My experiences so far; In and out fast, friendly employees.

Delivery drivers apparently cannot read directions to use a call box to be let in the building or the fact of opening terminal messages when customer service trying to remind them when making a delivery attempt.

The employees were great

This FedEx is great when you need to ship overnight after 6pm.

Best ship ever. The clerk helped me mail my items as cheaply as possible.

No customer service and automated service says customer service has no information on my package. Well that would be why I need to talk to a real person.

The fact that this place is open on holidays that the post office is closed is more than enough.

Was so nice to go sign for a package after bankers hours . With out having to miss the delivery person, is fantastic!

Package was supposed to be two-day delivery from NYC and was scheduled to arrive today by 8:00 p.m. and never came. Waited all day. Tracking system is a sham because the online tracking link said it would be here and never indicated that it was delayed. Called Plum office and spoke to customer advocacy and they were no help, only saying the item was in a shipping crate and they refused to deliver it for Saturday and refused to allow me pick it up on Saturday. Said it will arrive on Monday but they would not give a time. Never using Fed-Ex again and recommend the USPS.

Never delivered my package or didnt leave a slip but told the company I wasnt home. I work at home.

I paid for expedited shipping for checks I need for 8:30 AM on Wednesday, May 29. They were picked up at the sender at 2:07PM on Wednesday in Winston Salem. They arrived in Plum and were on the truck for delivery at 8:24 AM but was sent back for incorrect address. THE ADDRESS WAS CORRECT! No one called or contacted me. It is now scheduled for delivery on Wednesday by 3:30. TOO LITTLE TOO LATE FEDEX!

Just wish they provided their divers with phone so they can call for security reasons and package delivery. If customer service is truly first then do this for us the customers.

BEWARE. I shipped here a couple days ago, specifically specifying I was shipping a firearm and very plainly stating that the recipient ONLY had to sign for it. The representative entered it as requiring a signature by ANYONE. someone else did sign for it and the route driver stated it was dropped at the apt complex office, when in fact, it wasnt. A nightmare caused by ineptitude. Luckily, a kind neighbor did sign for the package. If you are shipping anything valuable, maybe try UPS

Fantastic service. Great management and friendly

Initially lost outgoing package but managers were able to resolve issue and shipped my package overnight for free.

Great business. Needs to change guidelines on who they will hire. Misdemeanors will disqualify you from being a viable candidate. Maybe that is why Amazon uses USPS, UPS, and Amazon US to deliver millions of packages daily and not FedEx.

There is never no standing around for long periods of time. Great service

I have frequent this location many of times. Matt has been an All-Star each and every occasion when I have had the pleasure to work with him. The rest of the staff are very good as well but Matt just stands out. Dwan is another*.

I ship a lot and used to use Fedex shipping all of the time. Their rates have become more expensive than the post office for the size of packages that Im shipping. I do a lot of shipping, with now all of my $ going to USPS. What a good way to lose customers and business! Anyway, the staff at the Plum Boro Fedex center were always friendly and helpful.

Unbelievable run-around for shipping a simple $80 Tracfone,... I cant send it to my firm, I cant place it on HOLD and cant remove the required signature for delivery. How pathetic.

Matt is such a great employee, will answer all questions and get you in and out quickly. He is an asset to Fedex!!!!

Used this location to return recalled Kidde Fire Extinguishers you can not just take them to a drop off point - they are a Hazmat item - or yoy can just call the 1 800 number for pick up.

Horrible customer service. I think the drivers may be mentally handicapped and unable to deliver a package. Honestly, how do you have 2 packages to the same address and only deliver 1, while leaving the other in the depot? If you call to get the package delivered? They just give you the runaround. FedEx is absolutely horrible.

I ordered a new snowmobile track for my snowmobile for an out of state weekend trip that we paid for. My new track has been on the truck out for delivery since Nov 27. It is now Nov 30 and still dont have it and now will miss trip and lose my $1500 that I paid for this trip since I cant get a refund since its the day of the trip now... I will talk to my attorney about recovering my $1500 from Fed Ex that I am Losing due to incompetent employees at Fed Ex...... !!!!!
