The Glacier ice cream they have there is excellent. My only critique for improvement is that they could be making their own waffle comes.

We ordered 4 smoothies and We have been waiting for a good 30 minutes. This place seems to be terribly understaffed and have no quality of people’s time. After 30 minutes of waiting on 3 smoothies she came back out and asked if we still wanted the last smoothies as if we didn’t order it????? Actually insane. Overall took about an hour. Insane.

Waited 10 minutes in the lobby to not beacknowledged once. The young lady behind the counter seemed angry. Its one thing to be greeted in a friendly manner and wait 10 minutes, and another to wait for 10 minutes and never be acknowledged at all. We were very excited for some ice cream, very impolite service.

Unfortunately had to leave an empty ice cream shop with no ice cream due to poor management!

Nice smoothies. I got pineapple and mango smothee during my visit, She literally show me furuits in the fridger and i choose fruits and made smothe infornt of me. I liked the smoothie and her service so much. Thank you!

The people here are very patient and polite. The have a total of 20 flavors that all look and (most likely) tast good. The only thing is if u are looking for a Sunday they do not have them.

The ladies working have always been patient with me while I take forever to choose which flavor I want. Good customer service! Clean. Good selection of different flavors.

Ive been in scoops several times. It is always clean, lots of great flavors. Check out the awesome cone selection

I took my kids into Scoops today- Ive never cared for ice cream so i didnt get any- on the drive home my son convinced me to try his and the pineapple coconut may be the best thing ive ever tasted! I then tried my daughters- the fruity pop rocks was equally amazing!! Next time Ill have to get my own and try the other flavors! Yumm!!

Love how nice the ice cream shop is on the inside and all the flavors and the ice cream was wonderful and the workers were very pleasant and helpful
