They burned my sons food, then just sat in silence when I called to let them know, I asked if they’d fix it and she goes, well, do you want me to replace it?Money wasted 😳👎🏻✌🏻

For all of you people saying that our drive through is slow, yes, I totally agree. But food takes time to make, milkshakes need to be mixed for a certain amount of time, and teens are running the place! We normally only have 3 to 4 workers, and im new so I still have to learn my way around the place. We are trying our best to be fast and efficient, but caring and kind as well. Just please try to be a bit patient with us, were only 15 or 16 years old!

My husband and I tried this place for the first time today. Upon attempting to order, we were told they were out of fries and onion rings (disappointing, but okay) and we decided to order a large tots, Space Burger, and 2 piece Cod. The prices seemed abnormally high, and the wait times far too long.When we finally got our food we had to ask for more fry sauce and ketchup, and were met with quite an attitude. This normally wouldnt bother us, but it began to get frustrating when this fast food place could not offer the same service that every one else does, ontop of treating the customer poorly.All that aside, the food was atrocious and inedible. The cod smelled rancid, and when I tried to take a bite, I quite literally could not chew through it. It was like a hot, rancid rubber disk, totally inedible and unsafe. You can get a larger meal for less money at Arctic Circle that is much better quality. My husband also said the burger tastes like frozen meat, and was hard to stomach. The only part of our meal that tasted okay were the tater tots.It is disappointing to have spent the same amount of money on a meal as we would at a restaurant like Red Robin, and not even be able to eat it. I wouldnt have even fed this to my dogs.

You almost need a 4 wheel drive to get through the drive thru. Makes you wonder if the owner cares about customers.

I have to be honest I grew up eating here. I moved off years ago so every time Im in town I stop in for finger steaks space burgers and a iron port soda. Still good food

Horrible service, food quality and prices. I was charged almost $12 for a steak finger basket and drink..there were nowhere near 6oz steak finger or yhe large fry i i w also charged for was no bigger than a small and was still raw n crunchy..when asked to give me contact info for his manager, he was nit able to provide nor did anything to get me that information. Does anyone know who is in charge and how to contact them??

I ordered a banana split the banana was well ripe not much ice cream it cost 6.99. I could have bought all of the items at the store and made several. Please this store owner needs to clean up there drive through. And service and the quality of the food before this restaurant goes under

4pm drive thru. It took about 20minutes+ to get through the line and get our food. The person in front of me left before it was their turn.Also I had to make sure they got the order right, they forgot my cone.I will definitely be back for the fries. Just how I like them. I like when they are crisp, some of them crunchy on the edges.The cheeseburger bun was soggy and kind of gross where it has ketchup etc. And it was basically no cheese. Burger itself rather tasteless. Overall kinda laughable.Good root beer.I also got a dip cone, And it was messy, but it was ok taste... but definitely not worth $2. Especially since the bottom of the cone got soggy at the end.

Food is decent but every time I order food there I wait for about 10-15 min to get it. I could get food fast at a sit down restaurant. Wont go back anymore cause I’m tired of waiting

Never again!One hour and five minutes to serve four cars.Put up a sign that says 15 minutes per car, and maybe you can meet expectations.

I have never visited this drive-through restaurant until today. I pulled up to the drive-through and I immediately noticed the prices are very high. Not a very good value. The driveway through the drive-through itself had potholes and was very hard to navigate through. The outside of the restaurant looks very unkept and run down. The line was several minutes long there were three cars in front of me and it took forever to even get to order. When I ordered my food I requested that my cheeseburger was cooked very well done. It came to me very pink in the middle and barely brown on the outside. So obviously there’s no attention to detail. The french fries were perfectly seasoned and tasty and the Coca-Cola was delicious. The person running the drive-through window I could not tell if they were male or female they just look like a very overweight person with pimples. Based upon all the above I will not return to this location and I would not recommend it unless you want to be highly disappointed for seven bucks.

They have really good ice cream cones and are inexpensive. However, they need to clean up the area through the drive through, learn to be faster with their service and teach their employees that they shouldnt handle food and money without putting on gloves in-between.

Worst service ever! I’d you want to wait 45 minutes in a drive through, then give it a shot. They need to learn how to speed things up and communicate with customers. It’s definitely gone downhill over the years and their employees don’t seem to care about their customers.

When I pulled through the drive through its was gross it needed cleaning. The windows were gross and the kitchen looked dirty from what I could see in the window. The shake was so small for 6 bucks. Not worth my time.

The food is good, but they really need to fix the drive thru before someone has an accident. There is such a big dip that your car rolls backwards. You really have to put on the gas to get over it and you are in a drive thru line with other cars. I was paying attention, but the car behind me almost hit me. Once you are in line, you cant get out. It was a 45 minute wait in the middle of the day. The staff was very pleasant.

Saturday afternoon March 27 around 3:45-4:25--4 cars in the drive through. Waited exactly 36 minutes to get through....what???? An employee went to take the trash out while we were waiting and vaped in the dumpster cubicle for a solid five minutes. The food was typical, honestly not good but cheap. The malt was the best part. The fries were burnt but also soggy...dont know how that happened. Very bad experience, even for the low price. Wish it was better cause Id heard good things. Unfortunately our family wont be back. All the employee said to me when I asked if you always wait that long she said sorry we got slammed....four cars and couple of people inside on a warm Saturday afternoon is slammed? Wasted a lot of my time.Also, the bun on my burger was the texture of if the bag had been left open for several days. Very stale and dry and hard

In Pocatello for the day, I found myself hungry for a delicious local made hamburger type restaurant. Stumbling upon this gem, which might I add has been around since 1975, was a great way to end the day in Pocatello. I order the TRIPLE pizza burger which was aptly priced at $4.99, sweet! I also order tastees?, like mini jalapeno poppers with cheese type things, terrifically delicious! My friend ordered the space burger and vanilla malt shake which was most wonderful he assured me. The staff was welcoming, our cashier seemed a bit new perhaps but nonetheless very polite and eager to help. I would definitely recommend this place on all levels. It also has a drive through for those on the go. A wonderful quaint hometown eatery.

I used to go here when I was a child 50 years ago and have gone for many years since. The thought of a space burger would make my mouth water. What I have received over the sporadic moments through the past 8 years I have noticed a massive decline. The space burger I received a few days ago, I wouldn’t feed to my worst enemy! It’s a shame and saddening that I even have to leave this review! Also, the building is filthy

We love this place! Chocolate oreo shake so yummy!!! Bacon cheeseburger and fries 😋. Fry sauce is soooo good. Prices are great. Taste fresh and so much better than any tradition Fast food like McDonalds.I wish just wish they would add a #4 meal to the menu that included aBacon Cheese burger, fries, and small shake.

I have been a customer for 40+ years and never has the service been as bad as it was today. I waited in the drive thru line 32 minutes for fries and a drink. When I got to the window I asked why such a long wait and was told there were several large orders. Ok- I guess that’s alright. When I got my items the drink was the wrong size and no fry sauce. This is my last time!! Bad service and absolutely no reason to return.

Wish I never tried this place now I cant stop going. The only negative is that at times they forget an item, also the drive through needs repair.

Every time we went to Pocatello we loved going to Tastee Treat for one of their delicious ice cream cones. Yesterday we were in town and, following tradition, we swung in for a cone. To our surprise, the ice cream was no longer creamy, it was more like the cheap ice milk that does not taste good at all. I hope this was a mistake in purchasing and not a permanent change.

The fries are pretty great but the burgers and fish are mediocre. I have had multiple experiences in which my order was incorrect or the server had trouble understanding what I feel are basic concepts.When ordering a chocolate shake anywhere in America you get a chocolate ice cream shake, but at TT they assume you want a vanilla milkshake with chocolate syrup. Let me be clear: A vanilla milkshake with chocolate syrup is a vanilla milkshake with chocolate syrup, NOT A CHOCOLATE MILKSHAKE. Even after clarifying this I was still handed a vanilla shake!When you order fries you get 1 fry sauce, with additional sauces costing $0.25 each. So when I order fries with 3 extra fry sauces, how many should I get? 1 included + 3 extra = 4, but either they dont know their own policy of 1 free sauce or they dont understand the concept of extra meaning in addition.All in all the treats are good and the food is okay but the staff has a higher than average chance to mess up something on your order.

It tasted good, but it took 30 minutes to get 5 ice cream cones and a soda!!!!! Thats ridiculous by ANY standards!!! We had crying children and dripping ice cream by the time everyone got their ice cream 😬

This was a childhood favorite of ours, but I guess going back as an adult, the scotch and soda and iron ports are the same, but the space burgers seem just...different. It may be that my taste has been a bit refined, but still, they are greasy and not as flavorful as I remember them being. However, the ice cream, the people, and the daily deals make up for what is lacking.

I honestly don’t know if their food is the BEST, but it’s just part of my childhood and I love it! Every Wednesday you can find me here for waffle Wednesday! My biggest annoyance is the hours! The close way too early.

The food tasted great, although the tots were very overdone. Was also a bit expensive compared to normal fast food chains and their value, but as I said, the food, fries and shake all tasted great.

Went through the drive-thru 5/10/21 at 7:30 PM. I waited at the window for nearly 15 minutes and all I ordered was a large drink. I could see through the window, three teenage girls laughing and playing, looking out at me, and clearly ignoring me.I apologize to the line of cars behind me for having to wait for them, for that long, to do something as simple as hand me a drink.

The food is really good and reasonably priced! The milkshakes are out of this world and they have SO many different flavors its kinda ridiculous and the customer service is awesome. The only reason I gave this location 3 stars is mainly because of the drive-thru and just the parking lot as a whole needs A LOT of attention. I dont wanna have to buy new shocks because I keep treating myself lol

The food was old and reheated to Luke warm, it wasnt worth the 25$ we spent fries were so bad they tasted like yesterdays left over that were nuked, I will never go there again, the fish was reheated and almost burnt sooo dry yuk

Soooooo slooooooow I spent over 30 minutes trapped in the drive through. There were only three cars in fro t of me when I arrived. Both of the cars in front of me were only handed milkshakes and I only ordered milkshakes.

First time eating here and Absolutely the best Oreo milkshake I’ve ever had! The burger and onion rings were amazing too! There was quite the line, but it went fast and our food was fresh and hot. The employees were friendly as well!

I went to get milkshakes and dinner. It took me 42 minutes to get my order. they didnt even make the milkshakes till I was there. I watched the young boy sneeze in his arm and keep making my shakes. no gloves no mask in todays world with coronavirus. I threw the shakes away. Ill never be back till they have protective gear. they should hire older people rather than just kids that want to screw around. I hope the owner reads this and take it to heart If you want to protect your customers

Messed up my order from 2 spaceburgers to a single hamburger

This a staple of Pocatello and something that everybody should try at least, its a shame that sometimes the wait times are so long and the customizing of food is sometimes a hit or miss. My wife likes a spaceburger without lettuce and they forget sometimes but are typically willing to correct it easily. Great ice cream and other frozen treats though! I often wonder how come with how busy the drive thru is, why dont they update the intercom system at the drive thru? Its outdated and its difficult to hear or be heard sometimes. Putting some money back into business will help it continue to be around for another 40 years..

I have always loved taking my kids here and eating her as a child. It brings great memories. The huge downside is that going in or through the drive thru is an absolute nightmare! 6/3/2020, went in for ice cream and drinks after a walk. ordered 2 sundae in waffle bowl, 2 waters and 2 scotch and sodas, sat in the drive thru at the window for 25 minutes. Had 2 different staff hand out my incomplete and tell me to have a good night. I am not sure what is happening in there or how things are supposed to run but they redefine the term fast food. So if you have 30+ minutes to kill for some ice cream, this is a great place to go for it!

Both of the Tastee Treat stores are often managed by unsupervised teenagers. We have the highest Number of Covid cases we have seen in Bannock County, and the servers do not wear masks or gloves. I asked the employee at the drive through about it and he said the owner didn’t require them.

I cant really give detailed info on the food here because I only swing in when my sweet tooth is going crazy. But if youre looking for a Divine milkshake or ice cream cone, this play is top tier in poky!

Best soft serve Ive cream around but cone sizes are inconsistent. Our family goes once in awhile to get their handmade waffle cones. Sometimes they look like the picture on the poster outside and sometimes you can barely see the ice cream over the top of the cone; otherwise it would be 5 stars. As for their other food, some of my family likes it and some of my family doesnt.Update: if youre just going for a cone go after 5pm! For some reason the daytime workers at this location make the cones WAY smaller than the nighttime workers (and all the workers at the other location).
