Always has super friendly and helpful staff, and always keep everything well stocked and also have a great selection for almost anything you could be looking for.

I have never felt more judged in an adult shop than I did today. The associate made it very clear she thought she was better than us. Kinda killed our vibe.. The lingerie is good quality and they do have great sizes.

Best place to buy a bra, period! Even during covid, I was able to be professionally fitted for a bra and found out I had not been wearing the correct size for years! The ladies at Karnations are super friendly and helpful. If youre looking for a high quality bra with a fabulous fit, this is where you need to shop!

Friendly staff and great selection

On our way up to Rexburg for a bridal shower and we needed to stop somewhere. We found these guys on google 45 minutes before they closed (6pm) and we were 40 minutes away. We called them and asked if they would be okay if we stopped in 5 minutes before they closed. Not only were they fine with it, we told them what we were looking for and the size and when we got there they had pulled a few things they thought we might like! They werent in a hurry to get us out the door, they were so nice and friendly and unbelievably helpful!!!

Very helpful staff and friendly staff. Hard to navigate sizes on some of the racks and COVID prevents returns.

I went into this location and was greeted with smiles and was asked if I needed help. When I explained I was shopping for my sister who is about to get married they were so helpful and had great suggestions. I also decided to have a fitting and they were very professional and didnt make me feel uncomfortable at all, I would absolutely recommend them!

I highly recommend Karnation! Not just for intimate apparel, I also buy bras there. Theyre the only place that will accurately help size full figured women and help you find the best bra for you! I recently bought new bras and I had a bit of an issue with one after I got it home, washed and tried to wear it! I took it back and they helped me figure out what the problem was and Im able to wear them comfortably! Feels great!

I have come to this store many times and have enjoyed my visits. But today, I went in with a friend to help her pick out a new corset. While looking for her I found something I wanted to try on. The lady who helped us at first was wonderful. She did everything she could to help me. Unfortunately it just didnt work for my body shape.As we looked around further I found something else to try on. A different lady attended to me this time. First thing she asked were you looking to buy a corset today? I said well, if I find something that works for meShe did not even try to lace me up properly. She asked have you found anything that works for you? I said no not yet so she then asked if she should unlace me.If I had recieved better service I would have purchased the second corset. Sadly I will not be purchasing anything now. Not ever

My shopping experiences at this store have always been pleasant. Thankfully, the employees allow you to shop as you need. They are willing to answer questions if you require help, but otherwise you dont have people hovering around you to make you feel uncomfortable.There is a wide range of products for adding to your sex life. From outfits to games to shoes to oils to regular bras. I recommend taking a stroll through the store for any new bride.

Professional atmosphere and the ladies here are well educated on all the products as well as trained in custom bra fittings. Bra sizes range from A cups to K cups but there are more options that can be special ordered and bands range from 28 to 48 depending on stock (but again, more sizes can be ordered). Super cute lingerie for regular sizes as well as plus sizes and they have Halloween costumes!

This is a great shop for intimate apparel. My wife and I went in to finish off a date and the staff were very helpful and friendly and the shop is well organized and clean. There was a wide variety to choose from and you can find something for any occasion.Thanks for the great experience.

As a guy its not really the place you often find yourself. When you do its nice to have staff that are fun, informative, and dont make you feel like awkward.I was there with my wife this trip. She buys all her bras here and they have expert fitting. There is a single chair against the wall outside the fitting room. We laughed as I said this is my favorite part. Ill just go sit in the creeper chair.

I have shopped here many times and have had great service until today. In the past, I have purchased things that I didnt really like or use after purchase but I understood their return policy and why. I spent over $250 for items for a cruise with my husband and during the cruise, an $80 item didnt work. I took the item back in just days after I returned from my cruise and they confirmed that the item was defective. They refuse to refund me and even called the manager who refused as well. Worst service ever! Save your time and money and order online!!!
