Beware! I brought my vehicle in for a basic mechanical inspection as the car had been wobbling a bit while braking. The car had been braking fine, it just had a bit of a shake to it(attributed to the rotors). When I went to pick up the vehicle, it had no brakes AT ALL. When I called to inform them that the vehicle I dropped off WITH BRAKES now had none, they suggested that I bring it in for another charged inspection and thence is blamed this on me even though it lost brake function while in their care. They clearly did something to cause the problem and now refuse to take any responsibility. How do I know they caused it? Because the second I put brake fluid in, it leaked out all over the pavement. Funny they didn’t see that during the inspection! It had no brake line leaks before I brought it into them. They tried to blame it on the age of the vehicle, but the brake lines were replaced within the last couple years. I have spent thousands of dollars with this company, but I will never go to them again. Who leaves a customer with no brakes and blames it on the customer, even though it happened in the mechanic’s care? Terrible service.

I had a screw in my truck tire while visiting my son who lives in Plover. I went to the Plover store at 4:50 PM on a Friday. Their last tech was about to leave. I was in a bit of a panic because I needed to pick my daughter up for the weekend in Shawano at 7pm which meant I needed to be on the road at 5:50pm. Mark, Tom, and Steven made it happen. Then when I asked what I owed they said there is NO CHARGE for the service! This is a TOP NOTCH company with SUPERIOR customer service. If and when you need tires this is the place to go. Needed Infinity dashboard removed and instead of getting the correct tool to release the clips holding it on, it looks like they used a flat head to pry and break all the pins off to get inside... Horrible, just after buying car pristine.Discussed it with them and they said too bad... Just wrong; horribly done.

I have worked with Gary and Tom out of their Plover location and they have always been professional and very informative. They are always fast and try to get repairs done as soon as possible. We have done brakes and tires with them and couldn’t be happier.

Anyone that has work done here please be aware that they charge and claim to do work that is not done. Please watch your bill carefully and have any work that they claim to have done rechecked by another mechanic. After 6 months of run around and not being able to use the vehicle they are only offering half towards the damage that was caused by not doing the job that they claimed to have done.

Like the Services only thing I have to get out to or get things done because I am all alone. I have copd I wear my mask to try and stay safe. Your sign on the door says masks are required in store but when I walked in a customer and counter person are not wearing masks . If you cant inforce your own rules take the signs down

My check engine light came on. I took my car to be checked, and repaired... they told me nothing was wrong with it, and charged $130 to shut the light off. 3 days later the light is back on, and my car is sputtering when I accelerate!

This place does what they say. Havent had an issue. My kid loves hanging out with the office employees and eating the popcorn!

My Jeep was making a weird noise, thought I should have it checked out. The water pump was going out and they told me that I wouldnt make it out of town. I let them have the jeep and they gave me a loaner for the next day. Very pleasant people and mostly honest, even for being a woman. Great job, would differently recommend them.

If you have hesitations towards box shops, you can throw them out with these guys. Ive taken my cars to That one guy, that your friend knows, cause he does good work out of his home garage, but I ended up having to go here this past winter. I felt like everything was reasonably priced, that they broke everything down and explained things well, kept in contact with me through out the day to ask questions, etc.

I have been learning to fix my own and family members vehicles and I always go to Schierl Tire in Plover for parts, repairs, or advice on how to repair my vehicle and specs for it. Thank you Schierl Tire and Service Plover location. I started this past Monday with a tire that was not holding air, I called them right away at 8am and they were helpful from the start. They were honest that they were booked out about a week for an appointment but if I could get my vehicle to them that day they would try their best to look at my tire and see what they could do and possibly squeeze me in between appointments. My plan was to bring my vehicle to them during my lunch hour but when I went to go do that my tire was completely flat. Jason the Manager at Schierl was able to come and put air in my tire enough so I could get it to the shop. They were then able to shuttle me back to work AND patch my tire in the same day! My Fiancee wanted some new tires, they told us they would have them ready and in stock for her apointment date, then they call and tell her they cant get them so she had to settle for different tires, ok no big deal, but then during the tire change they tell her she needs parts replaced, ok not an issue, then on the date of the apointment they tell her they dont have a loaner ready for her, they finally get one ready but now they tell her they dont have the parts ordered and she has to wait till Thursday, this is unprofessional as hell, if a shop I worked at had done this we would have been taken to management, they have zero interest in making sure they have the stock needed when its needed, youd be better off going with another business that doesnt lie about stock and parts.

Gary was able to get me in on my lunch, check the issue and fix it for me, and then helped me get an appointment for a recheck on my tires after the new year. Super friendly, Super fast, and I didnt feel like I was being had unlike the last place I went in town. They all treated me like a friend and not just a dollar sign. I will be going back for sure!

End of Sept. I ordered Goodyear tires on line. Supposed to get additional $25. Never do that again! I dealt with Tom and I ant say enough about him. thus Schierl tire. Showed up for apt. but Goodyear had canceled my apt. Claimed something like wrong account. After probably 1/2 hour on the phone, Tom figured out they had their info about me wrong and straightened it out.When I tried to get the $225 (total) rebate Goodyear said it would only be $150. Called Tom. He called back saying he straightened it out. That I would get the $225 and shoud I not call him and he would check into it.Guess what. 6-7 weeks later, not having recd the rebate, I tried to straighten it out but unable to.I called Tom. A short time later Tom called back telling me Goodyear had the wrong address, (Funny, the bill always seemed to arrive), and they would resubmit the rebate.Got it today. Thank you Tom, VERY MUCH. I hope you get a raise but never promoted, :). You are great with customer relations.

My Mom had a tire blow out on Her car less than a mile away from this location. It was a cold November day and late in the afternoon. Mom had just been shopping and the back of the car was filled with food. The person She talked to was able to help Her immediately and replace the tire. She was able to drive Her car home within one hour. Outstanding customer service on a busy day!This location also replaced the battery on my Moms car late last month. They were able to do the replacement immediately and I had the car back to my Moms house within one hour.

Refused to change the rear differential fluid. Lied and told me everything was good. Reset the lights and if I didnt know better I never would have gotten it changed. Only coming back here again for the free tire rotations since I bought my tires here.

I would give them a negative star if I could! Took our vehicle in for new tires to be put on, they tried to tell me I needed $800 worth of work done on my vehicle! Took it to another mechanic and it didnt need any of the work Schierl said it did! Be cautious if you take you vehicle there!

Tire went flat driving down the road on the worst possible day. ( during a snowstorm ) Frustrated cold and soaked I called Schierl Tire and was instantly relieved by their understanding, extordinary customer service and willingness to take care of my problem that day. Fixed my flat for free and very fast service

While they did diagnose and repair my power steering leek, they failed to address the problem I had brought the car in for the first place, the transmission. When I picked up the vehicle my check engine light was still on and I had to get someone to clear it. Thinking they fixed my tranny issue I left only to continue to have problems. When I brought it back to have them check the transmission fluid they said it was fine. After taking the car to another repair shop, found my transmission fluid was almost 2 quarts low.

Fixed my valve stem and bead leak for free!

Went here for a simple oil change and a brake check, turned out to be over $400! I went and got a second opinion and the second place only charges me $150 for the same work.

Was told I was getting a Visa card for $140.00 buying the tires, when I was done it was only for $60. Was told on the phone I get the tires for $645.12, it was higher. Man who was taking care of me ask me if I thought he was lying (wasn’t crazy about that either..

Very friendly and helpful! One visit, they squeezed me in to fix a tire that was leaking every other day. Free repair, and they retorque for free after 50 miles. Then I made an appointment to do the front brake pads and rotors. Turned out my calipers had gone from bad to worse and they needed to be replaced. The woman up front found a coupon for me and I saved another $25. They never make me feel like Im being swindled for being a female and clueless about cars. Will continue going back!

I was thinking of purchasing a used truck and wanted to get a 3rd party opinion on it and have an inspection done. This was on a Saturday mind you and these guys fit me in even though they were busy. They found several things wrong with the truck that I couldnt spot and showed me each one while it was up on the hoist, so I know it was as they said. The sales person Ben was nice and actually seemed to care about my situation and helped me make a more informed decision about if I wanted to purchase the truck. They didnt charge me a ton to do it either and what I paid was a fair price for what they did. This is great customer service and should be rewarded, so these guys have earned a customer here. The next time I need something done Ill be going here at the very least to get an estimate or have work done. So many people these days complain when a place sucks, but when they do it right people deserve to know, so good job guys!

Brought my dump truck there to have front tires put on. They didnt catch that one of the rims were cracked so we had a flat tire an hour later. We sent it back and purchased a new rim from them and they charged us again for mounting the tire. Very high priced in the first place and then they charged us for something they missed.

Dropped a tire off yesterday and they had it done next day. Very impressed with the service
