Very helpful and polite plus they can answer your questions you have on any part they carry I wouldnt go any where else because theres no hassle at all even needing to return something you bought there the easiest Ive ever had returning merchandise .

Those guys always have what I need. They even have stuff for free. I wanted to rent a blind hole bearing puller. They dont rent tools. They loan them even if you arent buying the parts from them. I paid a chunk on the card to ensure I would return the tool. They refund 100% when the tool is returned. (Would have bought the part from them but it was an odd motorcycle item they didnt carry.) What more could one ask for?

I am always fixing my own cars or a friends. I look for good prices when expensive parts can add up quickly. I have bought from other places like Autozone and always regret it for one reason or another. Usually replacing the same part because it broke again due to poor quality. NAPA parts are just better quality. They stock name brands and their house brands are always good quality and produced by respected companies. The employees here are especially helpful and ready to get you what you need. They are actual people who know what their talking about. Thats worth it in my book.
