Been here many times I’m always happy with the good sales they have. They have a great food selection with everything between baking and baby food! I’m really happy with this Walmart which prompted me to write this review, well the other day my card was declined by mistake and I had already done 3 hours of shopping…well instead of putting back all my hard work they did me a HUGE favor and let me get it the next morning! How very nice of them!!!

I have a cousin who died of COVID so I appreciate that the staff all wear masks. I shop at 6am to minimize the chance of getting COVID-19, so I appreciate the early hours and not crowded then.

Long lines.. even in self checkout.Otherwise, not bad at all. Love the employees!!! Theyre very dedicated!

Nearly always find what I need at Walmart. Shelves are looking good, associates stocking new merchandise and being helpful if need be.

For some reason today the exceptional service provided by EVERY employee in every department. Each one greeted us with a smile and asked if we needed help finding anything and it made the trip much faster. Well done!

Was awesomely pleasant and efficient. I went to load money onto one of my debit cards that i have never done before. The lady at the money center was such a doll n made the transaction go that much more smoothly, to thank God

Clean, well organized and stocked perfectly. By that I mean that this Walmart at least seems to have refined the selection of items they keep on the shelves over the years, and theyve reached perfection. Friendly staff, and clean bathrooms - which is something many, many national chains seem unable or unwilling to maintain at all, even at a basic you-are-not-licensed-to-run-a-municipal-dump level.I havent been in a lot of Walmarts.. but this one left me with happy thoughts, which may have been the music playing off the building or some other strange technology.I now think of this Walmart as a good place for nearly anything you might need at short notice, and I think Mr Walton would be happy about this. I went in the early morning, around 7:30.

Customer service could be better! Nobody smiled and when I asked for help the stocker couldnt help me find Q-tips.The prices are cheaper than other stores around my local stores and thats the only reason why they get 3 stars.

Walmart here is not a bad stop on your way thru and they have a pretty good inventory of things like other Walmarts dont have, but all in all, its quick and convenient, lines dont back up to much and the service is not bad at all, plus there Jackson Hewitt office during tax season is pretty exceptional, they always take care of me, heck yeah !

Your camera system doesnt exactly protect the public. I was hit by this woman in this car in the pedestrian crosswalk. Because your camera system doesnt show adequate footage, charges cant even be brought to the person that couldve easily killed someone. Easily!! Fix your cameras!!!

They had a great brinks lockset nice keymaker guy too!

It has what you need most of the time. Compared to other supercenters it does not even come close but Polson is a smaller town so cant complain really.

Not as large as in bigger towns, but still lots of stuff and groceries, which are improving in quality, even some organic choices. Staff very helpful, friendly. Its our small town department store.

Stopped here for a quick visit on 2 July 2019 at 939pm, to buy some breakfast items for the morning to eat in our Airbnb. The store was clean and bright. Easy in and easy out

Might just be this location, but Im used to a very rude experience not only by staff but other shoppers. This particular WalMart has a better atmosphere and the people inside tend to be less weird and more kind than my local Walmart.

Its August in Montana. The Polson Walmart soo busy from vacationers utilizing their services and with Covid slowing down it was natural that many necessities werent in stock. Previous years no problem! Its a great Walmart!

One young man that was restocking drinks ask if he could help put my water in the cart. I appreciated his help.

Best thing is the prices. However food is now beaten by winco. Also dont have to many employees may as well do self bagging like winco.

I was in and out,the employees that helped me were friendly and knowledgeable.

Recently, they have increased their cashiers and make Walmart less robotic.I dont work for Walmart and I dont want to be their self-service cashier.Thanks, Walmart for being more human.

Well stocked and clean. Only problem was that the cashier was really slow and I ended up just going through self checkout instead after waiting 25 minutes in line.

Really need to have more than one checker. Last time I was in the store there were six of us waiting in line to check out. Not everyone wants to use the self check out. Not good customer service.

They are humble and very helpful. This specific Walmart will not force you to wear a mask. They have anything you would need from groceries to toys to tools. There prices are for the most part great!

I really dont prefer this wal mart at all Ive had bad experiences here with the workers but Ive noticed that wal mart is cycling out the bad ones from the good ones which I appreciate and Ive also noticed that they are doing more quality control on the customer service again another plus on wal marts end so keep up the great work wal mart and Ill adjust my review based on how my trips to wal mart go this summer 👍

Store shelves still sparce and listed something on website they had...I looked and couldnt find they didnt try to find it or find out if they could get it? Still do 80%of shopping there as they are cheaper..

This place is one of the best places in the world. It is one of the only parking lots that you can still stay over night at. If your minding your business and keeping quiet, they will let you stay there.This world is changing and Walmarts like this one are at the forefront when it comes to having empathy for people in bad situations.Ever since the Covid changed the way we communicate, Walmart had been the only place people go to be seen. Sounds crazy right? Go to a Walmart on Saturday night, its poppin.As for food, service and quality, Walmart reigns supreme. They have perfected all of these things through timeI love this Walmart. My boyfriend and I use to be in a bad situation. We are doing great now, although we dont forget. Walmart was there for us.

Stood in line for a return for over 25 minutes. Only 3 people in front of me. The gentlemen kept having to call over the manager (?) to complete every transaction. The line behind began to grow and still slower than molasses.

Wal-Mart was great I like thier prices.

What can you say about walmart except its walmart....in polson you usually can get in and out fairly easy and all the employees are very nice and helpful.

I have to commend the management worker on staff this morning. Todays date is 11/16/2017. The morning shift managers name was Alejandro I believe. He was able to help me out a lot with my predicament of my straight talk card. I really truly appreciate his help and i think he deserves a medal!

Well stocked, but very little customer service interaction, sad

So I get to my car and realize that the pack of ribye i bought was nowhere to be found. So I pack my kids back up and head back in. Then the asset protection guy shows me a photo of it on the conveyor belt, he is already showing me signs that he thinks Im full of it. So I tell him you can come out and see for yourself. Now remember i have my kids in tow(7,4) and this guy yells theft is theft at me. Now Im pretty angry so I ask for a manager ( Dan) and he tells me to calm down. Ended up getting a replacement pack of steak which I shouldnt have taken after that but it was 20 bucks. Now I see the asset guy every time I go in. I hope coporate sees this and steps in this is harrassment.

All the folks are helpful, however its always very busy with restocking and hard to get around.

Wish Walmart polson did curbside pick up and made efforts to get different hats from time to time. Been going there for years and would like to see some variety.

This was one of the cleanest and well-organized Walmarts that we have seen in a long time. Produce section looked really nice and fresh.

Was the only black person in the walmart everyone was looking at me extra hard, not recommended for minorities unless local natives

Clean, organized and pretty much fully stocked store that is not crowded.

Its good, everything was clean. I was able to get help from workers, great customer service as well.

Over all I really like this location. The store is clean, the personnel are helpful, and the aisles are pretty well stocked. I just really wish they had an automotive department, with the service and oil changes available. I cant figure out why they dont, when they would have a lot of customers for it. Also, selection in most departments is pretty slim.
