This is a great place and the staff is always willing to help you find things. They even have customers that will sew things for you if you cant do it yourself. I know as I had a nice lady sew patches on my work uniforms and embroider my name on a few jackets.

Idk why but this location smells really bad...its also a smaller location so there is less variety. Went in to look at fall cottons and they didnt have much.

I submitted an order for pickup, I made sure it was things that were all in stock, only five items. Submitted the order before 5pm (at 3pm) of course I received the confirmation email that the order was received and I was billed. BUT I HAVE YET TO HAVE ANYONE FILL THIS ORDER. I sent my husband to the store and they said they couldnt do it. They were too busy, the store was dead. Its the end of the next day (theyve had all day to fill the order) and its still not filled. At this point I just want my money back.**Edit**- DAY 3. I have contacted customer service and have not heard back, I STILL have not had my order filled. Im not sure whats more frustrating the loss of money or that I cant get my materials. Im going in to the store tonight lets see what new excuse they have.

Sometimes they seem a bit understaffed and it can take awhile to get fabric cut or to check out. The staff have always been super nice though. Not all staff are craft or sewing experts, but many are knowledgeable. My favorite part about this store is that its pet-friendly!

Lots of good crafts goodies. Bring your creative juices and start that project. Love the staff as welp. The air temperature was super comfortable. I was able to test the bathroom and all toilets worked good and washed hands.

Always like Joann. It has just about everything you want and is well stocked. I like Cookies and Cream yarn, but in this case there wasnt much of it. It is not just Joann, but I thought they would have it even if others didnt.

I went in to look for some yarn. Things are easy to find here, the store is logically laid out, and I even found a good crochet hook to work with.

Went there looking for a specific beading needle and they had same Michaels had but it was more expensive. Seems overly priced to me.

One of my favorite local craft stores. Lots of different styles of crafting supplies, including cake / cookie decorating, bead work, needle crafts, yarn and sewing supplies. Great staff that will help with any questions you may have.They offer a military discount if you or a spouse are eligible, and they have an app that keeps all the promos (and your military discount) as easy as a quick barcode scan at the register.

Usually under staffed, so a bit long to get fabric cut. That being said, friendly staff and very helpful

I like Joanns but I do not go there often to give a good review.

There should be a line that is for people that has five or less item. So you dont have to stand in line so long. Especially for the holidays.

Amazing service ... Katie was friendly and SOOO helpful! We are out of a lot of material here in Illinois and they were so kind as to mail! Something other stores won’t do. These ladies rock... their customer service was FANTASTIC!

They generally have good stuff there, but I was looking for photo frames, and their selection was very limited in the store.

Prices are high but using their weekly coupons makes things quite a bit more affordable. Like JC Penney, I only buy if there’s a great sale or if I can use a coupon.

Usually have a good experience but yesterday I was overcharged one yard of fabric. The woman helping me was also helping and listening to a new employee trying to figure out how to measure something. I think she got confused.The fabric was really cheap so I dont plan on traveling 50+ miles round-trip for a refund. Ill just have to keep an eye on how they measure things.

I have been here twice a week the month of October to get supplies and advice on a Halloween costume. I altered a bridesmaid gown into Ursula from the Little Mermaid, and I couldnt have done it without the help of the staff at Joanns!

Awesome Store. I was to the Jo Ann Fabrics store in Plover, WI. Clean, neat, very organized and well staffed today.I needed to replace some fabric that I already had purchased in another JoAnn store last weekend. The fabric I purchased had a flaw in it that I did not see as the girl unwrapped it. I did use the 60 percent off coupon on it as it was 14.99 a yard red mattress ticking. It was the last of the bolt.Being in Wisconsin Rapids for the weekend I thought I would just look to see if I could find it at the Plover Store. I need it for a mission event at church next weekend.They had it - I replaced the three yards and the Store Manager Kathy was so helpful and over-road the price to reflect the 60 percent off.Thank you and Merry Christmas.

Went there to get fleece material to make fleece blankets for Christmas

Just called them for a quick check if they had dark grey fabric and was told that it was impossible for the employee to go and see if there was any because our stock changes constantly. Im pretty sure it isnt flying off the shelves at a rate that it is not fathomable to find out if one simple color is available. She was rude to me and hung up after telling me that I would have to come into the store. First time calling that store and the last. Please hire customer orientated workers next time. Really disappointed.

Very helpful staff. Its not the biggest store, but they seem to have a huge variety of different cloth Styles and designs and patterns jammed in there. Not so tightly that you cant see them, but enough so if there is plenty.

I was shocked at the very rude sales attendant. I was recently visiting your plover store with my elderly hard of hearing mother. We were shopping for some fleece fabric for a Christmas project.We selected a number of bolts to have cut. The cutting table had two attendants cutting fabric. We waited patiently. When one additional person Jenn pushes the middle attendant aside and says I can help whos next. When we questioned about what a remnant looked like (because it was rolled up) she rudely said Im cutting this open sues referring to the other attendant, and tossed it over the counter, Then my Mom tried to help her unroll the bolt and Jenn said I can do it, dont help me very disrespectfully to my mom. I pulled my mom away from the counter. She completed our order like it was an honor to serve us ....not really at all. I told my mom if that is the way they treat their customers I can get the material in Wausau and be glad to take my business elsewhere. My mom said they have other attendants including the store manager that have talked to her like that before.I am very disappointed that Jenn was so mean to an older customer. That is discrimination at its worst. Please speak up to people who are in the wrong!Have a Christmas Kindness attitude people. It makes the tough days better in the world.

The customer service is not up to par. I was not greeted when I arrived to check out. I mentioned I had a coupon and was told it wouldnt apply which I understood but when I tried to ask a question about the coupon I was immediately cut off. I tried to pay with my phone and a comment was made by the cashier I never see that work. I tried asking if I was holding my phone incorrectly but again was cut off and told to use my card. I asked to speak with the store manager and to my surprise she was the rude cashier I was interacting with . I asked how I could file a complaint and she said corporate and threw her hands up in the air. I asked for her name because she wasnt wearing a name tag and she wouldnt give it to me.She made us feel that we were an inconvienece for her and because of that I will shop online so that she can go back to stocking shelves and not have to deal with customers.

Staff is always very helpful even when the store is packed with customers, they never make you feel rushed or bad about asking for help. Store is always stocked and has what I need

I always find what I need when I go into JOANN Fabrics. This time when I wasnt finding what I needed... the staff was alert and listening! Helped before I had to ask. They were busy but handled the crowed well.
