We went into us cellular today to hopefully get help with my daughters phone, it had a black screen and seemed to have crashed. We were greeted and helped right away, the gentleman Chris gave us excellent service and was very accommodating with trying to help us! We thank you so much!

I recently went into the store and was warmly greeted almost immediately. I was looking to upgrade my phone as I had the same phone for the past 5 years and had no idea where to start. Our account had a special promotion on it and we were quickly directed to Brett Koeppel who looked up the details. I explained what features of a phone that were important to me. He intently listened and made several suggestions. He explained the pros and cons of each phone. Brett was very personable, knowledgeable, and gave the best customer service Ive ever received anywhere. I would highly recommend working with him for your phone services!

I was there to purchase a phone for my elderly mother and upgraded on my phone. The entire process was simple and the knowledge of the employee was incredible. Great experience! We recently were extremely disappointed in the new service from T-Mobile and were having nothing but problems.John helped us switch from T-Mobile to US Cellular. He made the process so smooth! We were able to keep our phones, numbers and it was cheaper as well.We were lucky to get such awesome customer service! Id drive out of my way just for that..., wont be disappointed!!
