Not from the area but decided to grab groceries on my way home. Great selection of produce, cheese and meat. Received excellent customer service from “Aaron” in the meat department; he was super helpful and kind. Will make it back to this store to shop again.

9/20- Zero checkouts open besides self checkout. Prior visit: Enjoy the selection of food, quality, and deli. The aisles are tight but the worst part of shopping here is the check out. One regular checkout open during an extremely busy Friday afternoon! Awful!! Trying to force you to self check out. The staff at check out was trying to hurry and bowled the cucumber down the alley crushing all my chips. Clearly stressed and making mistakes.

Stopped to get a cold drink at their coffee bar as I was shopping. Had to wait to have someone paged to come and make it. She stated it would be a bit so if I wanted to continue shopping go ahead. I was glad she mentioned that because I was a bit limited on time. Came back, had to get someone paged again. Went to buy it, told her I thought it was wrong. She said no thats what I made. Went to pay cash and she stated that register didnt take cash. Finally got out of there took one sip and it was wrong.....

Had to go through self check out with a full cart because they only had one normal check out lane and a giant line. Which is fine. However the lady they had watching over the self check out was extremely rude and it was my first time having to do produce at a self check out because I always go through normal line. Customer service was the worst I have ever experienced. I even explained it was my first time doing it and sorry I didn’t do it right and she was just completely rude to me. Maybe I’ll start going elsewhere again.

What kinda grocery store doesnt sell buttermilk

I left a bag with 3 items. I didnt notice it until the morning when I went to pack my lunch. I never keep my receipts for food, and Im not going outside to dig in the garbage. I called the store and they said I needed to bring in my receipt. Why would I lie about something like that!! Looks like Ill have to go out of my way to another store !!!!!

The lady at the self check out (near The Frozen / liquor area) is incredibly courteous and always puts a smile on my face. The new updated store layout is nice and more cohesive

1st bad experience: My husband and I needed groceries after a very long day. Mind you I was 8 months pregnant. We had a full cart of groceries. Apparently the registers are closed after 8:00 if they aren’t very busy? There were 3 employees standing around talking to each other doing NOTHING. My husband and I asked if they could open a register since we had a full cart of groceries and it would be very difficult to use the self check out. One of the 3 people told us that we had to use the self checkout. And then she turned and continued on with her conversation with the other 2 employees. We asked again if they could open the register. Again this lady said they close the registers when they aren’t busy. SO, we had to use the self Checkout for an entire cart of groceries! It’s was difficult and inconvenient!!Second bad experience: (5/18/20) My first experience using the Pick n Save App. We were given only $43.01 out of $109.94 worth of groceries! We got all the way home and found this out (30 minutes away from the store). The employee didn’t communicate to us that she didn’t fill our entire order! All she said was “the receipt is in the bag”. As this was our first time using the Pick Up option we did not know that the employee was supposed to go through our order with us. I called the manager and spoke to John. John was apologetic and stated that he will work with his employees on training them better. (All that was needed was COMMUNICATION!) John states that some of the items were out of stock. I asked “the store is even out of Folgers coffee?” John said they weren’t. Therefore, the lady that “filled” our order clearly didn’t know what she was doing. Frustrating beyond belief!!! We will never shop here again!

I always have a good shopping experience here. Ive been enjoying your dining area. Its nice to grab a tasty meal made by the deli and be able to enjoy it while looking out the big windows. Thanks.

Thanks for expanding your vegetarian selections. Would like to see more gluten free and health food items. However for whatever reason there are only ever two cashiers.. definitely need more on staff.

I like alot of the people their. Dont have alot of good looking vegs. The store is not stocked. There is a person who is rude working their, hopefully she will change her attitude. I wont go by her any more.

I stopped in this morning to look at Mothers Day plants and flowers. The selection was awesome and I got some excellent advice and help from one of the clerks too. I will be making a purchase by Saturday from Copps because of the superior service I received this morning...

At the checkout our check was declined. We have good credit. We were sent to Certegy so now weve got Copps/Pick & Save/Kroger and a third party about writing a check. If the bad check rate was 25percent maybe? No well not be repeat customers mb

Tonight I had the best service I ever had at this store. Breannan and Ali were very friendly and processed by groceries with spend was able to have a very nice conversation. They make a great team. They really made me feel good about shopping here. Great job to Brennan and Ali.

I have always shopped Copps in Oshkosh and Wautoma for over 30 years. Recently moved to Plover. I have shopped this Copps 4 times. Never again! The first time the checkout person didnt even acknowledge me and carried on a conversation with the woman behind me. The next time I ran to buy a lighter and was asked for an ID. Left my purse in the car. I am over 50. The time after that I asked a young man if he could help me with finding the refrigerated probiotics and he said he didnt know what that was and walked away. And the last time I was there I used the self checkout. I had finished bagging my groceries $132.56 and had not entered card. A girl came up behind me pushed a button without even a single word and walked away. I stood there for a moment and thought did that just happen?

The person at the Deli was the best Customer service I have experienced in this store. He was so very helpful and engaging. The time was about 11:15. I just didnt think to remember his name. I would rate 5 except for the selection of product. 2 bread products I wanted to buy were not on the shelf. And too many people in line for the 2 checkout people. Copps has to sell service because they wont beat Walmart prices.

The store is treating us that still write checks as criminals. I spent an hour selecting my groceries only to get harrassed by their computer system because I was writing a check. I was told to call a Certegy phone number to verify my account. When I called, I got a computer that couldnt even understand English. There was NO option to speak to a human. I told them where they could shove the groceries and went home. This company is too much B.S. for me.

I am pleased with the quality of the products and was happy with the helpfulness of the young man at checkout who helped me with the e-coupon.

Good sales, and more savings using the fresh perks card they offer. Love the pharmacy also. Get a certificate for every presceiption fill, then turn in ten certificates for a $10 store gift card.

Great selection of food. Only place I get fruits, vegetables and meat. Self check outs are extremely sensitive. Seems like you ways need help when you use SFO check out but theres never enough cashiers working.

Garbage can is overflowing outside the door daily and people who are not busy say they are not supposed to change the gabage can and they let it stay that way which lets trash get into the parking lot. Cigarette funnel is doesnt work so could be removed since it is not helping.They could recycle cans/plastic bottles. People would gladly put the recycling in a separate garbage can. Parking lot has trash and landscaping needs work. Cashiers are friendly/kind/good. Produce area: they could vacuum the food bins. Organic food could be put all in one area. Reverse osmosis water has been broken many times and they could insulate it for the winter and more. I dont like checking myself out on registers.I may not do it well. People need a friendly face to meet/greet them and help them. Copps is open late, but people dont know it since it is not written on the door with the correct times. Grass cut needs to be not put in ditch in the back which is not a dump, but left on the grass and just pick up the trash instead of cutting it up. Who is in charge of changing the garage can/picking up trash in the parking lot. The outside needs to be as clean as the inside. I like the store and appreciate their prices/organic food/water and friendly smiles/help. Thanks for helping!

Overall a good grocery store. Pharmacy is a little slow on refills and sometimes Express there personal opinion on health issues which is not acceptable at all.

Sucks over crowded under staffed product not available. Go to Walmart it is much better.

The quick check out or automatic checkouts are way too sensitive. With the automated voice constantly reminding you, it takes too long. They need to be reprogram like Walmarts.

Well, I just recently moved here from Florida so it probably isnt a fair comparison. The towns and cities around here are not anything close to the size of towns/cities I am used to living in in Florida. But, either way it would be nice for them to have even more organic and gluten free/allergy free options. I usually have to go with my mother to the Coop or other natural food stores locally to find anything near what I would like to find.

I work in Plover, live in Marshfield. Shop here on my lunches. Its cleaner and better stocked than my local grocers.

Not my favorite grocery store in the area, but it has a decent selection and brands I look for.

As a place to shop i geuss its ok but as far as a place to work at, yeah different story. All the manager does there is walk around and hound on the employees and departments while doing absolutely nothing to contribute to help. My son came out underweight because of the stress his mother was put under. They refuse to give help to the departments that need it. Ecspecially deli. Just thought maybe the manager would do something other than walk around and run his mouth like he some kind of general or something. Endless cashiers but always short staff in the departments that need people the most.

I can’t believe the experience I had here. I went to the bakery and picked out a cake and asked one of two girls if one of them could write on it. The one asked the other (Her name being Emily) if she would do it and Emily said yes. So I tell her I want “Happy Anniversary” and she takes it and does it. When she’s done she sets it on the counter and immediately walks away. I look at the cake and it says “Happy Aniversy” in awful handwriting. She clearly didn’t space it too and the end of “Aniversy” is smushed to the edge. I buy it anyways because I’m way too passive to mention it. I called my aunt to tell her about it and she called the store to complain. First she called the bakery and Emily answered. When my aunt told her what she had done she laughed. Not at all funny. Then, she told my aunt that if she really had a problem she should deal with customer service. She was awful and rude, not at all professional. My aunt then asked to speak to a manager. She got one and his name was Andrew. He initially didn’t even believe that Emily had messed up the cake. Then he said we could come back and get a refund. My aunt said she wasn’t looking for a refund, just an apology and that Emily be told of her mistake and educated. Andrew apologized at the end. Overall, I’m not at al happy with this Copps experience and will only be returning to get my refund. If Emily hadn’t been so immature and rude I would have just left it, but since the customer service here is garbage I’m getting my refund.

I purchased some Atlantic Salmon thinking it was wild caught. the only thing it said was Atlantic Salmon. I was disappointed to find out that it was farm raised and it tasted like it. that will be the last of the seafood I get there if that is how they mislead people into buying a product of less quality.On the other hand the meats have been real good and I dont go to local butcher shops as often.The 2 stars is for the Salmon and the way it is marketed.GE
