The pharmacy technicians Jolene and Mylinh were helpful when I had to get my covid vaccine. They worked together very well even when it was busy to make sure they met patient needs. Very smooth visit

Discrimination against Asian. The Hispanic cashier stoped and did not let me get in the store without a mask even I had done the vaccine shots, however she let many Hispanic customers walk in and out this store Without any mask Who can explain this to me?

Rude manager nd workers seem like they hate there job took forever to make a return when I went to do return and said they didnt carry one of the products I tried to return and asked me for my ID even tho I had my receipt very weird and unprofessional and unhappy workers bad at there dutys

This store does not call when prescription s are ready

I have to apologise to everybody who was here about an hour ago, I walked inside distraught over my dog, she ate some rat poison, and I completely forgot to put on my mask! Rest assured, I dont have COVID, nobody said anything, but I wouldve understood any call out.

Went in there this morning to by my regular basic necessities like I always do every three months or so...shampoo body wash toothpaste...then I asked to use the restroom and the young lady at the counter said they were out of order. So I asked her since when? She said not really out of order but because of COVID-19. So I insisted I am a paying customer that had the need to use the restroom right now and Ill take my chances. She rolled her eyes at me! I left my $40 merchandise on the counter and I left.If I insisted on the restroom was because I had to use it

The prescription is ready, but I have to wait 15 minutes because the pharmacist is on break. I love Optium, but using Walgreens small pharmacy in Pomona is challenging. They dont open until 9:00 am. Prefer not to be in Pomona at night.

Didnt know I could be impressed with a pharmacy, but Im not sure Ive ever been to a Walgreens (possible?) I was immediately greeted by the cashier and asked by 2 different employees - who were clearly busy - if I needed help finding anything. I actually did...both of them were so nice and very, very helpful. Dont know if this is a Walgreens thing or if its specific to this location...but HUGE kudos to the team in Pomona! :)

So helpful and nice. The pharmacist took the time to lookup an alternative medicine and went out of her way to help. The front staff were courteous and knowledgeable.

👎The staff need training on how to talk to the customers. The pharmacists are even worse. Please get them some👀 training ASAP. First pharmacy ever in my life that I had been to where the staff are rude 💩and unprofessional. Where do the ☠️get this evil😈 people🧟 from?😠

I dont use this pharmacy anymore due to the new manager who is rude and unprofessional. I would rate it a five only on the fact that Billy the best pharmacy tech I have ever experienced works there she is kind professional and over worked and still keeps a smile on her face. Also lots of drug addicted people hanging by the drive up window urinating in the open setting fires and manager doesnt seem to care. Billy I wish you the best you should be promoted to manager. The only reason I stayed as long as I did was because of you. Awesome pharmacy Tech badge of the year goes to you!!!!

Pretty good products. Alot of plushes. Interesting items as well.

For all the people that live in Pomona do not go to this Walgreens their service sucks their systems are always down they never have the medicine on time I came with my uncle with waited two hours just to let us know that the medicine can give us to it today until tomorrow

The worst pharmacy Ive ever been to Ive never been given more of a difficult time to get my medicine. I just had 2 teeth pulled and they tried to tell me they had no hydrocodone

This walgreens was ok. Definitely not the best. The problem i have is where it is at. It is hard to get in and out of it.
