What a good place to eat. Food was excellent, atmosphere was neat and the staff were friendly. We will be back!

I love this place! Great joint to bring the family for some delicious, healthy pizza or just sit, have a drink and munch!! Comfortable indoor seating and an outdoor patio with live music on Friday nights!!!

Great new restaurant in the area, awesome salads!! They also have great pizza! Havent tried these items but I saw on the menu that they have paninis, pasta, wings, gelato, margaritas and beer! Best salads Ive seen in the area in 20 years.

Good food. Didnt like when we got there it was 8P.M and my family and I were stopped the door and the worker told us they closed at 9 P.M. we stood for a few seconds and asked sooo.... can we still order food? Worker said we shut everything down so you will have to eat outside.Worker was very rude and needs more training on customer service. I still ordered food and sat outside. Only gave 4 stars because of the workers attitude but will definitely go back for the food.

Have been here a handful of times, and pleased with each. The first time my kid and I went, the ladies behind the counter (before Covid) loved showing off the pizza oven to my son (and me, I might have been a wee bit impressed with it myself, the thing has some WOW factor!). They were very patient in explaining the menu options, coupon options, and gave my son samples of the gelato so he could better decide. Another time we visited, we met up with some neighbors there, and we had a very nice time joking with some staff, and enjoyed our meals. The last time we went (after Covid), we placed an order online, and requested it be ready by 4:30pm, but the pizza wasnt even started until we arrived at the window. We waited there, and for 1 wholespecial order (large), and one half a pepperoni, it took a surprisingly short amount of time. When it was brought to the window, I explained that I hadnt used the order system before, and I asked if we had done something incorrectly, to hinder our order being ready at the right time (had I missed a step in ordering). The young lady who brought the pizza to the window came straight out with the fact that it was her fault, she had seen the order, but got sidetracked with something else, and gave a sincere apology. Ill never be upset with a delay, when its handled with integrity, especially by someone so young! Also, try a chicken, mushroom, and feta cheese pizza! Delicious!

Young staff and unfortunately it lives up to the stereotype. It would be great with some customer service training and support.Update: I received a call from the manager of the restaurant asking for some examples of my visits and truly listened to me. I was verry surprised to hear from her and because of that I would continue doing business with them. Thank You!!!

It is a new place for pizza and other things in town. We had a pizza and it was good. The staff was very helpful in getting us through their system of ordering. 4 stars because I think the overall taste of the pizza will improve some as the staff gets things working better after they are open a little longer.

Staff is really friendly. The food was made fresh and really fast! I was able to get my 2 favorite pizzas in one. Cant wait to try the salads next! The app doesnt work, but thats not the locations fault

This is the place to go for pizza, pasta, sandwiches or salads! Get what you want for a topping and the flavor is excellent. Love the char from the fire oven!!!

Good food! Been packed since they opened so we ordered to go. Was ready as expected. Greek salad was on point, love that we can order half pizzas. Everything was really good, the large pizza wasn’t cut all the way through, but that’s the only complaint I have, which is good! Will definitely be back.

White shroom pizza was delicious

Service was good. Nice environment. The gluten free crust is not good at all. MOD or Crust is much better. If you are looking for a local option, stick to Dominos, better taste and cheaper.

The pizza was AWESOME except they forgot my mushrooms and olives. Salad was good. Wings werent good at all. Portions are really small for the price. But the pizza is definitely worth the price just order the large.

1/2 salads are great. I love blue cheese dressing. Urban Bricks does not have blue cheese. I picked a garlic parmesan dressing, it tasted good. There Mango lime drink is really good. The pizza is fresh and tastes great with the almond flour dough in the crust. 😁

My husband is a hard person to offend. One of the ladies behind the counter on our visit was extremely rude. We have been to this location numerous times with no incidents and have always had a positive experience until today. I hate to say it but this will be my last visit to your establishment.

If a customer uses the drive thru and you tell customer to park up front and the order will be brought to them please don’t forget. Second time this has happened. Very disappointed.

Cauliflower crust option is awesome! didnt give five stars only because consistency isnt there...overdid gorgonzola cheese on pizza and salad not chopped enough. otherwise great eats!

This place is a mess. Ingredients look like they are going bad, what they had out. Chicken bones on the floor when you walk in. Could take some time to clean up their establishment, not a good experience. Won’t be coming back

I love love love this place! Me and my little family went for the 1st time on 11-27-19 and I had no complaints whatsoever. the fact that you get to build your own pizza is amazing! We will be back again today to bring my mom and dad to try it. Thank you urban bricks!

Ordered 4 items, all four came out at different times. Pasta was extremely bland. Pizza was edible, but I cant say much more than that. On a positive note, the staff was very polite.

I really had to talk my husband into going 😒 he had the meatball sandwich the sandwich was ok the pasta salad was dry with no flavor and worst of all I got the wings they must be precooked because the was cold and the outside wasnt crisp at all. Worse meal ever dont wasted you money. It is run by kids that really dont care. From now one we will go to the other pizzeria in town.

3 times I have ordered online or by phone and my order hadnt been even started 25 min later when I arrived .today the mgr was kind enough to refund my order .I will give them one more chance i understand they are busy and the food is good but one more chance is all Im willing to give and I think thats being very fair.

Fantastic pizza. I changed my rating, Brad... lol... We got 4 of the 5 dollar pizzas & they were sensational! Hey Brad, I tried to call your pizza joint just now to pay them a huge compliment, but your lines were too busy, anyway, the pizza is still fantastic & I joined the dough club... LOL 😂

Ordered meatball panini and the sauce was flavorless along with the meatballs being small and cut in half with no flavor all i could taste was the bread. The salad i ordered had very little ranch dressing I could not taste ranch dressing. The service was excellent but the food needs improvement.

Waste of time, thank God we walked out. I understand that new restaurants have issues but this was ridiculous. The staff acted like they had no clue on what to do, the girl on the make line was visibly confused and being given wrong instructions by multiplestaff members. The guy on the make line was unorganized and didnt follow the order succession. He made some from this order and part of something from the next regardless of what order it was in. It was a total disorganized mess behind the counter and there appeared to be no manager. No one even knew who to ask for a discount when the lady at the register required one. We walked out with our order partially made because the guy started making the pizzas for the people behind us and only a sauced dough was prepared from ours when we still had 4 more items that needed prep after 15 minutes of standing there waiting. Dont waste your time.

Dough was undercooked, food quality and and taste was subpar. Ordering is rushed, the ingredients are all mixed up, unorganized crew, Corporate is rude and disconnected from thier customer needs and concerns.

What a serious disappointment! Coated in flour so bad that it is falling off in piles. Very little sauce. Dirty table tops with food stuck on them. Go to NEDS

The place is brand new, and I was very excited to try it ! There is a lot of high schoolers working there so they’re for sure new to customer service and still learning recipes etc because it is. New establishment..the food was good, we tried the pizza and pastas ! Roland was my pizza builder and he was soooooo had a smile on his face, explained how everything worked and was very nice ! I will definitely tell my friends about this place

The food is great but the service is horrible. We placed an order online and they didnt have it ready. Had to get a refund. This is the only place I know that you can get a cauliflower crust and be Keto friendly. Was disappointed that I didnt get to eat my pizza.

Horrible experience...who Gets an order wrong 3 times in a row .. how hard is it to make a pepperoni pizza? Still ended up paying nearly 30$ for a pizza that had no sauce 🤦🏼‍♀️
