I might not get what I need off each item but they work with me as much as possible because they know I will be back. they even let me put the original caps for my camera back on and let me put my camera back into its bag the way that I would normally put it back into its bag and I trust that they will take good care of it and have it waiting for me when I come and pick it up. Came to this location after reading some positive reviews from other customers. It is located next to In N Out and there is plenty of parking in the rear. It is a quaint small place but has a little bit of everything. The young lady and the gentleman who assisted me were professional in every way. Went to obtain a small loan against an electronic. Although it was a lot less than I expected, it was fair. The process from beginning to end was about 15 minutes The Gentleman explained in depth how the process works when I am ready to retrieve my item. I will be a repeat customer even after I pay back my pledge due to the level of service rendered by the employees.

This is not your average pawn shop they treat you like family i dont trust any other pawn but them they care and go out of there way to try and help and always tell you the truth i Highly recommend to friends and family

I have a relative from the Midwest visiting sunny, whoops rainy CA. We stopped to take a quick look at the jewelry from Pomona Pawn. A young man told me he was part owner and was very accommodating to my cousin. She wanted to purchase ONE ring but instead bought three! She was given a great price that she couldnt refuse. The quality of the items were very good and the owner knew his stuff regarding the stones. All in all, a great little Pawn shop with fair pricing and good service. Check it out when youre in Pomona, I am sure youll find something you cant live with out.

Usually, selling my items at any pawn shop leaves me with feelings of regret dealing with rude and insulting shop owners/workers. Yesterday, my wife and I went into this place hoping that wed be treated with respect and not ripped off. Not only did they treat us with respect and patience (especially during a busy time - lots of customers at the time) they gave us explanations of the price of each item we were trying to sell. Best experience hands down. We will definitely be back.

I needed to come up with some money fast because I was short on some bills that I needed to pay and my friend had mentioned a pawnshop nearby so I came in with some gold jewelery. I told the guy all I needed was $100. Right away he told me I could actually get $300. Glad to see honest people are still around and these guys were great. I picked up my ring 3 weeks later and paid ONLY the $300. I borrowed. No hassles no loop hole charges. GREAT PLACE I TELL ALL MY FRIENDS ABOUT THESE GUYS.

I decided to give this pawnshop a chance since theyre new in the area. After I walked in I instantly was treated unfairly.I was given such a low estimate compared to any of the other pawnshops in the area.Sure the 30 day 0% interest is cool, but I was offered almost half of what the other pawnshops offered me.I recommend going somewhere else. These guys suck and they have attitude problems.

The only place i will even walk into, besides their sister shops in Baldwin Park and Upland. Owner and staff treat patrons with respect and dignity. Other pawns usually talk down to customers and DGAF that you need help.
