I cant say enough about this auto body shop!! The Monday after someone hit my car (weeks before my insurance company inspected it) I went to Finishing Touches in the am. They immediately helped me get my drivers side door opening and gave me a detailed preliminary estimate. They gave me a very accurate estimate of when I could get it in for repairs. They completed the repairs beautifully in three days (in 8am Monday, done 3pm Wednesday) and stayed open to give me time to retrieve it that day. Uber helpful and efficient!!! Enterprise picked me up there and I got to leave the rental there when my car was ready. Excellent! Wish my insurance company was this good.

I’m a teenage girl and I’m used to most body shops trying to lie to me and trick me. Finishing touches were extremely helpful and friendly the second I walked in. It was clear they were honest and knew what they were doing. After working on my car it came out amazing!!!! I would recommend these guys to anyone. Very professional and very nice :)

Very honest, straightforward approach to body repair - always working with the best interests of the owner of the vehicle in mind. Excellence is obviously practiced here, too, because the finished product is beautiful through and through, not just superficially. They point out things that you might not have addressed if they were not so thorough and conscientious, while being superbly effective and efficient at the same time. They have taken care of several vehicles of ours over several years, and the quality is never less than supreme.

I was hit by another vehicle while parked. Steve took great care of me with my insurance concerns, body work, and timing for the repairs. He not only fixed the problem but did a little extra work for free while he was working in the same area to make the Ridgeline look awesome. I am headed back for a little more work in September.

This place is great, I was involved in an un- insured accident, (unfortunately i was the one not insured), and was required to pay for damages, I went to Mark,(owner)He explained to me the avenues that could be taken to resolve this seriuos dilemma Id got myself in. Within a day he found the parts to repar the vehicle, and they were the exact same color! No paint repairs were needed! He sceduled the ladys car at her convenience, replaced the parts as descrbed, she came away totally satisfied, car like new,I came away spending less than half what I would have with dealership new prices!!
