I had a coil on my garage door snap so I called for repair. They came out and said they needed to order the coil and that it would be a few days. They placed a clamp to temporarily fix the issue. A week or so passed and I heard nothing from the company. The coil snapped in a second location so I called and was informed there was nothing that they could do. I asked when the coil would be in and they said they were having issues with their parts department and would com install it as soon as they could. Again I heard nothing. Weeks passed and over a month since I first contacted them. I finally called again and was told the coil was not in, and they had no time frame for when it would be in. At that point I had no access to my double garage side for weeks and my car was parked outside that entire time.I had enough so I called Quality Overhead Door. They were at my house two days later with the proper coil on the truck. They replaced it on the spot and even tightened the tension on my garage door. The garage works like new and even sounds quieter. I called this company and informed them I had the work done by another company since I had been waiting so long but I had saved the temporary clamp if they wanted to come get it. The next day they showed up saying they were there to replace the coil… it was magically in stock the day I told them I had another company do it? They took their clamp and promptly sent me an $85 bill for for their efforts and tried to make it seem like they were doing me a favor. Charging me only for the temporary clamp work and when the coil snapped again they came and helped me open the garage door so I could get my car out.I paid them to replace the coil not for a temporary fix. They never called to update me, the only way I knew anything is when I called them. As a business some bills you just write off when it’s your issue, but apparently they don’t operate that way. I gave them two stars because the technicians that came out were courteous and helpful, and it wasn’t their fault I had been misinformed, had no access to my garage for weeks, and forced to park outside almost the entire time. Bad experience, I would call someone else.

Such a great company. They fixed my parents 2 car garage doors and did such a wonderful job! So now that we needed ours fixed, we went stright over for their expert advice and they were amazing. Came out the next morning and did a great job! Thank you so much for taking care of us on short notice.

Dustin was awesome. He needs a raise.He fixed my garage on the spot. I had brothers try to help me fix it and got nowhere. The office guys are cool and easy to work with to set up appts. Everywhere in town said week or 2 to come by to look. Good family man and didnt care my kids were running around screaming. I will recommend you guys to my friends and family. Thanks a million!

Arrangements were made for the installation team to put in two doors: a double and single. The technicians arrived on time and were very personable and immediately went to work. They did a quality job and the doors are gorgeous and work very well. I wholeheartedly recommend you buy your garage doors and use these folks for you installation. Well worth it!

I’m new to garage door openers. One came on my home when I purchased it. The spring broke and the manual cord got tangled in the chain (I came to discover later, as it didn’t work).Luckily, Overhead Door had their sticker on my door from the initial installation. I called right away as my car was held hostage inside due to the manual pull being unusable.They were just awesome. They sent someone right out to free my car and set an appointment to work on the opener. Turns out, my spring was broken. When the employee fixed it he was polite and quick and he seemed to do an awesome job as the opener is working great again.It is nice to see a Company that still cares about its patrons! I recommend them and will call them again when future needs dictate.

By far the nicest company I have ever had to work with. I don’t ever feel like they are taking advantage of me.Updating.....use this company. I had issues with my garage door again. Different issues. They came out and fixed it and even checked my other garage doors to make sure they were working properly. Incredible company to work with.

Had a garage door opener at my shop go bad on a Friday afternoon. Was not expecting them to be able to get to it until the next week. They had a technician there within an hour who fixed the issue. He was courteous and got the job done right. We have used them for various other garage door related needs and have been impressed with them. Highly recommend!

Had a broken spring, trapping one of our two vehicle inside. Called them, and even on a Monday morning, with other jobs scheduled, they came over and had it open less than 2 hours after I called. Ive called on them twice now this calendar year, and both times very satisfied.

4/21/17Im highly dissatisfied with their service. I purchased a garage door on March 17 and was told the garage would arrive in three weeks. We scheduled to have it installed on April 5. Now its almost 3 weeks after April 5 and the door is still not completely installed. They cast the blame on the manufacturer for not filling the order correctly, then and on me because I ordered a different type of glass. They did not accept responsibility for any of their mistakes, and did not compensate me for the amount of time it has been since they said it would be installed. Overall, Im highly dissatisfied with their service and do not recommend.5/2/17When they finished installing the door on April 24, the door would not open because the seal would catch on top of the windows and one of the windows frames was severely damaged and had to be replaced. They failed to identify this and I had to call them back. On April 26, they replaced the window frame and adjusted the door. The door can open now, but the seal still catches on the windows and the top half of the door is not sealed.Im very dissatisfied with the product and especially dissatisfied with their service. They lacked knowledge of the very product that they sold me. I asked if they could install a different type of glass, and they said they could do it. I expected the door to be installed on April 5th and they finally finished April 26th. They failed to meet my expectations and I would not recommended Overhead Doors to anyone.

I can say they di a lot of business year round. Their shop is accrossed the street from my home
