I just got back. I wish I had gotten the name of the lady who helped me, but she was wonderful. I have little idea of what Im doing. But she asked me if she could help me as soon as I went in. I told her a was a newbie and what I wanted to do and she was incredibly helpful and friendly. This was my first time here but it will now be my only stop for hair care from now on.

Woman didnt really care that we were there. She was in the back when we arrived. And when we were ready to check out, we had to say excuse me 2x. Got what we needed and got out

Don’t go here if you want specialty fashion colors like pink, blue, etc. sat in the chair for 6 hours and went back a second time only to have my hair turn the color of raw chicken.Stylist also got bleach on my $160 sweater, ruining it.Went to Sally’s and used manic panic. My hair looks great. So yay for Sally’s!

I was a very difficult customer as my mother in law sent me here and didnt exactly know what she wanted done with her hair. And Mckenzie helped me out so much! Answered ever question I had and wasnt rude about it. I ended up going back about 30 min later realizing what I originally went for I forgot the 1st time. And she still had a smile and helped me!! Well done!! Very satisfied with my visit and will be going there a lot more!! Thank u.

Was disappointed I didnt find what I was looking for. Small selection of tanning lotions and no eye goggles.

Their supplies completely ruined my hair and I had the most unhelpful service ever. Ive never had a more disappointing experience
