I called Pearson Garage Door Services on Tues afternoon. They told me they couldnt come out till the next day. Since we didnt need to get out that worked out. I got a call on Wednesday morning advising that their tech would be here around 11am. They texted me of his arrival and a picture of him. He manually was able to open the door so I could get the cars out. He got to work and did a great job. I will use them again for any door problem I have.

Pearson Garage Door Services did a great job ! Our garage door spring broke and the door was 1/2 open. We were exposed to who ever wanted in our garage or home for that matter. Tech came out right away. He was very professional, kept us informed about what he needed to do and fixed the problem promptly. The rates were very reasonable. I was impressed that he looked at both doors and all the components to be sure that everything was working well. I would definitely use Pearson Garage Door Services again. There were several things I liked about this company. Ryan was very knowledgeable, personable and honest. We had a problem with rain water getting inside the garage. He showed us where the problem was and the simple process to fix it. He gave us a time frame and price before leaving. Not only does the company call when the tech is on the way but Ryan also called and gave an approximate time of arrival. I really appreciate the honesty of this company, that’s not always something you find in a company in these times!
