I found the store a little small and little difficult to access the parking lot, for the traffic on the street. However, I found the variety of shoes and the attention from the employees good.They have a bunch of liquidation shoes at the back of the store but it looks like theyre not completely organized. I personally found it fun to lost myself looking for my size but not everybody could have the time or want to spend it.For people looking for big sizes, I think you could be a little disappointed. They usually have no more big than size 13. But you could be surprised with a last 15.I hope I was helpful. I will adjunct some sneakers I liked.

This store is in an bad area. The store is confusing as they mix brands together and their high end selections are few and far between. I was the only customer in the store with 7 employees and still had to ask 2x for help and when I checked out the clerk acted like I was bothering her. I gave 2 stars because maybe they were doing a big inventory or re-stock so maybe thats why they seemed too busy to help. Plus, I did buy a pair of shoes to that gets another star so 3 stars for an ok to poor experience.

I bought my shoes on WSS store 33 and they told me to pick them up here, that I was not going to be on line for me, that the security will help me out to get to the register and when I got to the register there was only one person helping the big line and told me that all the personal were on lunch...at 9pm really? And that I have to di a line...my point is why lie here and there

This is my favorite shoe store. More specifically this is my favorite WSS location. The staff is very helpful and make sure you get everything youre looking for. Great well managed store

I was hunting for work boots today and expected a tremendous amount of money to be spent. I first went to WSS in Montclair and got horrible service. Sad! Really. Some people, many people actually would say they were just nasty people. I left to this WSS in pomona and believe me this location was very cool! Enter Juan. He was a great fella, perhaps the best employee there, and I know a thing or two about recognizing good employees. Juan is something like weve never seen before. Ive met many many people but none like this helpful homey. He not only helped secure my purchase of boots but also surprised me with the great price they were on sale for. Definitely better service here than the swamp that needs to be drained in Montclair. Juan was very very classy and made buying shoes great again. Thanks a bunch juan! Absolutely terrific!

Excellent customer service, as soon as u walk in and throughout ur visit to make sure you are being helped or if u need help with something, they offer to carry ur items to the front for u so u dont have to hold it all, if they are out of a shoe u want, they always offer to locate nearest store that has it available or to ship it to your home, always have good variety of clearance, store is always organized and clean. Rewards card is the best when I reach 250 points and I get my $10 Reward to spend which is frequent for me since I love to come here often Ive already gotten quite a few rewards bucks back and those points add up to a reward quickly enough that I dont have to wait long to get another one....

First, id like to start by saying the employees here were great. I had and have great experiences here except for when the assistant manager Zita is working. I ask for help and she sends me off or just straight up ignores me. The least you could since you clearly dont want to works have someone else assist me instead of being rude and disrespectful. This has had happened several times and firmly believe corporate needs to get involved or some sort of management needs to teach her how customer service works. She is so unprofessional and seemed unexperienced and clearly that is not the case; being, that i have came here for years and she has been there for quite some time now to. Id like to know how she worked her way up the chain to become manager.

Bad attitudes not friendly and way over priced... I needed a shoe for my baby nephew the shoe was on display and it was White the last one in that size she wouldnt offer the same shoe in the same color for the same price a $10 different instead she offer to clean the shoe but she said it would turn the shoe yellow also it would be a finally sale... Okay but the shoe isnt on sale so why is that she couldnt give me a answer.. She wouldnt take anything off the shoe.. She was just really rude.. I ended up buying the other shoe only because it was late and the birthday party already started.. But I would never go back to this location
