I love this store, they have a great clearance rack, and great deals! You can find anything from glassware, cookware, bedroom furniture, kitchen utensils, sheets, curtains, everything! I would suggest coming here to anyone! And the staff is always friendly.

Marissa and Stephanie provided AMAZING customer service. I thought I bought a faulty diffuser/sound machine. They said I could exchange it and Stephanie helped me open the new one to make sure that one worked. Marissa and Stephanie both helped me set up the new one and it turns out it wasnt a faulty machine. I read the instructions wrong. They were very patient with me and took the time to answer any questions and help me. Customer service like this is rare and I appreciate it! Thank you ladies!

It was nice to shop there even though they didnt have one item I was looking for. But they had the other one.

The cashier rang my purchase up twice and when I caught it I notice the items were 11.00 more than marked. The cashier quickly returned the items. The manager came over and was extremely rude. I took her to the items and showed how they were marked. She said they were in wrong place and started being snippy. I explained they were marked on the sign for 30.99. She snapped and said she would give me that price. When we got back to the register she was snappy with the cashier then said Ill only do this once. Then she stormed off. This is the first and last time Ill shop at Bed Bath and Beyond in Pocatello.

I tried to return a very expensive steam mop that was purchased less than 6months ago because it stopped working. They declined to return it and were very rude about it. I use to buy a lot of items from them, I will never shop at bed bath again.

Online I can get the exact thing shipped to me for $150 less !The company is struggling to stay afloat, but they need to become competitive on prices.I will say they do carry quality products.

Tried to exchange rice lights WITH a receipt. Not a refund, an EXCHANGE. The lights never worked. They would not exchange them because I purchased them 6 weeks ago, so it was over 30 days (receipt says returns up to 180 days). When I asked why they said rice lights are seasonal. Why are they seasonal? I live a 2 hour round trip from BBB so it isnt reasonable to run right back when things are defective. Very unhappy. Will not purchase the again.

This is a pretty typical Bed Bath & Beyond. Not much to note.In general, they have a fantastic selection of kitchen items, bedroom accessories, curtains, a small selection of outdoor furniture... really just a little bit of everything, and a lot of some things. The prices tend to be a hair on the high side here, but their selection is great. Staff is pretty average, and never seem to be exceptionally friendly more than just getting their job done.

Went in to make a wedding registry with my fiancee. Let me tell you, this is definitely the place to go! From when we first went in, they were super nice and since they knew we were going to be there a while they offered us some chilled bottles of water. Bed, Bath, and Beyond has a good selection of everything you would need in a house really. When we were done the specialist told us that we can also access our registry online and add more things to it then too. Great selection, very friendly staff, and easy to understand layout.

What a fun place! Lots of neat gadgets for the home! Mostly good quality but be alert though there are items of lesser quality. AND only a small number of employees have product(s) knowledge, so ask more than one of them for info!

This is probably one of the best places in Pocatello to stock your kitchen and bathroom, however the prices keep us from going often. We cant seem to justify going here rather than ordering the same thing online for less. That said, it is a fun place to wander around for a bit and get some inspiration for home decor.

Very helpful and courteous employees

They dont treat you very well if you have a return. It took 3 people to figure out if they would take back a product, that was not used by the way, just because I didnt have a receipt. They kept inspecting it even though it was clearly never used and were whispering to each other like I did something wrong. I understand needing to make sure the product is in good shape before taking it back but it was rediciulous. Then, to top it off, they were only going to give me a quarter of what they sale it for. No, I didnt have a receipt (which is a common thing after Christmas), but it isnt like I was demanding cash back. I would gladly have taken store credit for it, but not for a quarter of what theyll put it back on the shelf for. So, I took it back and Ill get the receipt from the person who gave it to me. Once I have the correct amount, I definitely WILL NOT be spending that money in that store. Worst customer service and you definitely lost a customer.

Some great deals here! We dont shop here often, so I dont know if its normal but we found a ton of things at half off or more. Even with our limited budget we came away with a decent haul of things for our new apartment.

Everytime Ive been in there they will have merchandise under a sale sign but that isnt the item thats on sale. Of course they were out of the sale item. This has happened to me 3 different times. This last time it was front door mats. Finally I asked the clerk if they had any of the 4 different mats that were on sale. She said no and I ask her why they dont remove the signs. And she shrugged her shoulders. Im just not going back there I have never had a good experience.

Less for the store and more for the bathbomb Jade set me up with after I got out the ER. Jade was bathing me cause I couldnt do it w/ my hip half out of socket. The bomb made rainbow colors and smelled like metal flowers kind of. She joke sang me lullabies. Remembering feeling my blood slow down and asking if she would keep singing. Then after we split some more of my Dilaudid and went to sleep, and you know how usually you cuddle for fifteen minutes then go make yourself alone on one side of the bed? We didnt. We stayed in the middle hugging, sometimes squeezing, breathing each others exhales.

The store was great! There is so much to see in all categories. I spent over 1 hour in there and could have been there another one.

Called and specifically asked about pricing on a particular item, but when we got there, their information was wrong, so we ended up back where we had already been. Kinda inconvenient.

All employees were very friendly. They did not have what I wanted in the store but they were able to order it quickly from the store. Was in there no more than 30 minutes.

Always fun to walk through this store. A little pricey but you can find great things in the clearance area.

I find most of the stuff in this store to be more than I want to pay for things. They were always out of the type of Vue Keurig cups that I needed too. But they do take coupons, so that helps with the costs, and they sell my favorite brand of sheets here. Very silky. I recommend shopping here at the holiday time, fun stuff for gifts. Most of the stuff I have gotten here has been good quality though.

Seriously went in to buy a scale, and was followed the entire time, had two of the employees talk on each others radios, are you watching the surveillance video.. make sure its on!! And kept radioing to each other, do you see her? I had my two kids with me and should have left but I bought the scale and seriously called customer service! This place is a joke and racial discrimination was so obvious today! Will never go back and will be contacting the Idaho state labor about their discrimination and how they ran their business!

Placed an order online with them on April 9th for $291.On the 11th they took the money out of my account. I never got a shipping notice or any other info from them. On April 16th I called to check on the order and was told that I would need to talk to home delivery. After calling three separate times I talked with someone who said the item was out of stock until August and I could wait or cancel. I cancelled the order but they cant seem to get it cancelled. This company is nothing but theives. They will not issue a refund and now I am forced to file a claim with the credit card company. Stay away from this company and save yourself a headache!

Manager on duty went above and beyond to exchange a pair of sheets. My receipt was so faded the numbers were not hardly readable. But he continued trying until he got the right numbers.

I wanted sheets, to pay $200 and not a selection of colors (red) is strange.

I like how this store stocks an enormous amount of kitchen gadgets.
