned with noticeable damage to the dash board; foam visible along with ripples/buckling. Was told by Ava (male) that our vehicle was brought-in in this damaged condition and KarTunz would only repair the 2-systems they had installed....This was until we informed Ava that we have multiple photos of our car (prior to KarTunz damaging it) along with a video as we had just purchased it in July 2020. Ava then said, if we could trust KarTunz, to bring our vehicle in for them to fix but he still insisted that it was brought-in in the damaged condition. We will see that the damage caused to our vehicle by KarTunz is fixed; of-course, we definitely WILL NOT be bringing it back to KarTunz. Unbelievably poor customer service and KarTunz damaged our vehicle.

Really loved what this place did to my 2019 Mercedes Metris van, the van was in an accident, and we had get a new van, that also needs to get new cameras, tracking etc installed in the new van. As my to-go-to recommended by SF Mercedes place for cameras and tracking, I have contacted Kar Tunz and Ava multiple times on phone and emails ready to drop another few 1000s on a another system..... no response, despite promises of calling back to both me and my crew, no emails nothing!!! be aware, there is other places around doing the same thing, and dont have to drive from SF next time! Thank you, I loved the old system, but the lack of service is crazy.

I have been working with Ava at Kar Tunz for the past 4 years. On my AMG S63 they helped me pick out beautiful Vossen wheels and tires. Recently they worked on the exhaust for my 2020 AMG GT63. Honest shop with excellent customer service.

Most people forget to review a business when they do a great job, instead using online reviews as a way to vent when something goes wrong. I always try to do a review when a business does a exceptional job. I recently purchased a Range Rover and the dealer made a mistake when it was ordered. I wanted the trims all blacked out from the factory but for some reason they were not. The dealer sent the unit to Kar Tunz and I met with Robert the owner to discuss what needed to be done. Robert gave me some great ideas and was able to get the trims, the wheels, calipers, and other miner details done in 3 Days. The end product looked and performed awesome! In a way I’m glad the factory screwed up and Robert and his crew at Kar Tunz finished the work. Thank you Kar Tunz!

My dealer recommend here, so I did the IPhone adapter here. BUT:- BIG SCRATCH on my driver side fender-Clock does not light up anymore-They forgot my trunks item, had to go back next dayWorst experience ever.
