These guys are AMAZING!!!! I was looking at their website for a pickup for my husband and spotted the Yukon Denali SUV. I asked for more info on it and received a call the next day. Told the sales person (Kevin) that my husband would be tired after a day of work and he said he would have everything ready for us when we got there. And he was true to his word!!! We took the truck out for a test drive and my husband was sold on it when he saw the navigation system. So we gave them our financial information and the next day after the test drive, we had our new (used) truck! Kenny worked hard to get us financed, and we drove our new truck home. When we get another vehicle, we will definitely go to Fresh Start Auto!!

Pulled in to look at a truck. Truck was in rough condition and was expecting a lower price. The salesman came out and told me about the vehicle. Extremely high mileage and extremely bad condition. Proceeded to tell me it books at 12000 dollars. And they were firm on price. Shook hands and left. Looked the exact truck up and it didn’t even price at half of that in the condition and with all upgrades that were done. BUYER BEWARE. This is by far one of the biggest scams I have ever ran across. If you can’t get a car somewhere else maybe this is a last resort.

When a minor and insignificant issue came up, they went above and beyond and were quick to remedy the situation.With my second purchase, they bent over backwards and put a lot of time and effort into getting me the specific vehicle I was looking for. I had a horrible experience here. I was treated like my budget wasn’t sufficient for this establishment. The manager, Jerry King, was very curt with me. Very frustrating experience. I would not recommend this establishment to anyone.

I have had some bad experiences with car sales but this is by far the worst. NO ONE communicates with each other causing problems. Being Harrassed and having my car shut off when I wasnt even behind while my son had the car and I was at the cancer institute kinda made it clear to me what kinda people they are. The lady at the front desk is one of the rudest customer service people to work used cars because of her Ill forfeit the car and walk away.

Very bad experience with this dealership. would strongly discourage anyone to purchase a vehicle from fresh start auto. the truck i purchased seemed ok the day i took it home then then the very next day i had an array of problems from the headlight not working fog light went out and the cruise control stopped working and finally a couple weeks later first time getting my oil changed i found out that i had an oil leak and my mechanic said it wasnt a new one at all so it was obviously there before i purchased the vehicle. they lied to me and said theyre mechanic took a look at it and did all needed work and it was fine and running well. yeaa sure seems that way.... NOT.. then i got a letter in the mail saying that the odometer was not right so apperantly they set it back by ten or twenty thousand miles. not to mention i was buying my first car so they scammed me into paying way too much for the vehicle i got am taking it back and i would strongly reccomend going elsewhere to find a reliable dependable car with a dealership who cares for the customer not just the paycheck..
