The staff is always nice at this location. I am always pleased with the products and service.

Only drive up was open. Order was wrong. Will give them another chance.....long lot, a lot of people waiting

Not Impressed ordered with the mobile app and went to pick it up only to find out that the inside is closed. Had to wait 20 minutes in the drive through to get my stuff because I couldn’t cancel my order either.

This location seems to have SERIOUS management issues. This is the worst run location I have ever encountered, which is saying a lot for Starbucks. Stocking issues, turn-around time, unscheduled closures and product deficiencies are just the start of the list here. I do not blame the regular staff, they are as friendly as possible and really are troopers for working with what little they have. Someone at corporate should really evaluate the management at this location. Its frustrating, and gives Starbucks a bad name.

Worst coffee i’ve ever had from a Starbucks. Ordered their pumpkin cream cold brew, which i’ve had from another location before and thoroughly enjoyed it, and it was so watery and tasted nothing like pumpkin, nor coffee. There was also no cold foam (which is supposed to come with) and I ordered a venti and it wasn’t filled all the way. Not worth it for the price.

Bring a coffee for the wait! The drive through is the slowest Ive ever encountered, routinely. Skip this place and go to the one located by campus.

Selections were limited due to no product but in todays environment its to be expected. Pleasant staff.

Great coffee quick service

Went through the drive through today, coffee was warmish at best! Far from hot and tasted a little sour. To top that off the lid or cup malfunctioned and dripped all over me, had to come home to change clothes! Not what I was hoping for.

I got my pup addicted to the pup cups so anytime I take her with me she thinks shes going to get her coffee. The staff is amazing and I never had a bad drink from them

I went inside this location because I didnt realize there was a drive thru on the side, since I am not from the area. The floors were sticky and counters did not appear to have been cleaned in quite some time. The drink I ordered was moderate. Staff was well engaged with each other, but not very attentive to customers.

This place is like crack. Everything is so delicious that it should be a crime. Too expensive but you get what you pay for.

Service good, staff friendly, quick in and out. Inside is nice, or theres a drive thru if youre in a hurry. Only gripe is that theyre notorious here for giving you less value in the size of your drink - order a grande, and the cup will be as full as a tall, with 2-3 of empty space at the top of the drink. Order a tall, same thing, you get just 2/3 of a cup full. This is the only SB we go to that we routinely get shorted on the fullness of the beverage ordered.

Drinks are never stirred, when i order ahead my whipped cream is always non existent. They are often closed or close earlier then the hours on their website state. For being closed inside theyre VERY SLOW at making drive thru orders. It takes at least 12 minutes for 1 drink. Better off driving the extra few minutes to the location by UWSP.

Awesome staff, asked for a surprise breakfast meal and drink, high in protein. They asked for what I like and came up with an excellent combo. The girls at the drive thru made my day! :)

The staff are consistently kind and attentive. My food is always hot and my drinks are almost always spot on. For the most part, a great location despite it being busy all the time. The line can get pretty long and slow, not a location to visit if youre running late/in a hurry.EDIT: Wanted to add that 5th star. No matter how busy this location gets the staff is always so kind. I think this location pretty much has a line of 6+ cars in their drive thru at any given time, so its a pretty busy place. Between the small staff and the amount of business they get- these guys are all stars. Still not a place you wanna go if youre in a hurry, but still worth the trip.

Came through with a camper traveling. Call in to see if they could make an order but refused us could not meet us at the door.

If I could give a zero I would, first time I went to Starbucks, got screwed over, bought a strawberry funnel Frappuccino the was $6.04 gave a $20.00 never gave any change back, so very expensive drink, probably will never see that money, called them but said manager not in, so I will be calling on Monday.☹

Drive thru takes 20 minutes or more for some reason. Typically the line goes down and around the buildings. This location is very slow in delivering drinks compared to the other locations. Would not go here again due to how long it takes.

Its Starbucks. Unless your location is really poorly managed, it will always be a consistent cup of Joe and quality service. As much as I prefer to buy local, it just hasnt worked out for me with local roasters and their employees. Johnson Public House is the exception in the Madison area. Always excellent. Just too far from work!

Never really thought I would leave a review for a Starbucks. Staff is really nice and respectful. My only issue is the seating. The chairs in particular are comfortable... if you don’t have a big body like me. I’m not of a huge size by any means, and I fit comfortably in 99% of the chairs I sit in. This Starbucks fits in the 1% category.

Once again, which happens more than not I ordered no whip cream, and I get whip cream. They did offer to make a new one but after waiting in line I did not want to wait anymore. Please get it right the first time people. Seriously if I knew another coffee place nearby Id totally go there instead. Any recommendations?

While the staff is great, this is by far the slowest location Ive ever been too. Seriously sat in line for 25 mins.

We stopped there yesterday. This place has really improved over the last year or two. There is a whole different feel. They have hired a group of uniformly winsome young women. They greet you nicely, and wish you a good day. The service is excellent. As is the coffee.

Quick and accurate, even with a long line.

Just sat in line for 35 minutes, which seems to be the norm lately at this location, just to get up to order and find out they are out of multiple items. If you are out of multiple items maybe make a sign to post at the end of the building as that’s where the line starts. They only had one posted on the ordering screen. So by the time you get up to the ordering screen you have most likely been waiting in line for 30 minutes or more. So if you want to sit in line forever then this is your location.

My worst experience at a starbucks honestly. I ordered a peach green tea sweetened, chocolate croissant, and everything bagel with cream cheese. they didn’t sweeten the tea, and didn’t give cream cheese with the bagel. The drive through took 39 minutes and I only had about 4 cars in front of me. The drive through worker was also taking another order while I was paying and didn’t interact with us at all.

I have patronized the Crossroads Starbucks nearly daily since soon 🔜 after its opening. The staff are courteous, friendly and accommodating.The Baristas have often become friends I see as I enjoy the friendly interior or quick and efficient Drive Through.I enjoy this place and miss it when unable to make my daily stop there.

Great drinks once we got them. Took 36 minutes once we got in line to pickup.

Always a long line. Most the time it moves pretty quickly but expect a little wait usually.

They did a good job this visit.

31 minutes to get our drinks. When I asked to speak to a manager he waited on one more customer and then proceeded to walk into the backroom. Never came out. Disgrace

Not the best experience Ive had at Starbucks. Disappointing to see employees not wearing masks or gloves. The woman who served me my coffee at the window was using the same napkin to wipe down coffee rims with no gloves then putting the napkin back in her pocket. Gross!! Especially during the Pandemic. On top of it all I asked no whip and got extra whip!

Sat in the drive through line for 27 minutes before deciding to leave. 22 of those minutes were after I ordered and had 3 or less vehicles in front of us.

Too much precedence on the mobile orders vs the actual in store customers. Drinks were as expected to a good level like most Starbucks still though.

Usually a reliable location in terms of product, but the (posted) closing time of this place is ‘arbitrary’ at best. The long-time male staff at this location also require a SERIOUS attitude adjustment. If I was that miserable and unpleasant in MY job, I’d be fired on the spot. Just saying. Go well before their posted closing time & be prepared to wait awhile.

This isnt coffee. Its sugar, syrup and whip cream crammed into a double shot of burnt beans. Yes, you heard that right and they know it. I know former management. Its an overpriced coffee shop. Anyone who knows anything about a good cup of coffee would NEVER step foot in here

Visited this morning right at 5am when they opened, walked in and gave the gal a cheery good morning as Id been up for hours. She gave me an annoyed look, was not helpful at all when I said I wasnt very familiar with their offerings, had no interest in helping me figure out how to use an electronic gift card and the drink I had was amazingly tasteless for a Starbucks coffee. Almost went back in and returned it since it was over $5 but didnt want to deal with her poor attitude. I was the only one in there so she wasnt just rushed or frazzled.

Always friendly customer service. Autumn does a great job and makes sure guests are happy!

This is a VERY slow Starbucks. I will only stop again if I have time to burn. It is very much like every other Starbucks in appearance and quality of product, just slower.

I loved this Starbucks! For the 4 months I was working near Stevens Point/Wassau, they always had my order ready when I ordered through the mobile app. And - they ended up remembering my name after only a few weeks.

Love this place, but thank goodness I had an hour lunch for I waited over a half hour for one tall drink. They remade it twice. Kind of annoying.

Sitting in Starbucks at 6:00 am enjoying a large caramel mocha latte and a plain toasted bagel. Im the only customer inside right now. The bagel is warm and tasty and so is my coffee. Did I mention that Im retired? Well...It doesnt get any better than this!Stopped by today for a medium peppermint latte and a sausage egg and cheese breakfast sandwich. Everything was hot and tasty as always. I just also want to comment that the service I received today and every time I come here is awesome too. The employees seem to genuinely care about the customers and always have an early morning friendly greeting and a smile.

For years Starbucks on division was at the top of its game. Day or night, the employees were as good as it gets. Even the ones training that knew nada, made u not care. Dont know whats happened the last couple of years but i do know that its a whole, new ballgame. All previous years, id wind up back b4 next shift began on too many days and now, rarely am there more than once a month, if that. Ill burn my last gallon of gasoline 2go to Crossroads.

Friendly folks working super hard on Labor Day. They got my morning coffee just right.

Never has food items in stock and refuse to put a sign up stating that fact. Instead they ruin your day anytime you want coffee AND breakfast.

No complaints from me! Gets busy during peak times but that is to be expected. They rarely make mistakes when it comes to my order but the very few times they did they gave me the incorrect coffee for free & were super friendly about it!
