Smart n Final is a nice store. The produce in my opinion is very good. Some items are meant to buy in bulk and save $$$. I especially like their selection of candy and chocolates etc. The store always seems clean and their staff is really nice and helpful. I enjoy shopping there and am able to save money on several items I shop for regularly.

Easy to get in and out of store. If they had everything I needed there I would just shop there. Hours are very convenient 6am-10pm and I can go right after I get off of work at 6am and not have to worry about waiting. Great and friendly employees.

Whats not to love about this location? Plenty of easy parking with easy in/easy out accessibility from street, competitive prices on pretty much the majority of all the calorifically processed packaged foods were addicted to and love to devour as if our lives and BMIs depended on it. Pleasant shopping experience with super friendly and helpful cashier. Avoid the other membership stores madness and get your fix here. Smart? Yup. Final? Well....yes....for the most part.

Im not going to say the one stop shop. But i will say they got you when it comes to most items. Especially bulk items. thats one place to go.

Clean store, fresh produce and no long lines. I went in to buy essentials and was out in 10 minutes.

Always good. If they see people in a line they call other cashiers. Fast service. I asked the manager to please order more of a product that was always out. She ordered more. Great service.

This is a clean facility for being in Pomona and they always have my favorite candy when most other locations do not. There are a few homeless people in the area but they leave everyone alone at least from what I have seen

It reminds me of the late 1940s. I feel like Im inside of a disused airplane hangar. Most of the time its cold. The floor is uneven in places, mostly where its dark. Not enough people working there to help you. Check out lines are sometimes long and only one person checking you out. But the worst thing is no public 🚽. So go before you go.🤔🤨😒🙄🤢🤢😭😱

Close to where I live even taking the bus. Found a really good deal on what I was looking for. Very clean and stocked up everywhere I looked.

I love Smart and Final. But for this location i have to subtract a star because the produce section is too small. Otherwise this is a nice location.

Refused entry because I had my own bag. This is totally unacceptable. I am having a hard time getting around because of a foot injury and I dont drive. Im a senior as well. I really like Smart and Final, but I wont be going there anymore. Ill take my business somewhere.

Looks like they are getting a handle on the freshness of the produce. I actually see Mark downs on stuff that doesnt have to much longer to go, before being ripe. the prices are awesome here. Really beats the 1hr wait to check out and members fee at Costco.

N Pomona has one of the smaller S&F stores around. Its more like an abbreviated version of the the plus store. Unfortunately, the parking lot can be host of some seedy element.

Working for instacart needed to be in and out as fast as possible.got great help from everyone. I think the managers name was John. Told me to ask any of the employees for anything I needed and they would help me and they did. Thank u

A little hard to find certain items but overall this is a great one stop grocery store.

For the most part this store is good, but if you get there near closing time, it might be closed way before 10pm. Happened to me a few times now. From now on, if I estimate arriving there after 9:30, Ill just go somewhere else, instead of risking the store being closed early, again.

There is two restrooms and the clerk only opened on when there was a line for the restroom.

Always clean. Employees are very friendly. Its my go to local store. I always shop here.

I only shop at this store on weekends and holidays. Some of the personnel are friendly and helpful; some arent. Todays experience was disappointing. Firstly, there were wood pallets blocking access to an area that I needed to proceed through with my shopping cart. Since my mother is handicapped, it was even more difficult to get through this area. At checkout, the cashier left the register just before assisting me, without properly excusing herself. (she didnt say that shed be right back or that someone would help me momentarily). Pallets shouldnt block walk areas during business hours, and customers should be acknowledged by store personnel at all times.

Store is well stocked and clean. Because it is one of the few grocery providers in the area it can get really busy and a few times the store has been understaffed, not providing enough open registers.
