A very pleasant experience! I went in to ask if they could embroider the Pocatello flag on two hats for a gift basket I was donating to a local fundraiser. They were friendly and helpful and estimated a very reasonable price and timeframe. They not only did a great job (I wanted to keep the hats for myself), they finished the work ahead of schedule and for the price quoted. I highly recommend this local business!
