Being new to the store I didnt get a warm and fuzzy welcome but Ill keep trying. Im sure its my issue.I prefer to shop locally.

I mowed over my irrigation system the grass was tall and I just brought the property. Brought in All The Broken Pieces and they gave me everything I needed for less than 20 bucks. Polite the courteous staff and very knowledgeable. I give them five stars and two thumbs up.

Very knowledgeable staff with prompt, professional services. Their prices are very competitive too! Ask for Cameron, Tanner, Steven, or Sharon if youre looking for Grade A customer service reps. They make this company the best hardware store in the region!

Its fine for what it is and the people are generally friendly, but it always takes longer than it should to get loaded with lumber and supplies because there arent enough people working the yard. Also I always feel like Im struggling to find what Im looking for and I dont have that issue at the Ronan store. This store just seems a little disorganized.

WBC in Polson will NEVER get my business again. I will drive out of my way to go to Ronan. My delivery was scheduled for 1pm so I left work to meet them so I can cover the lumber since it’s pouring outside. Apparently it was delivered to the neighbors house 3 hours prior. In the rain, No one home, no phone call, nothing. There is one guy in the store who is helpful and the rest are just concerned with helping large accounts and don’t have time for the little guy.

A reasonably priced small town hardware and building supply store. We buy much of our supplies for our projects from them with minimal if any problems, and their cashier is super friendly.
