Pro Rental is the best in town on prices and customer service. Austin at the Pocatello store is awesome and always does everything he can do to help our business!

If there’s any way you can rent what you need from another shop, I highly recommend doing so. The customer service here is extremely poor. I was quoted a price over the phone and then the salesman at the store tried to charge double this quote. Three individuals from here were extremely rude, and one who helped unload equipment carelessly smashed my car’s trim with a large metal auger drill. It appeared to be purposeful. Do not use if you have another option.

Very nice and polite people however there equipment is not very well maintained I rented and aerial lift they had many problems dead battery poor hydraulic system it required a shop mechanic to make a field trip to my location and then finally replacing it with another unit, although compensated it wasted a half a day and two of my men’s labor expenses.My second experience was a stump grinder the cutting cups on the wheel and the wheel teeth were worn completely out after five hours we gave up the stump could not be ground more than 3 inches totally ridiculous for the cost of the piece of equipment to rent.I recommend Mountain West tool rental never once has there equipment ever failed me !

I used to have a bad review for pro rentals, however in recent times they have been awesome, Austin has taken very good care of me and my crew as we rent from them, the rest of the staff seams more friendly and prices are fair. The lifts can be difficult but every thing gets the job done. I would recommend pro rental for your diy tasks.

Have rented several pieces of equipment from them. They always fail and will not compensate. They will treat you like garbage if you try to talk too them after their tools fail!! Do not go here. Highly recommend Mountain West rentals over this business!!!

Pro Rentals in Pocatello is the best place to rent from in Pocatello. Their equipment is always up to date and in good working order. They are very courteous and friendly unlike other rental companies in town. I have rented from them for several years and purchased Stihl equipment from them and have never been disappointed.
