My cell phone could use some luv. Been dropped a few times. Walked in and they were happy to help. Gave me quote for the cracked screen. I also was having charging issues. Turned out it was just gunk in the port. They were able to clean the port. I am not able to thank them enough for going out of the way on customer service.

Went in to have my phone battery replaced, no issues the phone works fine now.I asked how it’s done with iPhone and I’m told that they have to remove the screen. Just out of curiosity I asked what would happen if they break the screen by mistake. I was told I’d have to pay to have the screen replaced. If I wasn’t in a rush I wouldn’t of agreed to have it done. That makes zero sense, why would I have to pay for a mistake I that I didn’t make.

The only store I will ever buy batteries at they have every type of battery you could ever need. Oh and the brightest flashlights also

Scheduled an appointment to get my charger port fixed. Was called immediately to reschedule because they didnt have the part. Week and a half later I walk in for my 4 o clock and they looked dazzled. The part wasnt even ordered and they didnt know they had an appointment. They said theyd call when the part came in. Two weeks later and no such call. I wouldnt recommend this place to my worst enemy. Absolutely terrible and a complete waste of my time. I wish I could give them no stars.

As soon as I did the online order I had already had someone call me to tell me that the order was ready to pick up. This kind of customer service is why I will come back there and suggest it to other people. When I picked it up they were so friendly and helpful.

Staff very friendly and apologetic, but DO NOT buy Duracell automotive batteries at Batteries Plus! The warranty on them is terrible! You wouldnt think that a major battery manufacturer that, Im assuming, spends money to further the technology of batteries would be able to make one that at least lasts as long as the 36-month warranty. And shame on Batteries Plus for selling that junk. Because of the lack of any assistance with this issue I will find my batteries somewhere else from now on.

They repaired my LG stylo 3 plus for me! The screen was completely cracked at first. Now it looks like I have a brand new phone! They had to order the part since they didnt have it in store, but they were awesome at giving me updates and communicating with me. Once they had the part in store, they gave me a call and the overall repair took 2 hours. Overall very satisfied with my new screen and happy I went with them!

We bought a lawn mower battery July of last year. Stored in the house over the winter. Went to put it in this spring. It was leaking out the top of the battery. They only warranty for 6 months. Were done with that!

Placed the order online and it was all ready for me when I arrived. They suggested a better and less expensive alternative (a carry strap option designed for the big 6v batteries...which had not turned up in the sites search results when I ordered) to the battery carry scissors I had ordered. Good customer service but when I got my phone back it has a weird purple tint to the screen and the night shift mode doesn’t work anymore. I researched about it and it says it’s from using low quality screen parts so that kind of made me mad

I bought a motorcycle battery back in March. It only had 8.0V instead of 12.0V and would not hold a charge overnight. I took it back, they tested it and replaced it under warranty. The replacement battery worked ok as long as I parked my motorcycle in my garage, but if I left it outside in the sun for more than a couple hours it would be completely dead and wouldnt start the bike. So I took that battery back to them, they tested it, said it was bad and replaced it under warranty. Third battery would randomly kill my motorcycle as I was riding down the road, and I would have to push start the bike to get it running again. I ended up purchasing a battery from a different company. I went to return the defective battery (for the 3rd time) and they would not give me a refund because it was past the 14 day return policy. The employee said he would have the manager call me to discuss a solution; I never received a call.They also said it was most likely a problem with my motorcycle.1. I checked the entire electrical system (power and ground wires, connectors, stator, regulator/rectifier, etc.) and did not find any problems.2. Each one of their batteries had a different problem.3. It has now been almost 3 months since I purchased the battery from a different company and I have had zero problems since installing that battery.I will not be purchasing any more batteries from Batteries Plus in the future.

Worst customer service I’ve had in some time. Carson sounded as though he just awoke from bed, and was incredibly short over the phone. Sam simply told me I was lying and that Batteries Plus had “hand wrote the date on the date on the battery, and that’s final”. Incorrect information input left me having to buy a new battery less than a year after purchase. When asked how this could happen, I was told, “I don’t know”. When I asked for thre associate I purchased from, I was told he “didn’t ever work there”. After further questioning I was then told that he had been fired. Conveniently! Cheaper batteries don’t mean better batteries. I will never patronize this place again!

Brought my phone in 2 weeks ago to have the battery port fixed. I gave them my device on Thursday and I didnt hear from them until noon Saturday. They forgot to fix the phone. They said it would be done by 1, then they called back a few minutes later and said 1:30. Then a few minutes after that they said there was an accident with the phone and Id have to get a new screen. Unfortunately, they only had a screen that was black, my phone is white. I said I wasnt okay with that and they told me it would take a few days to get a new one. I told them just to put the new screen on. He then said the phone would be done at 2. A few minutes before 2, I called to make sure it was done and to make sure they put a new screen protector on it, as the one that was on it had been broken. They said theyd mention that to the guy who was fixing it when he got back from lunch. At 3. The guy said hed have it done by 2 but left for lunch before he fixed my phone. THEN, I went at 3 to pick up my phone and it wasnt finished. I waited for half an hour. They didnt put a new screen protector on and didnt want to, but I made them and then they wanted to charge me for it. The screen and protector certainly werent broken when I brought it in. I took the phone with me to the grocery store and then right as I was getting home, 45 minutes later, they called me and told me my SIM card was sitting on their workbench. I had to drive back to pick it up. Within a week, the screen works sporadically, I have to push very hard to text or do anything, my home button rarely works, the phone will freeze and the phone will only charge if I am holding the cord a certain way. When I called and spoke to someone last week, they said to call back to speak with the manager, then they hung up on me. I called the manager on Monday, he said hed order the part that day, should have it by the next and theyd fix the phone. I called Thursday, no part. I called Saturday and they said they got their freight, but they were still going through it and theyd call me in an hour. By 7 I hadnt heard so I called back. No part. Asked for manager again and they said to call back on Monday and hung up again. Called today at 1:20 and they still havent gotten the part. They say its been ordered, but it hasnt. They are giving me the run around. Dont go to these guys. Its been an awful experience.

The local store staff were friendly and helpful.But it was silly that I had to order online from my phone and select pick up in store to get the discount. Further, the online order system notified me that the battery was received and available in store over a week before the battery was actually received and available for pickup. Lastly, the specifications for the battery as shown online did not match the specs for the battery received. Appears to be errors in the online description.

I ordered a cell phone battery online for store pick-up and it was ready within an hour. When I picked it up, he gave me really helpful tips on extending the life of my battery. This place is great!

I had a bought a new motorcycle battery in April and went on a bike ride recently doing 75 80 mph and the bike loses all battery power, had a new battery from autozone put in to get me home, had the bike check out and everything normal on the charging system and the battery was just bad. I took the battery back and to get a refund or replaced and the owner refused to help with anything, They just lost me as a customer for I have done plenty of business in the past

I had these guys rebuild a Dewalt 24 V battery. Within 3 months the battery wouldnt charge. I took it back, they said the connectors hadnt been replaced. Whcih is part of rebuilding a battery and they did not do. So I left it with them for a week to replace connectors. I got it back again. And still will not hold a charge. They are giving me every excuse in the book. Even saying my too must be defective. Do Not use this company or the one in Idaho Falls..... Same owner
