Ok, I guess all the reviews were correct about this place. I went there at about 6:15 pm on a Thursday and what do ya know door locked with a will be back at sign on it? (See photo)What a joke! How can you run a business like this? You lost my business today and I certainly will not waste my time coming back. Dont go out of your way for this place. Chances are you will find a locked door.

Too aggressive about putting the mask on wouldnt let me use the counter to count my change wanted to grab the money before I gave it to him told me he can refuse to service me because I wouldnt allow him to take my money before I counted it on the counter no stars

Locked up at the store with the open sign flashing nobody there a door lock says be back in 20 minutes I can’t just shut my store down when I want to walk away wasted my time now I have to drive to another smoke shop I’m not gonna wait 20 minutes.

I called and asked if they had a certain item and they man that answered said yes, but when I asked what kind of different flavors they had of said item, all he said was I cant help you. Like is it not in the store that youre currently inside of? Im a potential customer (well not anymore) arent I supposed to get help? Ill go to a different shop so they can help a CUSTOMER find what they need.Other than that I agree with them having the lowest prices on multiple items as I have been a shopper here for awhile but after this I am no longer going to shop here if they cant answer a simple question that wouldve taken a minute to answer, and they couldve made a sale today, a hefty one might I add.

These people were out with three strikes 2 years ago. I decided to try again today after about 2 years. Back soon sign on the door again. 0 for 4. I will never attempt to do business here again! Shame on them for wasting my time! Again & again!

This place is fine as far as selection goes. The younger gentleman who works there is helpful and nice. However, the older gentleman is a condescending prick who is completely unhelpful and gives attitude even with the simplest of questions. I dont know whats up his arse but he should really work on that if he wants to run a successful business. I would not recommend shopping here. Buy your tobacco elsewhere.

The best selection of backwoods Ive ever seen and my gf loves their fog e-juice. Theyre sometimes closed during hours but only for 10-15 minutes.

The guy that works there is a liar!!! I just purchased a battery there 5 days ago. He gave me some line about the last battery and they sold so great, if I had any issues to bring back in same condition as it left. BOX WAS OPEN... Well i did, he even remembered me as soon as I walked in. Product dont work, I showed him and he gave me a different product to test well that one worked great he saw. It was then he decided he would not exchange told him I would pay half on another just so he didnt eat the whole cost He all of a sudden refused to help. Service is terrible not available during the posted times. He has his buddies hang out at the store with him and gives more attention to them vs his paying customers. SHOP ELSEWHERE!!! DOES NOT STAND BEHIND HIS WORD.

Hi I do all my tobacco shopping at Plymouth tobacco store I have been shopping there for 5 years I love doing my shopping there they always treat me good with respect specially the manager he always very helpful he keeps the store very clean and sharp and there tobacco always fresh I will never shop in other tobacco stores this is my favorite tobacco store.

Best tobacco shop in the West Metro!

I bought an E-Cig from this store and later found out that it was imitation brand and he refused to return the item after days of use when the item broke and completely stopped working.

The staff is never there. Went there three times in one day and there was a sign posted that they would be back later. Not very convenient. Ill never go back.
