After somebody hit my 2020 Jeep and then decided to flee the scene leaving me with $13,000 in damages they fixed my Jeep up making it look like the day I drove it off the parking lot. Lucky for me I only had to pay $1,000 deductible. They kept me updated throughout the way on how things were going. I would definitely recommend them to anyone. With everything going on right now there was one part that was on back order but they gave you my Jeep until the part came in and I dropped it off for the final repair.

I had several claims over the past few years and several more recently. I have been to every body shop in town. By far the best, took care of me and made me feel important. They worked hard to get me back in my vehicle. Also they were extremely patient and understanding when I was upset with damage to my vehicle so many times. I really do feel like they went far above and beyond what I experienced at the other body shops in town.

The work done in the shop was perfect its the office that I didnt appreciate. Just before my truck was scheduled to go in they called asking if I could wait longer cause a recent storm damaged other cars and Im guessing they thought those cars were more important than mine. When I got my truck back the lights fogged up right away, emailed the salesman and he said hed get new ones ordered and swap them out. Its been months now Im guessing my insurance check cleared and theyre done with me. Now after posting this Ill bet I hear from them but either way Im not going back now, I dont feel like a valued customer

Just recently used Carstar Plover to fix my cab corner and box after a minor accident. I could not be happier with the whole experience. They set up a Rental car with Enterprise and had everything ready for me when I showed up to drop my truck off. They ended up having to cut out the entire cab corner and reweld a new piece in. Truck looks great and Price was spot on. Honest and good people from my experience, will use them again if needed.

Windows have a film that won’t come off

I previously had my vehicle repaired here in 2011 when I was in an accident involving a deer. I received prompt, timely and excellent service then. I recently returned here this week to obtain an estimate. I will be using this shop to make my repairs this time as well. The shop is neat and clean unlike many of the other body repair shops that You see in this area. They are super busy now too which indicates to me that they have an excellent business. I feel comfortable taking my car here for repairs.

I just picked up my car today from Pats and it looks good! I was really impressed with them because they completely cleaned the inside of my car (which was desperately needed!) They did take a little longer to get it all fixed, but overall very happy with their service.

Did a real good job on my truck except for rubber on fender liners came off. Have to use adhesive and put them back on.

Ive gone through two accidents with Pats Carstar and both times they did awesome and had great customer service! They did a great job on some tough repairs and even tried their best to cut costs with out sacrificing quality!

Last repair was shotty. Used parts that were damaged and they are now showing.

COMPLETE WASTE OF MY TIME! Dont go here. I am so disappointed in the time they wasted and the money they tried to scam from the Company that was reimbursing me for the damage. They underestimated the initial cost of repairs and tried to charge me double of the original price and wasted my time for damage that wasnt even my own doing.

I have gone in many times and they continually go above and beyond my expectations. I wouldnt recommend anywhere else
