It took four times to get my order done correctly. Employees are not focused on their jobs. Will not recommend this Kino’s to anyone.
Ill be fair and give a 3 since Shalina (Shalini) turned the situation completely around, in regards to my first interaction with Alyssa. I come in here all the time as I work for the top video game company in the world. It irks me that every time I come in there seems to be an unpleasantness that some dont like to do their job. I came in for packing and shipping and was blatantly told I needed to pack my own stuff and come back. I, unfortunately, had to call the customer service line and upon return, Shalina (Shalini) whom I see all the time, immediately catered to me as a customer, as is representative of the business. I didnt mind paying for packing at all, just kind of strange the differing interactions between her and Alyssa. Again, as ive said in other reviews, give Shalina (Shalini, sorry if I butchererd the name) a raise and have her teach the staff a thing or too!!
Rude and inefficient. I spend tens of thousands annually on shipping with FedEx. Just happened to be in the neighborhood and needed to get a quick parcel out - by far the worst experience I’ve had.
Very unpleasant service by the women at the front desk. They seem to hate their job and the customers.
All I did was drop off a FedEx package. Service was fast and friendly. Excellent covid-19 safety procedures. Convenient parking.
Pretty poor service, long lines and broken machines.
Great service, the staff were most helpful. We stopped by for taking a photo, printing, copying and sending out a package and the staff helped us with small things we needed like glue and a stapler.

I always have patronized this store to do a lot of printing and copying services ; I frequent even more now that I opened a business In Dublin. I really like this store but I have issues in the past with efficiency and service due to them being consistently short staffed . For the past few months I’ve seen a flow of steady new faces come into the store and they are an amazing bunch. Aydan is one of the new faces and he is amazing at what he does . Profesional, smooth and efficient. I’ve seen him juggle tasks with several customers and he did it with care and precision. I print a lot of documents and always need a lot of attention due to the nature of my work. Great job FedX for brining these new faces into the store!
Here to drop off a overnight package to SFO. May be it’s closing time, it took less than 5min(in/out). Staff was nice too.
What a great place to send a pre-paid package for a return. No wait. No lines and the staff is friendly and helpful. I’d go back if I had to return to the City of Dublin for a reason.The only drawback is how fast cars drive in that small parking lot. It can be scary being a pedestrian, even on a Saturday afternoon.
Phone call to store about printing. Pricing is almost double than other Fedex printing locations. Rep looks not familiar the process and pricing.

Ive requested the shipper to have my package to hold at this location. I get there and as requested I provide them my tracking number. I recieve my package. However, apparently there is still another package that is using the same Master Tracking that was not forwarded to me. I later recieve an email from my shipper that they received a returned package. The fact that this FedEx Office didnt even contact me before resending back out to the shipper. All locations call you to let you know there is a package being held for you. Idiots here!
This fedex location honestly disturbs me. When it was our turn to be serviced, all of a sudden everyone has to go on break. Extremely long wait times and when we were serviced, we did not have a pleasant experience. Hector was not only rude to my 12 year old when telling her how to print, but he was belligerent and spoke to her as if she was an idiot. He didnt even print the right document, either. When I told the manager about his behavior and all I got was a Well talk to him about it.As soon as our business was concluded, I decided then and there that we werent coming back. Im not sure who is doing the hiring around here, but I think its time for a serious evaluation of your employees, as they are egregious at even the most basic and miniscule customer service. I get more respect from a park bench.
Walked in late night and asked to reprint shipping label for a package to ship out. After getting the label the store employee takes a look and asks what Im shipping. I let him know and he inspects the box again. He says he cant ship Home Depot boxes. Theyre storage and not shipping boxes. ??? The box was sitting there for 10 min on the counter and you just now say something??Ive literally shipped the same box in the same store a month ago. Hes adamant and Im too tired to argue. Power Trippin over a box. Dropped off the box at a different FedEx store the next day and guess what they said? Nothing.
Nice location. Well kept. Was able to get in and out in no time with no complications trying to get my prints.
There needs to be some serious staff changes at this store. There was literally only one guy in the front working. He was great I believe his name was Stephen. He was doing his best to assist customers. Everyone else needs to be FIRED. The middle eastern male gave me incorrect information on how to get my packages to my apartment and when I called back the store the manager Waylon ALSO gave me incorrect information. I was told it would only cost $10 to ship my packages that were on hold at the office to my apartment RIGHT DOWN THE STREET. Once I get in the store I waited for Waylon and then he told me he just gave me an estimate. He didnt even check my packages when I called. How is this my problem? I have no idea. But I had to come into this store twice to be lied to by these two fellows who were sitting in their office twiddling their thumbs doing nothing while the one guy in the front was working hard. Waylon proceeds to tell me it would be $50 now to have my packages shipped DOWN THE STREET. I declined and thanked him for wasting my time once again. Then went to ask him why they would rather have these packages shipped back and not work with me to have them shipped to my home. Waylons response was Well we dont have to pay for it so... This has got to be the worst customer experience I have ever received in my life. I would like an apology from both men for inconveniencing me and giving false information. Both should be given proper training since it DEFINITELY seem like they dont know what they are doing.

Literally all of their printers were broken, great place to waste 30 minutes and still be late for an interview. FedEx needs to bolster this location because Lord knows they need it.
Always a minimum of ten minutes wait time. Slow service and not always friendly staff.
Okay if you are just popping in and out for some self-service copies. Theres often a slowish line for service.
I had 4 photos that I wanted to print. We tried my google drive, phone, and Instagram. Each one had an error. Facebook finally let me get to the print section before freezing the computer (after i had paid) No CDs or flash drives were available to put the photos on. I could however purchase one and then pay to use the computer to transfer the photos onto it.When an advertised service (or 4 of them)fails a business should be will to accommodate. It just felt like they were not. If you go in make sure you put everything on a flash drive first.Update: I came back with the photos on a usb. There are 2 computers hooked up to the photo printer. One had an out of order sign on it and a couple was sitting at the other. I stood in line yo confirm that there was no other way to print photos. Two employees were talking to customers at the counter. No one else was in front of me. I stood there for about 20 minutes. Neither employee acknowledged me, they just kept a casual pace with the two customers they were with. Cmon at least break away for a second to see what the other person needs. Anyway at the 20 minute mark the couple at the computer gets up on asks if any other computers can print photos. I look over and the computer was in the middle of rebooting.On my way to Walgreens. DO NOT come here to print photos.
Rude, incompetent and unprofessional. Two girls too busy chatting each other up, and that was only when they had time to look away from their phones. Had a forgettable experience which made me wish I had not intruded their soiree.
No employee for the print side and the employees on the shipping side were unable to help. Very disappointing.
Under staff, shame on FedEx tends to run the big store with one employee.

My experience here was solely for shipping documents using a business account. The process was quick and easy and the store was not busy at all.
This is the most horrible place. Horrible systems ( slower than remote place in africa) and people who work here are very poorly trained and they dont even care.Will never go again there!!!!
As usual terrible service and insanely long waits. Shipping is punishing and they nickel and dime u for every piece of tape u use. Weak sauce.

Very dissatified with the service.i had to walk out of the store because of the attitude of the employee. I was in a desperate need for 100 prints but the salesperson has no interest in helping customer. Andy was the sales person I was dealing with. I wouldn’t go back to this store again.
