Ordered a bouquet for a birthday and everything arrived on time and looked (and tasted) great. Will definitely be ordering from here in the future.

Order was not delivered on the promised day, spoiling the purpose of the gift. By the time it arrived, I was visiting and could have brought my own cookies for 1/2 the price.

Order arrived 3 days late and not in time for event. Will be bad by arrival. Do not use this service!!!

Ive always known their cookies were quality. Great tasting and beautifully made. After our closest store closed I was worried because I use to always do pickup. Just recently I placed an order for delivery with the nearest store which is in Pleasanton, CA and everything was still perfect. No issues. They were on time and beautiful as ever. Very happy customer!

I appreciate that when I asked to have the cookies delivered before 2:00pm (quite a distance - Pleasanton to Santa Clara) the woman assured me it would be done and it was! The cookies were very cute and my friend really enjoyed them. Thanks so much!

Cookies by design Pleasanton is top notch. I ordered on a Tuesday afternoon and the cookie bouquet was delivered Wednesday morning. I was able to see what it looked like and was completely amazed… even better than the picture!I will absolutely order from this company again as they come highly recommended in my book.

Worst customer service!! My order, which was handled by the store in Needham Heigjts, MA, was not delivered on the day I requested. Multiple attempts to reach them for some sort of resolution resulted in even worse customer service. Just know that if the local store handling your order fails, Cookies by Design will do absolutely NOTHING to help resolve your complaint. I was not offered anything- not even a discount on a future order. Our gift to our son arrived the day after his birthday. Could not be more disappointed!!

Beautiful gift, second time I’ve sent from them and they never disappoint! I had them delivered the day before Valentine’s and asked for a time before 3 if at all possible and they were delivered before I requested. GREAT gift!!

I was ordering from Michigan to be sent to a business in Milpitas, an hour from her store. I asked for a partially custom design, an invoice sent via email, and a photo of the design. She was more than willing to do all and followed through. I also asked the next day if the order had been delivered and she checked on it for me. She answered every email promptly and also every phone call. I could not have been more pleased, given the long distance order, and the recipient was thrilled, and said the cookies, shared with his colleagues, were pronounced delicious by everyone.

Believe me, I am a CBD addict!! There used to be one down the street from my office but it is no longer there....THEN I found the Pleasanton store and ALL IS GOOD! I order these for everything, new babies, birthdays, anniversaries. They are so helpful and really make you know that your gift will get there on time and in great condition. I even had someone call me back and say that I had forgotten to use the 10% off coupon (which I didnt know I had) so they applied that too!.
