Cant give a zero stars on this app. I own a truck and a car, both of which I took to jiffy lube to have winterized and oil changes. That was a mistake, my car skid plate fell off immediately after my oil change and they would not replace it. It was obvious from looking at it that they had not put most of the screws on correctly. That cost me over 500 bucks to have done. After winterizing my truck, the main hose into the radiator shot off and emptied all of the coolant they had just replaced. No hose damage it just came off the radiator. So 500 bucks for all the services and 700 bucks worth of damages to my vehicle. Go to Grease Monkey and save some money.

Took my truck in a few months back to get the oil changed, and they tell me their last guy that worked on it cross-threaded the oil pan and had me take it to a mechanic of their recommendation. Then, bringing it back today, they tell me that the mechanic THEY recommended put in an oversized drain plug and they refused to do work on the truck. They topped me off and told me to get back over to him as soon as I could. When I called the mechanic afterwards, he says that I should be just fine and he offered to change my oil for me to check it out. Wont be going back to this shop again.

Probably the friendliest people Ive ever gotten at a Jiffy Lube ever. Talked and joked about being from Oregon. Staff showed genuine interest in me and my vehicle.

Fast. Professional. Great service. I will 100% go back. They didnt try to sell me things I didnt need. They answered my questions without making me feel dumb. I was dreading getting my car serviced because I didnt want to be asked a million questions and sit around for hours. I was done in less than 30 minutes and the employees were very professional.

Stopped just to get my oil checked, just a 5 minute job. But I guess that was not too important for in store manager, I understand that maybe he was under staffed but come on 5 guys all on another car that pulled in at the same time, you would think that he would want me gone. I guess that because I wasnt a full service he decided to have me wait. well 20 to 25 minutes is quite a long time to have to wait just to have my oil checked. they did finally check it, then it was what to do, manager left me hanging. told them to close hood and let me out of there. I will not be back, terrible customer service

So far so good. Just moved here from utah and was glad to see them close to me here. Ive been to alot of jiffy lube locations and I must say these guys do Excellent work very friendly staff. I will be going back to them for my changes.

Best service I have ever received at an oil change facility. These guys were on it! It only took about 15 minutes and they did all the checks and changed the oil. Friendly, very informative and thorough. Id highly recommended.

Cover under engine was not reinstalled properly. Screws were missing and just left hanging. Oil dripping from there sloppy work. I will not return!!!! :(

My mom was treated rudely by a manger or supervisor of some sort? Told my mom they wont change the oil in her car cause of an oil leak, next time she comes in? I can understand the leak being an issue, but that was very unprofessional. But thats alright, when we get this leak fixed, we wont be giving our business to you guys again.. I dont care for rude employees treating my mom like that. We will give our money to your competition...

Rolled up, got a coolant flush, oil change, tires rotated, and filters changed. In and out with a cleaner car in about an hour. Guys do good work.

The oil change was fine. They washed the exterior windows well the windshield and drivers door window, when I left and started into the sun, the windows had a cloudy grey film on them. I had to use Dawn dish soap to get it off. The Chubbuck location is much better. I have used the pocatello location for over 4 years and I will take my 70.00 elsewhere from now on.

Did not do any thing right they did not do in side the car or outside they put down random numbers and put oil in the car before telling us that we had a leak in oil pan and made us pay them for stuff they did do never again will we go to this location

I went here for a pre-trip inspection, and the guys were super helpful and professional. They got my car in and out quickly. I will come here again the next time I need an oil change.

I took my car in for an oil change and they damaged my car. Somehow they made a dent in the front quarter panel causing my door not to open all the way. They denied it said it was that way when I arrived. The area supervisor was rude and refused to listen, telling me my car was damaged when I came in. I paid 74 dollars for them to damage my car. Now to get any satisfaction I will have to hire an attorney and go to court. I do not recommend this store.

Two visits two terrible experiences including a cross threaded rear differential plug that had to be rethreaded at the dealership. I would recommend that no one ever goes here.

These people are absolutely horrible people. My sister took her car there, a return customer no less, and the workers there screwed up the drivers door and fender causing the door to bind and not open all the way and a big dent in the fender where it meets. Then they just told her it was like that when she brought it in. It was not I know this for a fact. The field supervisor basically called my sister a liar and told her to go ahead and call corporate, he didnt care, he would just tell them it was like that when she brought the car in. Very unprofessional, rude and they dont care a bit about your business. Wouldnt recommend these people to touch your car. A bunch of untrained less than professional from the top on down.

They stayed open so they could make sure I was alright after my truck over heating very nice staff.

Very happy customer and will for sure be back every time. Got an inaccurate quote by a newer employee still in training. For that reason, my strong desire to avoid Wal-Mart and my limited budget they came up with a solution for me. I am also impressed they come out and greet you and they are so friendly. Best customer service Ive ever experienced. I cant express how grateful I am to have a quality oil change within my budget. 😀

Its been 15 years since Ive tried out a Jiffy Lube due to poor service in the past (a location near Seattle left my air filter box open and unclamped after checking it during an oil change). The local shop I usually go to closed recently and I had a coupon for here so I figured I would give Jiffy Lube another chance since its been awhile and its a different location. They tacked on $18 that was not posted on their signage or quoted to me when I called on top of the already $75 oil change. They didnt do anything besides the oil change, the fees were for labor and oil filter, which are included in the price of an oil change anywhere else I have ever gone! Then with the included vacuum service they only vacuumed the drivers side and didnt even touch the passenger side. They also neglected to reset the cars oil change service count down in the trip computer (luckily I googled how to and it was easy... but still its lazy on their part everywhere else Ive gone has done this for me)... if they only did the easy parts half way I can only wonder if they did the important stuff under the hood half way too. Needless to say, I gave Jiffy Lube a second chance, and they wont be getting a third chance. Im very disappointed.

My wife and I went into the pocatello store to have our oil changed yesterday it cost 49 dollars to have it done. After we left the engine started revving I found the accelerator cable had been pinned under the air filter housing I got it out from under it but due to their mistake it caused my motor mount to break. When my wife called them back they said to bring it back and they would see what they could do to fix it. When we got there we was told to contact the area supervisor who tells us that its not their fault and wont fix it. He was rude and unprofessional we are contacting a attorney to get our van fixed. Extremely disappointed in how we was treated by all of the employees and supervisors will never go back again period...

Went in for an oil change and before they touched my car I showed they the online coupons and asked if they could be applied. They told me yes and then suggested extra work to be done on my car. Because the coupons could be applied I said to do it. When it came time to pay they told me the coupons wouldnt work. The guy just shrugged his shoulders and said sometimes online coupons dont work. What should have cost me $45 ended up being $98! NEVER going back! BEWARE of these CROOKS!!

I had two different coupons which indicated could be used at any Jiffy Lube location, they wouldnt take them. They said must be Boise they do theirs cheaper???
