This company almost ruined my Christmas. I had ordered an initialed steak branding iron for my son-in-law. I placed my order on November 14, plenty of time to process and receive before Christmas. I called around November 28 to check on the status of my order. I was told that someone would call within 48 hours to let me know the status. I never heard from anyone. Around December 3 I called again and was told dont worry, Im sure youll get your order before Christmas. I was notified on December 11 that unfortunately due to a production problem we are unable to fill your order. I could not believe that it took them 1 month to tell me they could not process my order! I have ordered from another company and am having to pay extra to ensure delivery by Christmas. I will NEVER order anything from this company again.
Lots of nice things for the cook. Friendly and helpful store sales people. I got my new nonstick pans YAY👵🏼
We recently shopped at the William Sonoma store at Stonebriar mall in Frisco, Texas. We will never shop at this location again. Barbara, I think was her name, was so incredibly rude. She was not the one to originally help us but ended up checking us out. She had my husband walk around and enter in all of his shipping information and then proceeded to tell him he needed to check himself out. I told him no, that was her job. She didn’t want to take my gift card that we had. She told me to scratch the back off if I wanted her to finish the transaction. She refused to answer my question about my key rewards. She finally, on my second transaction, told me that I did have a $30 reward because I was holding her up trying to figure it out myself. When we were done with the second transaction, I asked about the receipt and she very rudely replied “ya, I already gave it to you. Remember when you folded it up and put it in your bag?!” I was not requesting that receipt, I was asking about the other transactions receipt. She said she had already put it in the bag and rolled her eyes. We picked up our bags and she didn’t say thank you, have a nice day....nothing. I told her she was the rudest most unprofessional sales woman I have ever dealt with. She stared me down as we walked out and then threw her arms up at me as we left the store and continued to stare until we couldn’t see her anymore. We shop at William Sonoma a lot but will probably start shopping at another retailer from now on because I have never been treated this badly in a store in my life.
Nice store and up to date for cooking and for the spending non-thrifty housewife/man.If you have funds to blow come here, you will likely leave with an empty wallet.looks like something from a tv show. Nice people, if you buy and have a WS Visa. They go through workers like water though, Sees across the way have the same 3 ladiessince they were downstairs years ago. Also seen 4 diff. managers and wonder if they justlet people go due to low sales numbers, not fair in the business world for those to retainemployment. Classes are good, some free and some under 100. Holiday fun and samples. Some people engage others from the back do not and just glare and are stand-offish.Thats funny as the store in Union Square has more engaging folk and 3 stories-Flagship
Always a fun place to browse and shop for that little gadget you really need.
The lady there had great knowledge and personal experience about knives and Dutch ovens.
Just bought our first nice knives. Recommend Donna for help with picking out knives!
Love this place. But not is it expensive
The new San Ramon, Bollinger Canyon location desperately needs sinage! Too hard to find withon the complex. !
Unwelcoming experience by an Asian woman working the register today. Friday, December 15. William-Sonoma should be cognizant of employees who are just there to pick up a paycheck. I asked for help on an item while the woman was at the register since I couldnt find anyone on the sales floor to help. She seemed annoyed that I was asking her a question...I wasnt going about to get in line for a question that just needed direction. The Asian woman pointed at the wall where I could find them. I walked over a second time and could not find any or a place for them in any slot. I went back, waited in line to tell her I did not find any. She gave no other option for product or even to do a search. No one else was in line at the time. So I asked if she had any in stock in the back of store...all this seemed out of her williness to help. She did and said to wait next to the register so she could help new customers now in line. I waited after several customers only to find out they didnt have any in the store. I then replied could she order one one line. She replied, you need to get in line. I said why do I have to wait in line again. I already did. I that point I decided it wasnt worth to shop there. I hope management reads the type of workers they hire. There are plenty people who would jump at the opportunity to be curious, excited about customers coming into William-Sonoma Stores.
Store people are friendly and helpful. Nice merchandise but very pricy.
A little too tight getting around in the store. $40 for a pancake turner?
I love their stuff.
Very friendly and helpful.
