Culligan used to be a name that stood for integrity, but I guess greed grabs every business sooner or later. I have a reverse osmosis water purification system I purchased in 2006 that works very well. The filters need to be changed annually. It is not a difficult job, but I have a service person come and do it about every third or forth year just to make sure everything is working as it should. This year I called to have my system serviced and was quoted a price of $80 for the service and $40 for the filters. When the service man arrived he was not wearing a mask so I asked him if he had been vaccinated. He said no. I swore out loud, opened my back door, turned on both my bathroom exhaust fans, turned on a fan pushing outside air from the back door through the kitchen, left the front door open, put on a mask and let him in. The only reason I allowed him in my home is because he had the last filters available for my system with him. Apparently they will no longer make the filters necessary for my system to function. If that wasnt bad enough, they tried to charge me $95 for the service call instead of the $80 they quoted me. With out filters, my system is worthless. They made no effort to try and compensate me for a now worthless system and are aiding and abetting the spread of a deadly virus. I will not be doing business with Culligan again.

Outstanding company and service guys! My filter canister cracked ( 25 years old) while changing the filter so I was without water. Called Culligan where initially it seemed as though the situation couldn’t be resolved until the following week. With a few phone calls by the office and logistics in my favor, within a few hours I had a new filtration housing in place and water again!I can’t Thank Them enough for the superior help and for caring.

I have always loved having soft water but am not that familiar with the settings. Danny was professional but also was incredibly wonderful about explaining the system, and set it correctly for me while showing what goes where. He cleaned a couple of things that needed it and now it runs perfectly even though my unit is 20 years old!

They came and fixed my soft water softener while I was in Mexico on vacation. Came home and it worked perfectly. . Prices were fair and I would highly recommend them to anyone. Very professional.

My experience with Culligan of Pocatello has been great. Blake and Dave were very straightforward and precise with helping me determine which products were best for my needs. Installers were super friendly, professional and arrived when they said they would. Left no mess behind and made sure all of our questions were answered before they left.

Service people are very professional and efficient. We have salt for our conditioner delivered and once a year we have our drinking water filter system serviced. The service people are always top notch.

Derrick pretty well knew what the problem was when I explained it to him and he fixed it. I really appreciated him and his help. I would recommend Culligan to anyone with a water softner problem.

Great to deal with! I went and picked up a water cooler from their store and they had it waiting and ready when I got there. Was in and out in less than 5 minutes with a cooler and two jugs of water. Price is great also. Will spend the same as I have on bottled water and now wont be adding to the plastic waste problem any longer. I should have done this long ago.

Water is good. Delivery schedule is perfect. Jeff always calls and reminds us of our upcoming delivery so we dont forget our empties!

Excellent water at a competitive price. The counter staff is very friendly. With an easily accessible location, and optional delivery service, Culligan offers top quality water that our family has enjoyed for a few months now. Our tap water in town doesnt taste very good to us, so having a water dispenser with pre-filled water bottles is convenient. We dont have to go fill our bottles, only exchange them.

You should never trust this company at all they are very dishonest when taking money out of your bank account. Only use cash when dealing with Culligan of Pocatello or better yet go to another company thats not dishonest like Culligan.

Ive had my water softener for more than 20 years now with very few issues. And the few times it has had issues, Culligan has always been able to repair at reasonable prices. We just had it repaired again this week. The technician was knowledgeable, friendly, and inexpensive. I highly recommend Culligan.

Great place for bitter water

They stopped by my house without making an appointment. Like we had talked about first. One of their employees misrepresented his company by telling me they came to this small town several times a week. Their water is awesome. I call in advance when we need water. Have been giving Culligan water to my dogs and a belly rash that my Vizsla had went away. Very good water, I drink a lot more water. Everybody has been really good to work with except that one gentleman.

I have been buying bottled water for my water cooler from the Pocatello Culligan store for a bit over a year now, I special order deionized water in the 5 gallon bottle, they have always been quick to get it ready and greet me with a smile when I come in to pick it up. I would recommend this location to my friends and family.

Worst customer service ever. The ladies who whork their are rude to me every time. And to top it off I always get different information regarding their prices. They lost my business.

We used culligan for two years or more. The coolers always leaked water on the floor. When we called for repairs they would bring another replacement cooler within a week. They would work for a couple weeks then start to leak again. I started keeping track of the machines and discovered they were just switching the two coolers back and fourth sometimes not even fixing them. We also had a water softener down in the basement. After dealing with them over and over with the water coolers we decided to just cancel the service all together. We called them to pick up our equipment when they told us to stop paying and the maintance guys would come get the equipment. Two years latter we still have the equipment in the house. After multiple times of trying to get them to come get the equipment we gave up. Today I went in with some empty bottles I found in a closet. I reminded them that we still had equipment for them to pick up. After checking into it on the computer the lady informed me that the account had been sent to collections and the equipment was now are responsibility. I stated just because your maintance guys failed to pick up the equipment it wasn’t my fault. She said they made multiple attempts to pick up the equipment. I can honestly say they never had a problem getting ahold of us when they switched out the coolers. They made no phone calls, sent no statements, or left any notices that they were at the house. Seems like a good way to force a sale on an unhappy customer to me. I WIIL NEVER SUPPORT CULLIGAN again. UPDATE:: upon learning of and reading this review the manager contacted my wife. He said he would have somebody at my house on 9/14/18. They showed up right on time and were very professional. The manager also told my wife they would reverse the collection process.

On the up side, we bought a unit, they installed it, they apologized for inconveniences we had, and the unit works fine.On the downside, there were unreturned phone calls, an awkward voice mail system at their main office, unnecessary issues with a credit application, a feeling of apathy on the part of the local owner, a feeling that were paying far more than what we would if we chose a different system.So do your research and you may find that you have more steps involved from purchase to installation if you dont use Culligan, but you could save yourself a lot of money.
