Bought a YMSC 72 for our high volume restaurant 3 years ago. The unit is still running strong and really is a great case! Well made, Yoshimasa is the best case in my opinion.

We purchased a #Yoshimasa Garasu for my restaurant/juice bar. I received the cooler all scratched up upon delivery. I was told to ship it back to them so we did. We never received the replacement. We disputed the charge for 2500.00 and now #Yoshimasa is saying the return is damaged and has disputed our dispute. The bank can not do anything. Now we do not have a cooler and our $2500 is gone. #Yoshimasa has scammed our small business. Buyers Beware. These cases are overpriced and ours was damaged upon arrival.

Beware of Yoshimasa!!! This company scams many companies including mine. The product is very POOR and CHEAP!!! They stated my sushi case was new but when I received it, it was obviously not. I received it all scratched on the stainless steel, welding was just horrible and when I called they told me there was nothing they could do about it. I continued to call and the owner Mr. Kim was just rude and would not hear myself or my partner out. I asked for a refund and he than told me I would get charged a restocking fee and I would have to ship it back on my own. I got tired of going back and forth so we just took the loss a few months down the line and it keep kept over heating and when I continued to call about it that said it was out of warranty and they couldnt do anything. THIS PLACE IS BULLSHIT!! THIS BUSINESS SHOULD NOT EVEN BE ABLE TO SELL AND DISTRIBUTE!!! FALSE ADVERTISEMENT AND ITS A FRAUD COMPANY!! WHO SELLS DAMAGED/ USED PRODUCTS?? YOSHIMASA STAY AWAY!!! IF I COULD I WOULD GIVE THEM NO STARS!!!
