It’s really frustrating when you don’t know if a place is open, so you check google, and according to your posted hours your open. Then I come to the door and your not. Feel like stores should be better about updating there hours online.

Great place to get good protein to build muscle. Has great vitamins too and many other things to get in shape.

I dont mind hearing the employees sales pitch every time I go in(I know its part of the job) but when I say no 3 times and they continue to be more aggressive I pass. Will order online from Amazon instead. Life is already stressful, I dont need anxiety from buying protein.

Been coming here for years now, staff has always been nice, but when I get done with work and go lift, afterwards I head to GNC and youre closed at 7:40-7:45pm, on a Wednesday, kind of irritating. change your hours if youre going to close early....

Went today to the store in Wisconsin Rapids. Since they are about to close, they didnt have what I needed and suggested that I go to the store in Plover.Hours posted on the door said 10-7. I was there at 1:30, and it was locked up tight with the lights off. No note on the door to say why. Just closed. If you are going to be the only GNC in a 30 mile radius, you should probably be open when you say will be. If not, close the Plover store down and keep the one in Wisconsin Rapids open. At least their employees show up. Ended up back at the Wisconsin Rapids store to buy something sort of similar to what I needed. At least it was on sale so if doesnt work like my normal stuff, at least I didnt spend a ton of money. Definitely will finding another health store. I cant count on that store being open next time I need my supplements.

Store is closed when the sign states they are open. Very frustrating!!!

My mom accidentally dropped two bangs in the store, and even cleaned up most of the spill (which even got on her) but she was still charged for them without her knowledge which is absolutely ridiculous. She wasn’t going to buy two opened cans of bang that were half empty because she accidentally dropped them!? Then, she was trying to use a coupon for $10 off $50 and was told the amount she was buying qualified and gave the guy her coupon, but later found out she only purchased $41, and the coupon didn’t count on the receipt. So now she doesn’t even have the coupon to use. Finding all of this out after the fact is very frustrating, so make sure to triple check when using coupons, oh and make sure you don’t accidentally spill anything unless you want to pay for it.

This place is never open. I call to see if they have my purchase in stock and no one ever answers the phone. They close during regular operating hours with no notice on the door. Bad service.

The people behind the register can be way too pushy. I shouldnt have to say no multiple times when theyre trying to upsell me something. Im going to do my business online from now on.
