Just went in for samples and to inquire how far out carpet installations are scheduled. Owner was extremely helpful and can install sooner than big box stores. We didnt do this last Spring with c19 but are hoping to put house on the market in matter of weeks.

Ive had several good experiences buying areas rugs and scrap rolls. When I send my wife I expect her to get the same, if not better, treatment from staff. Apparently women arent to be taken as serious customers.

The manager was very helpful while we were in the store on 2 seperate occasions. But when we asked them to measure our rooms so we would know the exact sizes of carpets we needed to purchase, they wrote our info down and said they would have someone call us to schedule an appointment the following week. No one ever contacted us. We went somewhere else of course. Would never go back again.

They will gladly take your money but difficult to get credit on extra flooring. Question their measurements and price they charge. Go elsewhere for your flooring. You will be happier.
