Wish I didnt have to click on ANY stars to get it to post!!!Big city prices in small town Montana. Charged me for 400 copies when there was only 200 and told me it was because paper prices went up 14%. What was normally $65 is now $140. Wont step foot in that place again. Shop around people there are cheaper prices locally.

I will continue to do business with this particular store because they do not discriminate. They welcome all people and respect personal freedoms in regards to this plandemic. I recommend this store to everyone.

There is one very friendly helpful lady that is there pretty much anytime I go in. BUT my complaint is the lack of concern for the pandemic we are CURRENTLY in, there is a sign in the window. But when there are employees specially a younger woman long black hair who tends to give my mother an attitude every time doesn’t wear hers why should would I be surprised that there is no enforcement of the mask mandate among customers.

Have always received great service and Scott is wonderful... however today, I went in and was pretty sad when I saw 2 new people that I have never seen NOT WEARING A MASK and waiting on the customers 😢

If I could give 0 stars I would. Unhelpful, rude, unprofessional and flat out awful experiences. They dont follow everything they are supposed to stand by in their customer service standards. Ive gone to them for many different things including their mailing services, printing out invitations, and business cards. Not only do they mess up on how I asked them to do it, but they act as though they are inconvenienced by the fact that you even bring them any business. I have given them the benefit of being a local business far too many times for me to continue doing so. They act annoyed by the fact that they have to work and even help you. If you point anything out, they will argue with you to the point where you just walk out the door and just lose the money you paid them to do the job incorrectly. When sending any package through them, dont count on getting any compensation if the package is damaged or lost, even after insuring it. They will always turn down your claim and then argue with you and give you the run around and tell you that is isnt their fault even if they were the ones to actually pack the box. Youd be better off to take your money anywhere else than to do any business with store.

The professional staff and kind clean environment make this my go to for all printing and enlargement of photos signs like found cat, we have lots of projects done . Our annual Christmas letter, passport photo s etc. Riley is our fav.!!

Very Friendly I enjoy my time there

Called in to tell them that their driver gave a package to us that wasn’t ours and the driver ignored my sister when she told her and drove away. I called and the people were rude when I told them what happened. The lady on the phone acted like it was our fault that her driver read the address line wrong. I wouldn’t even bother with this store.
